I did not even know it was spelled dinar. He told me it was 3600 to one. I gave him $2000 dollar and ask him to get me some.
People keep saying the new Iraq Dinar came out in 2004 . The New Iraq Dinar was started in Sept 2003 they said that the New Iraq Dinar was going to be exchange for the Saddam note starting Oct. 1, 2003 . The old Saddam notes were to be turned in by Jan. 4 2004
