I have come up with a conclusion regarding the Dinar RV and Nibiru:

A CIA whistleblower named Patty Brassard has recently come out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ye9BgvNvjK0 and said that the second sun/Nibiru with it's 7 planets in tow and an asteroid field is on it's way to earth in 2 weeks from now, and shorthly after, with Comet Ison will make it's way to earth and will dust earth with another round of asteroid debris. The effects of the second sun/Nibiru on earth would be the incineration/burning of the surface of the earth, 3 days of darkness(Prophecied by Sain Padre Pio and other Saints), the earth slowing down it's spin and the water-under the gravitational pull of the moon, rushing and flooding into the United States in a way much worse than predicted, as well as the earthquakes and asteroids. HOWEVER, According to the White Hats, August is the month that Nibiru will appear and that earth will have visitors, as well as the Rv ect. Then Drake and the White Hats have said that the "good aliens" have nullified the damaging effects of the second sun/Nibiru, and nothing catastrophic will happen, and that disclosure and the Rv ect will happen, the introduction of the Golden Age will begin.

Br. John, if Nibiru is expected to come by in two weeks from now, and if Nibiru's effects are nullified by "good aliens," then the RV will happen when Nibiru arrives and is made public.
