This story will make you angry, VERY angry. We are hoping you will be so angered that you will make calls to protect Conklin's property and make sure he receives the due process of the law. The must be no further disregard of Stephen's Constitutional rights as the Pennsylvania courts tries to push through a paramilitary eviction of Conklin's home and land for EMC Mortgage, represented through the law firm of Grenen and Birsic. A full and fair hearing must take place. YOU can help make it so!
Nationally recognized expert witness on Foreclosure Fraud Lynn Szymoniak, who was recently featured on 60 Minutes, has provided 2 affidavits to verify that Satori Farm has been victimized. Fraudulent Assignments and Fraudulent Verifications have been made, yet York County and Pa.
