The above article appears to be the US Corporation's public
notice of their intent to have a nuclear incident on American soil.
Since they are de facto and there is a de jure body politic
established and according to the US Corporation's own rules that a de jure
assembly has superior lawful standing to a de facto assembly, We THE People
being of the de jure assembly do hereby formally rebut
the US Corporation's public notice and are noticing you the de facto United
States of America government also known as the US Corporation and all of your
agents that we do not accept you proposal nor are we going to enter into
contract with you on this endeavor by being silent.
We THE People are telling you with a resounding NO this proposed action is not
acceptable and it will not be carried out. Just a reminder to all of you who
work in, for or with the US Corporation; none of you de facto actors, agents
and contractors have immunity from prosecution as of 1 September 2013 Apostolic
Letter by the Pope and the Declaration of Contempt of the Constitution for the
United States of America is now lawful legislation.

I think you meant arrest the Defacto (actually existing, especially when WITHOUT LAWFUL authority, distinguished from de jure) Government. Otherwise I totally agree with you!
No, I think anonymous September 6, 2013 at 5:12 pm meant that the dejure government ops are all talk and no walk. There's been so much talk about the defacto vs. dejure from the dejure, yet the defacto keeps walking all over everyone while the dejure just complains and makes statements that it "can" do this or that with lawful authority, yet the dejure (actually, many, many many separate dejure "groups") sit on their asses doing absolutely nothing but making idle warnings that if this or that happens they'll do something, yet when this or that actually does happen, the dejure groups do NOTHING! Oh, wait, they write more letters and say they have authority. If they had any ability to create cohesion amongst all of them like our founding fathers were able to do, then we could kick out the defacto. There is a time waiting for us to all stand up for what is right and let those who choose evil to perish in the great final washing of redirecting the souls of this planet be free from the manipulation of our spirits from ancient Babylonian times. I believe the ones who are of the dejure groups today are not of true fighting spirit in them. Meaning, they aren't willing to get dirty or do the job themselves. They just want to say please stop and think that saying please will work. It won't. Never has, and never will. The bible says that there will be a great war to end all evil. We are going to have to actually kill it off. Sorry if you don't like this idea, but that's the way it's going to have to happen.
