In your censored history courses taught in the censored public schools of America now teaching Communist versions of American history instead of American versions of American history, such as the U.S. Supreme Court decision of 1892 has to be censored from you as they summarized the legal basis the U.S Republic was founded upon. By the way, when the Soviet spy ring met with my industrialist father in 1950 trying to win him over to sell his Vatican endorsed trade secret industrial food process to the Soviet Union, they mentioned that they had captured control of American public education and were now teaching the Marxist version of American history instead of the American version of American history so the youth of America would be indoctrinated into Communist doctrines without knowing it. This would in turn lead to America becoming a Communist nation without knowing it through propaganda brainwashing of the American youth learning Communist political principles were the principles America was founded upon, not the real principles of God-given rights and a national government must behave itself and not become a tyrannical monster by flushing down the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights like toilet paper down the toilet! They also boasted they had so many in the news media that had been brainwashed by Communist indoctrination from the schools of America, the news media would censor and hide from the American people the maneuvers of the Communists in America to make America a Communist nation in the end. Obama believing in Communism as he even admitted in print that his mentor when growing up was a well known Communist intellectual in America, Obama seems to be fulfilling the prophecy of Khrushchev at the time of Eisenhower and Nixon that one day the American people would wake up one day to find their grandchildren now living in Communist America. Under Obama through Obamacare which is designed to collapse constitutional government in America, establish a Soviet style police state in America using the I.R.S., etc., we now have the most total surveillance system to spy on all Americans even surpassing Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union of World War II under Obama, and Obamacare may sabotage free enterprise so badly in America as to collapse America into a Soviet style Communist economy like in the prior Communist Soviet Union. And in the U.S. military, it is now stated Soviet Communist style that to share your Christian faith with another U.S. soldier is treason and sedition under Obama's military policy. Let me ask a dumb question. Whatever happened to the U.S. Bill of Rights saying that we have freedom of religion in America? That included the military who are supposed to be fighting to maintain our freedom in America!
NOW FOR THE U.S. SUPREME COURT DECISION OF 1892 THAT SHOWED THE ORIGINAL EXPLANATION OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOM IN AMERICA THAT THIS NATION WAS FOUNDED UPON IN 1776. This original explanation of the American concept of law back in 1776 has now been replaced by the Communist Party version of law as America was founded upon and as enforced by federal courts who are now enforcing Communist law instead of American law for us in America. How treason flourishes in federal courts today! Pass our Omni Law and watch how fast we fire from judicial office those judges who have no loyalty to the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights! When the Omni Law is passed, the Communist Revolution in Wash., D.C. will be over and America restored to the founding legal principles of 1776! As the U.S. Constitution states, federal judges may be in judicial office during times of good moral conduct. When they use federal courts for the purpose of overthrowing the constitution and bill of rights they are sworn to uphold in their courts, they can be fired from office as well as impeached as Newt Gingrich once legally pointed out as they no longer meet the standards to be a federal judge in America.
United States Supreme Court Feb. 29, 1892, in the case of Church of the Holy Trinity v. United States 143 US 457-458, 465-471, 36 l.ed. 226, Justice Josiah Brewer rendered the high court's decision:
"We are a Christian people, and the morality of the country is deeply engrafted upon Christianity, and not upon the doctrines of worship of those imposters (other religions)."
"It is also said, and truly, that the Christian religion is a part of the common law."
"Religion, morality, and knowledge (are) necessary to good government, the preservation of liberty, and the happiness of mankind."
Going back to first America after the American Revolution of 1776. Joseph Story (1779-1845), a U.S. Congressman 1806-9, was appointed in 1811 as a Justice of the United States Supreme Court by President James Madison ("The Chief Architect of the Constitution.") He was a leading voice in the U.S. Supreme Court until his death in 1845. In his commentary of the First Amendment's original meaning, Justice Joseph Story clarified:
"The real object of the First Amendment was not to countenance, much less to advance Mohammedanism, or Judaism, or infidelity, by prostrating Christianity, but to exclude all rivalry among Christian sects (denominations) and to prevent any national ecclestical patronage of the national government." (Example would include Church of England founded by the English Government under King Henry VIII).
