Lame Cherry's story contains some racial references which I find unpleasant, so be warned. But the bottom line is that LC says this was a social engineering experiment preparatory to future manipulation of interracial violence on a larger scale. At least that's how I interpret LC's sometimes difficult prose. LC also says the running of this operation was without the knowledge of Obama and Holder, even though it involved a group Holder set up inside the NSA, a group which Holder has apparently lost control of, to a more shadowy influence. Once again, I think that's what LC said, but I'm not sure.
(My fascination in general with Lame Cherry's material puzzles even me sometimes, but I get the feeling there is more to it than just disinfo. You can judge for yourself, and ignore it if that seems right to you, just as I ignore various RMN postings about Space Brothers etc.)
