04/05/13 [mikivi] just received from email.... FROM XXX ( treait as rumor..please ) G.O.I. Just received instructions from the I.M.F. to Implement the Budget! This was info that came from Franks conference call will Delta last night! Has anyone heard anything further? Delta told the callers that the G.O.I. had received instructions from the I.M.F. to implement the 2013 Budget! That's powerful news for all of us!
