Loose Ends
Before I continue with update #15 of the ongoing investigation into the ebola 2014 fraud at Truth Sector I want to draw your attention to another quality report on the fraudulent outbreak.
“Ebola Loose Ends: The Patients, Their Employer, The Plane, The Serum, The Company, Its Funding, The Sudden Entry Of The World Bank, and The Oddly Silent Administration” is certainly worth your time and predates the Truth Sector investigation. It deserves to be archived and it deserves a special mentioning in the updates of the Truth Sector ebola report.
Aerosol Transmission
People have been exposed to a lot of speculation and fear mongering already by articles, videos and discussions about whether or not they should be worried that the ebola virus will go airborne.
Even depending on what “airborne” means for different persons it is actually quite simple to establish a certainty here in this matter. Either the international medical community, governments and the media have been lying since 1976 or we have something entirely else going on with this alleged ebola outbreak that is being covered up at literally all costs.
All establishment media reports and even government announcements will come up with similar explanations. They will all state that direct contact with an ebola patient, dead or alive, is the only way to contract ebola.
While that has been the mainstream standard for most of the time by now there are however strong indications that they – the media and governments in the US and the EU for example – are securing their own positions, are avoiding any chance to be held accountable sooner or later, further confirming that the outbreak is scripted.
Yes, there is that 2012 study of ebola transmission from pigs to monkeys but many people will argue that the transmission through droplets for example has not been proven in that study and that that is not being perceived as going airborne.
To that I have three things to mention as solid and valid arguments.
First of all, take into account the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases their “Lethal experimental infections of rhesus monkeys by aerosolized Ebola virus,” that’s from 1995:
“Demonstration of fatal aerosol transmission of this virus in monkeys reinforces the importance of taking appropriate precautions to prevent its potential aerosol transmission to humans.”
Second, pay attention to the fact that the US CDC has updated its ebola case definition page during this alleged outbreak: Old version, new version.
On the US CDC’s new page we now also find under low risk exposure:
“being within approximately 3 feet (1 meter) of an EVD patient or within the patient’s room or care area for a prolonged period of time (e.g., health care personnel, household members) while not wearing recommended personal protective equipment”
The question now rises of course: If not transmittable through air, how can a person get infected with ebola by coming within a meter of an ebola patient or by being in the same room or care area of an ebola patient? Obviously in such case this wouldn’t require direct contact specifically then to contract ebola or whatever has been lab-created and spread on purpose, likely in illegal real-life tests.
Third, the EU’s CDC also has a case definition page for ebola. Low risk exposure is not mentioned there, only high risk exposure, and includes:
“close face-to-face contact (e.g. within one metre) without appropriate personal protective equipment (including eye protection) with a probable or confirmed case who was coughing…”
Why is this never mentioned in mainstream news reports and broadcasts? Not even by the almighty and ever corrupt United Nations and their WHO affiliates.
We are dealing with a new strain as confirmed by NEJM and the unusual high number of mutations and we are dealing with another disease or virus that has been introduced purposely at the same time which would explain why 75% of the victims are women and would explain why the definition of the symptoms for ebola are being rewritten by the media and the World Health Organization.
This can all be concluded with the greatest certainty due to the fact that both the EU and the US their CDCs are avoiding any chance to be held accountable sooner or later by “updating” their case definitions for ebola as they further script the outbreak, along with the UN.

Yet another jaw dropping development in the EbolaGate scandal.
As I have reported to you earlier about the BBC claiming, twice, that the very epicenter of the fraudulent and alleged ebola outbreak had/has remained free of ebola “so far,” the BBC now confirms this once again.
After stumbling on the initial two BBC reports I contacted the BBC Complaints Office through the BBC website in order to get a clarification on the matter, whether or not the epicenter had/has remained ebola-free.
On September 12, 2014, I received a confirmation from the BBC that my complaint had been received and that case number CAS-2915640-DHS0H4 had been assigned to it and hereby had been opened.
Dear Mr Jacobs
Thanks for contacting the BBC. This is an automated email acknowledging that we’ve received the attached complaint sent in this name. We’ve attached the case reference and text of the complaint for your records (see below).
