National Emergencies Neutralize the Constitution

This is a huge part of the puzzle, that neither lawyers nor politicians will publicly admit.

These are direct quotes from Senate Report 93-549 on War and Emergency Powers circa 1973. They are from the horses mouth, so to speak!

Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency.

These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the President extraordinary powers . . .

Under the powers delegated by these statutes [which are not laws], the President may: seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens.

Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld restated in 2013 the need for a decades long “War on Terror”:
“This is much more like the Cold War,” he [Rumsfeld] told Newsmax. “It’s going to last decades, not years . . . “


People need to understand that "statutes" are not laws. They are rules and regulations for the corporation. And the UNITED STATES is just another corporation.
