    The following information is technically for educational purposes only. Standard law today makes this statement pretty much required. Basic information shows how to build high gas mileage systems that inventors made and worked. How it could be used with your car and designed to be used safely with your car is your responsibility as there are many different versions of cars out there on the road. However, anyone with a bit of technical instinct should be able to find at least several high gas mileage systems shown here that they would know how to do both for high gas mileage and also to maintain common sense safety for their car if they built it or had a car proficient friend of theirs build for them. More than one of the systems have been used for even 100 miles per gallon and higher achieved on cars used. It is a myth that cars must be built to run on low gas mileage. That is just corruption in policy imposed by Wash., D.C. on the American people who they treat as having no legal rights in America to make their own decisions for themselves in life.
      It might be argued with all the emission control systems and devices on modern cars versus those simpler car engines of sixty years ago, you can no longer put on Pogue type devices and still get high gas mileage. Pogue was name of one of the high gas mileage carburetor systems used years ago. Got over 200 miles per gallon on a Canadian built Ford back then as I recall it was reported!. In fact, what is so well hidden by Wash., D.C. is that if we have high gas mileage on cars, then we no longer pollute the atmosphere and these emission controls are no longer necessary on cars. Pollution of the atmosphere if really true world testimony then to massive corruption in Wash., D.C. and the auto industry to protect the politically dominant oil cartel from high gas mileage systems in the world. That is it in a nutshell!
      The present emission control systems on cars basically fight high gas mileage which in results serves the oil cartel, not the American people. Create high enough gas mileage on cars and we can remove the emission control systems as unnecessary on cars as the pollution of the atmosphere by cars will be over. When some inventors wanted to override the current emission control systems on late model cars, they used trick tactics such as using electronic chips which enabled you to override the current computer codes to control auto engines by chips which allowed you to rewrite the auto computer code to new instructions you created for the auto engine to run by, and sensors were sometimes tricked by putting metallic type tape over them so they could not recognize higher heat, more air allowed for engine combustion than originally the auto computer code would allow, etc. One of the main battle areas of increasing gas mileage on cars was to find a way to heat up the auto fuel before being injected into the car engine for combustion. Heated up gasoline combusted easier than cold gasoline being injected into the engine for combustion, so heated up gasoline required the use of less gasoline for combustion than cold gasoline injected into the car engine for combustion. The car runs on vaporized gasoline, not a spray of liquid gasoline into the car engine. Heated fuel vaporizes easier for the car engine to run on. Now a point to take into calculations if you aim to increase your gas mileage, don't let vaporized gasoline be allowed into the open air around the car engine as vaporized gasoline can combust with an electric spark or other form of spark such as a lighted match. Also, if you are not as familiar with working with car engines as some of your friends might be, have an experienced friend help you set up correctly any of the following inventor tactics if you think they can work with your car to increase gas mileage on this car to be experimented with. As always, this is reported what worked with other cars and might or might not work with yours for hidden reasons such as you have excessive carbon buildup inside your engine which often can neutralize high gas mileage systems if not cleaned out of your car engine. Also, a clogged PCV (Pollution Control Valve)  line can be a good candidate to sabotage high gas mileage with your car as it will cut off adequate air needed to run your car engine correctly for combusting your auto fuel with.
      As anyone knows who understand basically what auto engineering is, many factors influence gas mileage. This includes big car versus little car, heavy weight versus light, much or little wind resistance, differences in lubricants used with your car, differences in tires, differences in ignition systems, differences in air mixture to support combustion with in your car engine, a soft piston head versus a hard piston head, differences in efficiencies of transmission systems, differences in the brand and type of fuel used, do anti-pollution systems work for or against increased gas mileage, driving without wind or with wind made a difference of 9 MPG in one of our tests, and other factors including driving city versus distance driving gives two different test results in MPG.
       We used hundreds of cars (also a few small trucks!) in 1979 in our massive local experiment on how to improve gas mileage on cars and trucks. We found that on most cars we seemed to increase gas mileage an average of 10% to 20% by using an air breathing device on the PCV (Pollution Control Value) line. We used an air breathing device specially built for cars. We also used a metal tap value used with freon lines for refrigerators back then and turned the knob on the metal tap value more open or closed depending on how air we wanted to add or else keep out from entering the car engine through the PCV line which was a backdoor approach to add more air for combustion for the engine if wanted. We also put a small filter over the opening of this metal tap value so dust, etc. could not enter the engine this way.
      We got one car in 1979 to go from 18.5 MPG to 50 MPG by using an air breathing device on the PCV line and using a specialty spark plug which gave a stronger electric spark for ignition than standard spark plugs used on cars then. .
      We found in 1979 that when you used systems which by themselves singly gave gas mileage increases but maybe not too spectacular by themselves but once used with other systems often gave gas mileage increases that often turned out spectacular in combination. For example, we took an air breathing device that through the PCV line could give a gas mileage increase of maybe up to 20%. And then used a high spark super spark plug that might deliver a gas mileage increase of 25% by itself. But when both specialty items for the car were used at the same time on the same auto engine, we even had a car increase from an original 18.5 MPG suddenly went up to 50 MPG which was an increase of 2.7 times the original gas mileage. It was suddenly at that time threats were received to stop this research project or face legal frame-ups or else implied murder. Apparently the oil cartel was prepared to go to any length to stop this research project in 1979 in America. Apparently I had successfully organized a mass test of many ways to strongly improve gas mileage on ordinary American cars and this scared the daylights out of the oil cartel which had never seen any auto engineering project like this in America before testing hundreds of ordinary cars and a few trucks in our high mileage gas tests. My wife and  the wife of the other engineer both begged us to stop this auto testing project before we were murdered by the oil cartel we had apparently stirred up into a hornet's nest to try and stop us. We noticed how Wash., D.C. remained comfortably quiet and would not lift a finger to protect us from the criminal threats we were receiving from sources for the oil cartel. They apparently wanted the oil cartel to stop us by threats or else murder. And if murdered, I bet they would have made sure to never investigate who murdered us in that case! Wash., D.C. has never really been on the side of the American people over any energy crisis or oil crisis in America! They are comfortable with corruption, not solving the deadly problems threatening the economy and future survival of America.

We tested small trucks also in the large community testing of years ago and as one truck owner reported in the local newspaper, he got as I recall now 50% higher gas mileage on his truck than he used to get before trying our simple tricks to increase his gas mileage. If you just sit home and do nothing, they will think that you are their subjects, servants, slaves, peons, or whatever instead of the lawful master of the government and you collectively as master over government will see to it that they do not get out of hand again under law. For example, if they try to take away freedom from the internet as is now reported soon to be tried by Obama and supporters, once the Omni Law is passed, we will gather grand juries to charge them with high treason, etc. and charge them to the fullest extent of the law! Also, to take away free TV from the American people will not be tolerated by us and we will straighten out Wash., D.C. that the legal rights of the American people will not be violated by those in Congress, federal agencies, or even the White House itself.
