Obama doesn't have to stand trial in any state court. Better known as executive privilege. The U.S. is already under martial law and Obama can do anything he wants. That's why he is passing all these new laws and appointments without congressional approval. Wake up people! You've been had!

Absollutly right Anonymous. You are dead on. When will people wake up and get it. We hear a lot of Bla Bla constitutional this and Bla, Bla constitutional that, but take it into court and tell the judge and see were you get.
So if he is president of a foreign corporation masquerading as the president of the Republic, he is guilty of FRAUD!!! Not mention TREASON. So either way you look at it, he should go to court and be tried. So in other words, you're saying if I pretend to be a doctor in a fictious hospital I cannot be tried for breaking the law???

Did you read the filing of Taiz against the HI attorney general and the conflict of intrest represented? Nag. is spouse of attorney who handled Os sisters divorce? Quoted a rule that is not law as a reason to defraud an entire national election and a nation of people? this is a very valid case and if you keep checking..you will see other fraudulent rulings being brought to light from conflict of intrest in judical powers. Now they are being over turned and to to point of using law and not violence to do so, return us to the republic without squeezing the "terrorist citizen" law to the point where innocent americans have to die or be tortured in retaliation, but by due process and right action unveil this monster web of criminals and get them all out. did you read any of these cases through? I have OVER and OVER and find light coming through the judiciary and honor floods the spirit of america again.
