[Capt Ron] Pb, I have always wondered, why do peeps who post a question rarely put a question mark at the end

[Capt Ron] arr

[Plowboy] Capt Ron just can't wait to hit "enter" I guess.

[Capt Ron] so xyz, does this mean Shabibi is back officially in power at CBI (as opposed to being unofficially in power at the CBI)?

[xyz] Capt Ron no idea ...that was a shocker

[Capt Ron] so often we have read that the global C/E is no longer a funcion of domestic iraq politics, let alone who is at the helm of the CBI....

[Capt Ron] so the only way that this 'Turki out of the CBI' story is important is if iraqi domestic affairs are still part of this C/E effort.
