Remembering, of course, that Dr. Steve Pieczenik is a former top hostage manager, has used psychological warfare to overthrow governments, and founded Delta Force in 1979. So, when he says, "It is now time to shut down The CIA & DHS," do we listen to him or do we listen to James Casbolt who suggests, "MI6 created the CIA in 1947 and they're still controlling it."
