Listen, when you're standing out in the middle of a field on a clear day and you feel a sudden shift in the atmosphere, at that instant, you may know you need to vacate that field for fear of getting zapped by a lightning bolt. The weather is changing right now, the rv's have to go public, because the new banking is being engaged...this isn't about opinions or speculation.