We’ll normally include the full text of your complaint to BBC staff in the overnight reports we compile for them about the complaints and other reaction we’ve received today (with all your personal details removed). This ensures it will reach the right people quickly tomorrow morning. We’ll then aim to reply to you within 10 working days, or around 2 weeks, but it also depends on the nature of your complaint and whether the relevant people can respond to us in time.
We aim to use your licence fee as efficiently as we can, so if you complained about the same issues as others we will send our response to you and everyone. For the same reason we may not investigate or reply in great detail if a complaint doesn’t suggest a potential breach of BBC standards, or a significant issue of general importance. You can read about our full complaints procedures and how we consider issues which people raise with us athttp://www.bbc.co.uk/complaints/handle-complaint/.
This acknowledgment is automatically generated from an unmonitored address so please don’t reply. If you think you’ve received this in error please contact us using our webform at http://www.bbc.co.uk/complaints, quoting your case reference number.
Here are the details of your complaint:
———-
YOUR COMPLAINT:
Complaint Summary: ebola guinea
Full Complaint: Dear BBC, As a response to 2 recent BBC articles about ebola in which you quote Alhassan Sillah I would like to ask you for a clarification in this specific matter. This is the sentence from the BBC articles that my question is about: – the BBC’s Alhassan Sillah in Guinea says the town has miraculously remained free of Ebola so far. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-28983554 The town in this case being Gueckedou. However, the exact same sentence appears in yet another BBC article: – the BBC’s Alhassan Sillah in Guinea says the town has miraculously remained free of Ebola so far. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-28984259 The town in this case being the city of Nzerekore Is it possible to please clarify what the actual situation is in Gueckedou / Nzerekore in relation to ebola cases? Sincerely, Koen Jacobs

Thank you again for contacting us,
BBC Complaints team
On September 20, 2014, the BBC sent me another automated e-mail stating that a reply to my complaint would require more than 10 working days.
Your Reference CAS-2915640-DHS0H4
Thanks for recently contacting the BBC. We aim to reply to complaints within 10 working days (around 2 weeks) and do so for most of them but cannot for all. The time taken depends on the nature of your complaint, how many others we are dealing with and can also be affected by practical issues such as whether a production team is available or away on location.
This is to let you know that we have referred your complaint to the relevant staff but that it may take longer than 10 working days to reply. We therefore ask you not to contact us further in the meantime. If it does prove necessary however, please use our webform, quoting any reference number we provided. This is an automatic email sent from an account which is not monitored so you cannot reply to this email address.
In order to use the licence fee efficiently we may not investigate every issue if it does not suggest a substantive breach of guidelines, or may send the same reply to everyone if others have complained about the same issue. You can read full details of our complaints procedures and how we consider the issues raised in feedback athttp://www.bbc.co.uk/complaints/handle-complaint/. In the meantime we’d like to thank you for contacting us with your concerns. We appreciate your patience in awaiting a response.
Kind regards,
BBC Complaints.
Eventually, today September 26, 2014, I received the BBC their final response to my complaint and it is quite clear that they do not argue about whether or not the area has/had been free of ebola.
So, from my point of view and considering all the evidence and findings I have gathered so far, the BBC their reconfirmation in this specific matter shows that indeed the Nzerekore region – the FIRST epicenter – is/was ebola-free.
For the record, Gueckedou is located in the Nzerekore region of Guinea.
Dear Mr Jacobs
Reference CAS-2915640-DHS0H4
Thanks for contacting us regarding the BBC News website.
I understand you believe two reports on the Ebola outbreak offered confusing details about whether Gueckedou or Nzerekore have been free of Ebola.
Having looked at the first report titled ‘Ebola: Guineans riot in Nzerekore over disinfectant’ dated ‘29 August 2014 Last updated at 13:46’, this was reporting on a riot that took place there and stated that Nzerekore was so far free of Ebola.
The second report titled ‘Ebola outbreak: Senegal confirms first case’ dated ‘29 August 2014 Last updated at 21:28’ was reporting on Senegal confirming the first case. This second report then offered a smaller piece of information on the riot in Nzerekore and in referencing where the riot took place also stated that it had miraculously remained free of Ebola so far.
