Iraqi TV today, Maliki did a lot of talking to the people who appeared to be
marching in the street and very happy with whatever was said. People parading
and waving the Iraqi flag looking like a 4th of July parade. Iraqi parliament
and Maliki all looking happy with themselves. Bank scene with a mass of
people waiting at the teller windows to receive physical dinar smalls
