Don't completely understand this, but the gist seems to be that someone who has had enough of the global Banksters and was kidnapped once (by the banksters?) has now given $4 trillion to North Korea. Fair enough, I'm sure they need it, and probably deserve it as reparation for all the heavy meddling by the banksters in their country.