Both reports are reporting on Nzerekore, the first one focusing on the rioting that took place and the second offering a smaller recap of the rioting. Gueckedou was mentioned as being close to Nzerekore but the report wasn’t focused on Gueckedou or mention it again in any other context.
We value your feedback about this issue. All complaints are sent to senior management and news teams every morning and I included your points in this overnight report.
These reports are among the most widely read sources of feedback in the BBC and ensures that your complaint has been seen by the right people quickly. This helps inform their decisions about current and future programmes.
Once again, thank you for contacting us.
Kind Regards
Philip Young

EbolaGate 2014: “Project BioShield” and the Fraudulent Ebola Outbreak
September 26, 2014 Ebola 2.8, 5.6, billion dollars, ebola, fraud, fraudulent, fund, hr307, mcm, medical countermeasures, money, outbreak, pandemic, preparedness, project bioshield, Reauthorization Act, testing, unei, us government, waivers, zmapp

Under Project BioShield [1, 2], during the last 10 years the US government has made available 5.6 billion dollars – this to be expanded with another 2.8 billion dollars between 2014 and 2018 – to among other objectives buy up vaccines and other medical countermeasures (MCM) as part of the US government’s “Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness” policies and objectives.
The U.S. government passed an act in 2004 to set aside $5.6 billion over 10 years for the stockpiling of drugs and vaccines that could protect against a bioterrorism attack, creating a potential buyer for any company able to prove it had a safe and effective vaccine. – Bloomberg
And that ladies and gentlemen is what this fraudulent ebola outbreak is largely about: the “Project BioShield” cookie jar.
That can without any hesitation nor doubts be concluded from the very texts relating to H.R.307 – Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Reauthorization Act of 2013 and the developments that we have been witnessing lately.
The following excerpts speak for themselves, quite frankly, and I will not get into the technical details here.
Sec. 302. … To improve our nation’s response to emergencies, this section would also authorize the FDA to do the following: (1) extend the expiration date for MCMs intended to be used for emergency responses; (2) grant waivers of current Good Manufacturing Practices; (3) authorize emergency dispensing of MCMs during an actual emergency without an individual prescription if permitted under State law or permitted by an order of the HHS Secretary; (4) work with other HHS agencies to create and issue emergency use instructions concerning a product’s conditions of use; and (5) authorize FDA to waive a product’s Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy if necessary.
Sec. 305. Regulatory Management Plans – This section would require FDA to establish a process for frequent scientific feedback and interaction with those sponsors who’s MCMs have been procured through the Special Reserve Fund (SRF) in order to facilitate the approval, clearance and licensure of the MCMs. Under the section, FDA also would have the authority to apply this process to MCMs that are not security countermeasures.
Now, to put this in the right perspective. Through Project BioShield the US government can buy up any and all vaccines or MCMs it deems appropriate and suitable for its anti (bio)terrorism strategies and policies, both domestic and foreign and what better time to address the cookie jar than during a fraudulent ebola outbreak in Africa that has been declared a threat to world peace and security…
Project BioShield also allows the US government to provide the developers of these MCMs with cash – a lot of cash – for the further development of their agents. The project was established in 2004 and reauthorized in 2013 up until 2018. Of course a fund of 5.6 + 2.8 billion dollars needs results, whether successful or not. That’s where ZMapp et al come into play.
You see, for the US government it doesn’t really matter whether there is a real outbreak or not and whether the MCMs actually work, after all it’s all about the money, and not the least in Washington.
So what has happened now with this fraudulent outbreak in 2014 is that rumor had it that there were cases of ebola in Africa, likely some were real and these would provide the entire basis and justification for the military buildup (domestic and abroad) by the UNEI alliance and emergency calls for more billions of dollars by the UN as we have seen already, right on schedule and not by accident.
So the developers of these MCMs to combat ebola and the US military complex now have legal and full access to all the funds of Project BioShield, several billions of dollars. A nice cookie jar. That’s exactly why we have seen and read those fabricated stories of patients miraculously recovering FAST from ZMapp, which doesn’t even work also according to Forbes. I have written about this earlier.
It doesn’t matter whether or not these MCMs work and the manufacturers, the US government and the United Nations know it very well that these MCMs are worthless, the goal now is simply to buy up all this junk that unconditionally can also be tested by anyone involved in fighting the fake ebola outbreak.
