Bye
the way.. they moved the original 13th Amendment over, put it in Article 1 of
the Constitution for the united States of America.. Of course our
Representatives, Legislatures, Executive Branch were only taught one
'sentence' from the LAW OF THE LAND/Constitution.. but! By Gollies, By
Jimminies, and a couple of GEE WHIZ'S... they actively engage in passing laws
when the House and Senate are out of session, by a few men and women who take
over the floor..video taping themselves.. as they subvert the Constitution
for the united States of America!? Go figure!

How you going to find your way back home.. if you do not know where you began on this "pathway" to destruction of Constitutional Rights, Civil Rights and Liberties.. to protect yourself from US [corporate] House and Senate Members who took an Oath to "Uphold, Protect and Defend".. but... sadly.. they don't have the slightest idea as to exactly WHAT they are SWORN to uphold, protect and defend.. They themselves lost their way.. by not knowing the proper path.. There are many founding documents which can be read at http://www.theantechamber.net/UsHistDoc/DocOfAmeriHist/DocOfAmeriHistIndex.html Another excellent site http://www.constitution.org/cs_found.htm The Powers That Be would have you to believe this Northwest Ordinance has been set aside and is no longer valid or in effect. THE NORTHWEST ORDINANCE July 13, 1787 http://www.theantechamber.net/UsHistDoc/DocOfAmeriHist2/DocOfAmeriHistIndex2.html Considering a direct parallel in events concerning Rights of We the People.. it was thought a wee bit of documentation would help those who 'believe' the Constituion and Bill of Rights should be done away with. To which I strongly disagree for if in the event we did.. we would be forced back into the Old Patroon System which the Colonist strongly objected to including their objecting to the forced "Slavery" by the PATROONS.. CHARTER OF FREEDOMS AND EXEMPTIONS TO PATROONS June 7, 1629 which you can read here link to www.theantechamber.net This being the reason the Colonist set forth for resolution of their Rights as Human Beings.. with the Rights to Make and Sell Goods, the Rights to Own Property, the Rights to Equal Law under the Law of the Land as set forth in the Constitution.. It's the dates which you have in all probability ignored... but check the dates of the documents which set forth the ground work/foundation of these Republics of the united States of America.. Check out Article IV. Sec. IV. Section. 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence. Durham Trust Library provides a work in progress in regards to the Original Constitution.. DOCUMENTARY HISTORY OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1786 -1870 DERIVED FROM THE RECORDS, MANUSCRIPTS, AND ROLLS DEPOSITED IN THE BUREAU OF ROLLS AND LIBRARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE Number 31579. Volume I. Seven Thousand Books were authorized to be printed. We are very fortunate to have one of the Original Seven Thousand Books. http://www.theantechamber.net/UsHistDoc/dhc/dhcII.gif WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF STATE 1894 which can be read at http://www.theantechamber.net/UsHistDoc/dhc/dhcIndex.htm It's true; The Constitution originally was put into place as a commercial trade instrument. The Constitution for the united States goes ever further.. as she lays her foundations of International Good Faith and Credit by including: Article VI All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation. [Lets take a moment of "discovery" as to exactly what the Confederation is being referred to in this ARTICLE VI. Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union between the States of New Hampshire, Massachusetts-bay, Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Article I. The Stile of this Confederacy shall be "The United States of America." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Article II. Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every Power, Jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Article III. The said States hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defense, the security of their liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding themselves to assist each other, against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of religion, sovereignty, trade, or any other pretense whatever. Article III. QUESTION! Do you know that the GENERAL WELFARE clause is, or what brought it into existence.. Well! The PATROON SYSTEM brought it into existence when the Colonist were forbidden to make, sell or trade the goods they made.. THEY WERE FORCED TO IMPORT FROM THE EUROPEAN CORPORATIONS everything they needed or that was necessary for their survivial. Once the 'dust settled'.. THE GENERAL WELFARE CLAUSE became a very important thing to these American Colonist.. Whereas; No goods could be imported into the united states of lesser quality, made by cheap labor which could be sold at a lesser price than American Producers and Manufacturers could produce themselves. The purpose being "Not to discourage the American Producers and Manufacturers." go ahead, read the rest http://www.usconstitution.net/articles.html there is more http://www.usconstitution.net/articles.html#Preamble ] Are you tracking this? This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding. The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States. Constitution for the United States of America done in Convention by the Unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven and of the Independence of the United States of America [September 17t, 1787]. September 25, 1789. During the debates on the adoption of the Constitution, its opponents repeatedly charged that the Constitution as drafted would open the way to tyranny by the central government. Fresh in their minds was the memory of the British violation of civil rights before and during the Revolution. They demanded a "bill of rights" that would spell out the immunities of individual citizens. Several state conventions in their formal ratification of the Constitution asked for such amendments; others ratified the Constitution with the understanding that the amendments would be offered. Any idea what was being referred to? It was the Declaration of Independence. THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE June 4, 1776 http://www.theantechamber.net/UsHistDoc/DocOfAmeriHist/DocOfAmeriHist24.html , http://www.theantechamber.net/UsHistDoc/DocOfAmeriHist/DocOfAmeriHist24.html , link to www.theantechamber.net Ask yourseves. What went on that was so horrible in the lives of WE the People in those days? Drafted by Thomas Jefferson between June 11 and June 28, 1776, the Declaration of Independence is at once the nation's most cherished symbol of liberty and Jefferson's most enduring monument. Here, in exalted and unforgettable phrases, Jefferson expressed the convictions in the minds and hearts of the American people. On September 25, 1789, the First Congress of the United States therefore proposed to the state legislatures 12 amendments to the Constitution that met arguments most frequently advanced against it. The first two proposed amendments, which concerned the number of constituents for each Representative and the compensation of Congressmen, were not ratified. Articles 3 to 12, however, ratified by three-fourths of the state legislatures, constitute the first 10 amendments of the Constitution, known as the Bill of Rights. Now think about this. After that long hot summer and the bickering too and fro.. over what was the Just, Honorable and Right thing to do to protect the People from those Acts described in The Declaration of Independence by setting up A LAW called "CONSTITUTION" for the united States which would govern those EMPLOYED by the People to conduct International Trade in the BEHALF of THE PEOPLE.. Well! Lots of thought went into this one.. The founding fathers came to the conclusion if the People did not have a BILL OF RIGHTS to protect them from such from which they had fought the American Revolution.. They, themselves would become no better than the Omnipitent Corporations which represented the Kings and Queens who had a stranglehold using a SLAVE SYSTEM called THE PATROONS. Not wanting to become a shadow image of the former, you will find their intention set forth in The Preamble to The Bill of Rights to wit; Congress of the United States begun and held at the City of New-York, on Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine. THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution. Another very informative site regarding these matters here-in and before-mentioned can be read at What Is The "General Welfare"? by Edward Spannaus Printed in the American Almanac, May 15, 2000. http://members.tripod.com/~american_almanac/welfare.htm More on the Subject Index | Bill of Rights | Additional Amendments | Printer friendly version [Constitution for the United States of America] We the People of the ... http://www.constitution.org/constit_.htm - Bill of Rights Founding Documents Additional Amendments More results from constitution.or http://www.constitution.org/indexco_.htm |
