a) A Republic type of government is one where ALL PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE!!!!
No one has to participate in any form of government. It is men who want to gather together and decide for other men what can and can't be done to 'belong' to the group that is governed.
If you want to participate in a government, you can, if you don't want to, you can opt out and be independent.
BUT, you must be as a sovereign who does not interfere with the governed and their governing body. You don't go into the governed people's world and tell them to leave it. You leave them alone. If they want to be governed they have free will to choose that lifestyle as much as someone chooses to belong to a religion.
One can believe in a Supreme source/Creator/
Deity and not belong to a religion that tells them who to worship and what to belief about life and death and judgment and punishment. One can know how to carry their self and live their life without trespassing on others and without being governed by someone else telling them what to do and how to do it.
We all have the right to live our life, our way. It is when we try to use the sources that have agreed to the rules of the governed that we find our conflict with the governing body.
If you are a US Citizen, then the governing body tells you what you can do, what you can own, how to raise your children, what you can eat, where you can live, etc and so forth.
Many are proud to be a US Citizen and are okay with performing the obligations of that contract.
Others are not US Citizens. As such, it's a trespass for the governing body to try to force them to perform the same obligations of the contract for US Citizen, and it's a trespass to try to assume they are a US Citizen whether they want to admit it or not.
That's where the conflict lies. Many have opted out and with no republic for them to join, the people are true sovereign, in their own right, they are freer than anyone 'belonging' to a system of governing.
Democratic society, if majority wants peanut butter sandwiches, all will get peanut butter sandwiches whether you are allergic to it, or like it or not.
Republic society, if a majority wants peanut butter sandwiches, they can have peanut butter sandwiches, but they can't make the rest who did not want peanut butter sandwiches accept their decision, another decision is to eat something different and that right to 'choose' is available to the rest in the Republic, to decide whether they are with the majority at that time, or independent of that decision and exercising their free will to do have something different without interfering with the peanut butter sandwich eaters and without having their decision to eat something different interrupted by the peanut butter sandwich eaters.
