You might want to post
and suggest the following
to those it might apply
during a Currency Exchange.
Should you become
involved in a currency exchange
and the "BANK"
insists you must sign a FINCEN report,
make sure that is states:
CURRENCY EXCHANGE as
opposed to
"investment" and agree that YOU, and ONLY
YOU, will do so and
sign in the following manner:
PRINT across the form at a 45 degree
angle USING
a Bright Blue medium
Gel Point Pen the following:
I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS
OFFER TO CONTRACT AND
I DO NOT CONSENT TO THESE
PROCEDINGS!
Your full name signature
in Upper and Lower Case Letters should be
signed in PURPLE INK place directly under the above statement.

This was hastily written. But I assume it meant to say we should protest if the Fincen 104 shows us as investor rather than currency exchange. And why blue or purple ink? Why not glitter? Surely this is not written by an adult who acts responsibly in business!
Because...? What does this accomplish? And if you're writing on the form that you do NOT consent to the proceedings, will the bank even continue with your currency exchange??