And Article III of the Northwest Ordinance July 13, 1787, made it illegal for territories to become states without having in effect prayer and the Bible in their public schools. This law remained binding on America until the U.S. Supreme Court under Communist influence finally outlawed prayer and the Bible from the public schools of America which constituted a legislative act and not judicial act as they made new law, not interpreted existing law for America. The Northest Ordinance of 1787 signed into national law by President George Washington stated: "Religion, morality, and knowledge being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, schools and the means of education shall be forever encouraged." Federal territories were to be committed to this stated policy of teaching religion, morality, and knowledge or else could not become states of the United States. This educational policy was to be forever encouraged. As Napoleon once commented on what corrupts law, "To interpret the law is to corrupt the law." In other words, you hold to the original meaning of laws to be ruled upon in any court of law.
Only passage of the Omni Law is going to restore legal integrity to Wash., D.C. and the federal court system now following the party line of Karl Marx instead of the party line of Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Patrick Henry, Benjamin Franklin, etc. It was jointly Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin who proposed to the Continental Congress that the official motto of the American Revolution be "Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God." The Committes of Correspondence which organized the American Revolution had as their national cry to rally Americans to the American Revolution to found America as a new nation "We will have no king but Jesus!" And Thomas Paine in "Common Sense" wrote that the reason for founding of America as a nation would be so that God would be ruler over the national government and nation rather than man.
When asked to become King of America, George Washington declined saying that Jesus Christ was already King of America. But George Washington would agree to become President which he did. But as they don't teach you in the public schools, George Washington had it written into the U.S. Constitution in legal language that Jesus Christ was the legally declared King of America by the legal words written into the Constitution and ratified by America, "In The Year Of Our Lord" referring to Jesus Christ as the legally recognized King of the U.S. Republic being founded by ratification of the U.S. Constitution and as King of the American nation and people under the U.S. Constitution.
It is hard to hide secrets from me. I have many friends who tell me what Wash., D.C. is trying to hide from the American people. You had a Black undercover agent for the F.B.I. who approached a leading Communist official in America many years ago. This high Communist official who was probably one of the "100 Columns" of the Communist Party in America as the Communists codenamed their top leaders in America talked freely with this Black F.B.I. undercover agent posing as a Communist. This high Communist official told how Moscow had ordered him to subvert American family life by posing as a medical expert on how to raise children in a family. He was a doctor. He had talked with a couple of medical doctors who knew some real medical things about raising children to pick material from them so he would suddenly look like a medical expert on raising children in America. He then wrote his first book, etc. along the line that you must raise your children contrary to the teachings of the Bible how to raise your children. No spanking of children, no discipline, no moral values, and in everyway try to outlaw from America the Bible taught way to raise your children in America. The child was to raise himself or herself and not really the parents who merely provided roof over head and food until the child raising himself grew to adulthood and then left home. The Moscow idea was to undermine the formation of character in the American youth so when they grew up, they would be easy targets for Communist takeover in America. The Black F.B.I. undercover agent then asked this American Communist official if they also printed up his book in Russia. He said definitely not! The idea was to weaken America for a takeover from within by the Communists, not weaken the Soviet Union to collapse from within!
One Black radio talk show host checked into the family background of Obama and found him half White, then mainly Arab and a little Black to his ancestry. Maybe that helps explain why he is trying every tactic he can to set up a Muslim takeover of America by Arab Muslims brought to America. He was raised on Communism and Islam. His actions in the White House reflect his background and he knows little or anything about free enterprise, Christianity, or Western values for society. How dangerous this can be is reflected by the following information. The Soviet spy ring in 1950 among other things mentioned that once the Communists took over America by means of the Black vote in America, then they would trick the Blacks into federal work camps and then kill off all the Blacks in America as the Soviet spy ring said a Communist society could not be successfully founded upon an "inferior race" such as the Blacks. When the Soviet Union captured the Nazi concentration camps at the end of World War II, they found the Nazi plans how to kill off intended races in their concentration camps. The Soviet spy ring told my industrialist father this. My father said what would they do if he exposed them to the news media. They said that he couldn't win. The American people had been successfully brainwashed by the Communists in America and would call it "conspiracy theory," etc. which like trained Pavlov dogs the American people would not listen to him once he told the American people the truth. Also, they had plants in society to call him various names denoting mental illness and the Pavlov dog type trained American people would not listen to him once the Communist smear campaign was done against him. The American people were too dumb to understand Communist tactics. Therefore, the Communists would win control of America. Then they would kill all the Blacks in America and part of other groups in America which amounted to opposition to Communist rule in America.
