c- I don't want to go to one bank, and separated the dong and the dinar - so that means if we go to 4, 5 banks, 10 accts.  so how do we do it so rapidly,  go to the bank and then call ????

t- the bank will let you cash a little and give you a # to get an appt, and they'll try to get you through as fast as you can,  you can cash it out at the one that gives you the most,

c- and then negotiate the dong

t- you can try it

t- will let you know when the rate comes out,  lots of room to negotiate on what I'm hearing

c- the banks spread, branch managers, negotiate the spread out --- UST spread 

t- think the UST spread was built into the rate, the bank spread is the one that you should be concerned with, depends on how much money you have

t- they've been told to not let the money walk out of the bank

t- tell you what I know so you can do what you need to do, and this is what they can go to, and the spreads,  as fast as I can get that info, we will do that, with all the info we have

c- forex, will they come out w/ lower rate

t- forex, will come out with market rate, not necessarily CBI, and as it goes up, hedge funds and billionaires buy, then the banks will go w/ the forex rate

c- whats stops ppl in Iraq from coming here and buying more

t- they can't leave the country w/ more than $10K just like us, they know that ppl will try to smuggle it and just like here, put in prison

t- the banks aren't against us, they want us to have it so they can take it -lol, the UST gave it to the banks, the codes are there, the system has to be operating, or the cards wouldn't be working or they wouldn't have an international rate, its all connected now, so the banks have the code, but no authority to use it, the director of the UST the President... CBI has released it, so it can no longer be the CBI holding it back

t- yesterday we had someone w/ SKR in Switzerland and his account was released yesterday

t- so when do we let us have it, we hope its today

t- don't know how many days they can keep it secret, when its not

c- unless they want us to be poor

t- when you say the Gov. and want us to be poor, they would have changed 13303 and said we can't have it at all, you can't sell it here, they had the last 10 years, if that was the case, so that's not the case