Given that the US bio warfare department has their affiliates working on-scene in the area where it all started allegedly, it should not come as a surprise that that is what they were doing there: TESTING. Likely, things got out of control and now they needed a cover for their mess and they needed protection for the slaughter they had created.
HR307 makes it perfectly clear that a number of waivers are available that allow the testing and use of ALL and therefore even possibly deadly agents (not necessarily MCMs) without anyone ever being brought to justice in the event that populations and individual human test objects die along the way. That’s also why the UN had earlier declared the outbreak an “international health crisis,” that’s what triggers and allows the full deployment of Project BioShield, including all the features that will protect the US government and the pharmaceutical corporations from any claims made by victims from their MCM test frenzy.
It is no surprise nor a coincidence that US bio warfare was/is present in the very epicenter of the outbreak – an epicenter that has remained free of ebola, miraculously, according to the BBC.
So in short, the ebola fraud allows the procurement of any and all medical countermeasures by the US government – whether or not safe and effective. Medical corporations get to stick their hands DEEP into the royal cookie jar of Project BioShield along the way and no one will ever be brought in front of a judge for the crimes that have been committed in the process.
Oh yes, and the African people get their continent further invaded by the UNEI alliance and get cut a new ass. Excuse my blunt expression here but that’s the reality which is just as blunt, extreme and disgusting.
EbolaGate 2014: E-mails from and Communications with Locals Confirm the Fraud Time and Again
September 26, 2014 Ebola africa, communication, ebola, emails, fraud, freetown, outbreak, scam, sierra leone
I have been receiving several e-mails by now from people who either live in the region of the ebola scam outbreak in Africa or who have relatives living there and they ALL state the same. There’s no one that can even confirm a single case of ebola.
Today I will publish the most recent e-mail that I have received so far. Names and addresses have been redacted.
September 25, 2014
Hi there,
My name is S. and am from Freetown Sierra Leone, I recently read an article you guys publish online about the conspiracies surrounding the Ebola epidemic. As a youth activist, I have been skeptical about the whole saga just because of how things are done and how information is being conveyed with regards to the disease outbreak. After reading your article, some things begin to make sense and upon contemplation, I see a lot of the realities you guys published.
I immediate started calling people from Freetown , Sierra Leone; basically close friends, I call about 14-17 people asking this one single question “Have you personally seen an Ebola patient dead or alive”? I got a 100% outcome of a “NO” I updated my status on Facebook asking the same question, I however got no response.
My next little personal project is to call more people from Sierra Leone again and do an audio recording asking the same question and see the kind of response I get. And I will be more than happy to forward those recorded audio to your organization to help fix the puzzles together, I myself am getting sick of the whole situation, with the government receiving all these million dollar donations and it all comes down to terrorizing the heart of the people, I have a family down there, I have friends down there and I wouldn’t love seeing them been taken for a ride.
I am glad am not alone in this fight and in debunking this hoax.
What is happening in Sierra Leone is more psychological as it is physical. I live there during the war and I know how fear crawled over the whole nation in a little or no time. People have once gone through a traumatic, rebel war and in that respect, fear for their lives whenever it is being endangered in anyway.
They might have been listening to the misinforming radio stations, reading the news papers and watching TV, which basically spread the fear that a deadly diseases is out there killing people.
One of our instincts as human beings is fear. The more hyped a situation is, the more people talked about and relate it to fatal demographics, the more people take the situation serious and that might have lead everyone to consciously believed there is something out there that kills people without even seeing what it is or who is being affected.
I think West Africa was a perfect target for this as people are easily persuaded because of the fact that they lack resources to quality first hand information that haven’t been polluted. With all being said, I will send in recorded phone calls tomorrow for you guys to experience for yourself how it like down there.
All other mails and messages I get from people who have private access to the area in Africa, through relatives or friends, eventually conclude the same. There is of course skepticism also at first but literally none of the people who have been in contact with me were able to debunk or call B.S. on the report, the evidence and findings.
On top of this, I have contacted the United Nations, several times, medical websites and journalists and of course the BBC. No one has taken up the challenge to confront me over the ebola 2014 fraud that has been blown wide open by now and that speaks volumes.
