Court House Fraud

 The Private Attorney General's office has uncovered an elaborate and deceptive scheme perpetrated by the judicial system which defrauds and deprives Americans out of their rights, property and finances. It has been discovered that ALL the courts are charted under ONE corporation and are NOT true governmental agencies but are PRIVATE corporations for profit designed to keep the American people in the dark in order to generate revenue based on the public's ignorance.

The unlawful foreclosures taking place in every courtroom in America has funded an illegal RICO enterprise posing as a legitimate judicial system stealing hard working Americans homes based on fraud.

• 4. Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents and even judgments. United States v. Throckmorton (1878) 98 JU.S. 61, 70. Most, if not all agreements you entered into with “THE GOVERNMENT” are fraudulent on several counts, rendering them null and void form the start. Coercion was used, full disclosure was never given etc. It is up to you to correct your standing from their presumed legal person to the living man or woman. THE GOVERNMENT is a company called “THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY”. You can find this Company on your Secretary Of State’s Division of Corporation. It is registered in all 51 States. Each STATE is a FRANCHISE of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY. The UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS, THE UNITED STATES APPEALS COURT, THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT are PRIVATE FOR PROFIT CORPORATIONS DOUNG BUSINESS AS SOME FRANCHISE
• The United States Office of the Private Attorney General has, a preponderance of evidence that the State and United States District Courts are committing fraud by Misrepresentation and Non-Disclosure. These courts are Private For Profit Corporations, masquerading as "The Government" and even trading on the global markets under the category “also trading as” State  Court COMPANY.
