Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul (R) was detained Monday by the Transportation Security Administration in Nashville, Tenn. after refusing a full body pat-down, POLITICO has confirmed.
“I spoke with him five minutes ago and he was being detained indefinitely,” Paul spokesperson Moira Bagley said Monday morning. “The image scan went off, he refused patdown.”

So will it be now that Rand Paul, a Senator, will be BANNED from flying?

He will have to fly on his own private jet, but then he'll get remarks from those that claim he doesn't keep his word and just wants to spend YOUR money to fly!

Or, will he be considered an ENEMY COMBATANT by the Department of Homeland Security and then have Obama use the NDAA against him to prove this LAW works!

Government officials will NOT be EXEMPT from this LAW, but the NWO will not really say this is just to create CHAOS and get Ron Paul disturbed and drop out of the election!

Knowing the procedures for boarding passengers before entering the secure area of an airport is the responsibility of each person attempting to get past the checkout point. If Paul was innocent of being in possession of contraband he should have had no problem with the pat down, as this is normal protocol. I suggest that Mr. Paul was expecting special treatment, no matter the circumstances, and was knowingly in possession of some item or items that would have been scandalous if discovered. His denial of the pat down that any regular Joe would have had to endure only indicates guilt, on his part. The story goes on to say that after an interval, (time to discard any incriminating possessions) he checked out OK at another TSA point in the same airport and proceeded to board another flight to his destination.

What you have accomplished is called speculation of which you are trying to play it off as you being some sort of authority based on your speculation. This guilty until proven innocent speculation is the very backwards manipulation of innocent until proven guilty of which Rand Paul is until otherwise proven by factual information with verifiable proof. Not speculation.

The manipulation of the media. When you believe what you are being told based on opinion with no verifiable
proof to substantiate the opinion. This is called spin, sway or seed planting.

A logical thinker would dismiss the opinion and ponder the objective of the opinion based on fact seeking to either prove the truth of the situation or reveal the spin, sway, seed planting objective.

Innocent until proven guilty. Not guilty until proven innocent.

To Anon 11:14 AM : Rand Paul asked to go thru the machine again after it went off and TSA refused advising him he would have to have a pat down. Rand Paul refused. I don't blame him. However it appears you're just one of the many who liked to be groped and actually think these TSA procedures are protecting us. These are gestapo tactics that are spreading to bus stations, train stations and are now on the highways. You say you know Rand Paul was in possession of something that would have been scandalous. Fact is, you don't know shit! Poor Anon. Just another sheeple that thinks the guberment is protecting him.
