Old Women Derail US, Cyber Ops Spending, New Bush Library

Cyber operations are capturing a bigger chunk of the defense budget than ever before
$4.7 billion is budgeted for 2014 – up about 17 percent or $800 million from last year.
Hackers have stolen an estimated $400 billion in trade secrets from the United States in recent years.
The George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum is set to open this week at Southern Methodist University
Among the historical events depicted are the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, Hurricane Katrina, the Florida recount and the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Former chief executives and President Obama plan to attend the dedication ceremony. The site opens to the public May 1.
US plans derailed in Vietnam again – this time by old ladies
Elderly women stopped U.S. officials from meeting a pro-democracy activist in Vietnam by blocking their vehicle.
The Vietnam government took a more conventional approach to silencing another dissident: they simply jailed him until American officials left.