Now the Muslims are not to be underestimated either. Before the 9/11 attack, I had a few informants in Muslim mosques in America and they reported to me the plan of Islam to capture control of America. I released this information in a national report, but I guess the American people didn't believe that the followers of Islam could be this ruthless in reality. They were going to run for the White House a Trojan Horse candidate for President. They would bring into America enough laundered oil money to buy the White House for him. He would first consolidate power over the federal government. Then all of America. Then he would kill all the Jews in America and then all the Christians who don't convert to Islam. And then Islam takes over the entire world!
As Obama once not thinking got recorded admitting that he was not born in America but Kenya, If Congress was worth anything, they would impeach him or else remove him by other legal means for legal fraud as he could not legally run for the White House nor be legally President of America according to the U.S. Constitution. But as I said already, Wash., D.C. has as much respect for the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights as if they had been written on toilet paper. Pass my Omni Law folks! Their tactics did not work, but when they even invoked the name of Obama as their authority when they issued what they claimed were federal murder threats against me, when the U.S. Justice Dept. refused to arrest them for murder threats in the name of Obama over the internet, I guess they were ordered by Obama to issue the federal murder threats and the U.S. Justice Dept. under Eric Holder had to stonewall the situation and refuse to arrest them for federal felonies under national law. Naive me I thought it was felonies under federal law when they engaged in murder threats and other threats like this over the internet against me. Especially they did not like this Omni Law. That told me that I was on the right track how to restore control of the federal government back to the American people who have lost control at this time. Anytime Congress is ready, it can investigate the federal murder threats in the name of Obama against me and other tactics they used which are felonies under federal law. But I doubt that corrupt and cowardly Congress is not anxious to open a Pandora Box where this gets investigated!
I broke Moscow security long ago. My information is they have once key ace up their sleeve they don't think the Pentagon knows about. I had committed earlier that I would tell the Pentagon what the Moscow nuclear trap is on America once my Omni Law is passed. I didn't really think Wash., D.C. was so dumb as to not take this situation more seriously than it has. I had three intelligence underground groups confirm somewhile back when Moscow set this up on America. Unless they closed down their setup, it is still intact and would potentially annihilate America in basically maybe 5 minutes flat. Congress, time to pass my Omni Law. I on moral grounds cannot back Obama who is the most evil leader I think that has appeared since World War II. I would not have backed Hitler, nor Stalin and I most certainly will not back Obama with answers that give power to such an evil government as any of these three names implies.

By the way, Christianity has the answers needed to straighten out and boom the American economy. The concepts for free enterprise which America championed to the world came from teachings in the Bible as the Founding Fathers of America clearly stated, but who cares for the truth about American history today? And Jesus Money based upon the monetary teachings of Jesus Christ in the New Testament was tried out 4 times in history and was the greatest monetary system seen in human history. Booms the economy like crazy. 4 times overthrown by the banking interests and then censored from the people so they wouldn't know that they don't have to go through depressions, hard times, etc. If Wash., D.C. does not have any way to boom the economy now, pass the Omni Law and Jesus Money will skyrocket the American economy overnight!
One last point. Nesara News today on August 24, 2013 had photos of how deadly GMO food is when fed to a rat. The biggest tumor you could ever see formed on it because it was forced to eat GMO corn to show what happens to animals and humans when they eat GMO food which Wash., D.C. under Obama is trying to push so hard for all farmers in America to use. Under the Omni Law once passed, we will straighten out the Washington created problems with American agriculture and dropping Washington corruption, make sure the American people have good food to eat and not what deadly foods Obama is pushing as safe for Americans to eat.
