I do this with a prayer that the Lord will do what has to be done and guide our actions, and with great reluctance, but also great resolve. I never thought I would be doing this, but I want to expose the truth about this fraud who teaches the "In the Truth" Law Procedures, David Wynn Miller's deception and I would like to have some press and radio on it, immediately and until he is called to repentance. Another Clinton we don't need. What we need is someone who will follow the Lord's program, not put his program above the Lord and deceive people. David Miller is so convinced that his language procedures are the only way, truth and light, that he told me, "Jesus spoke in fiction."
Anyone you know who would do a show where David will have to answer for his lies, which I will go into, or where people can bring issues relating to his deceptions forward for him to have to explain, please contact me at once at 435-632-2321. He will be in Bellingham, Washington Thursday the 23rd, and have a seminar Saturday and Sunday at the Red Baron Suites. I am planning on being there passing out what I have discovered about him, unless he corrects his mistakes publically. I am doing my investigation there to get certain proof I need, and I already have a lot of evidence.
If someone can arrange an interview with him for as soon as he gets off the plane, on the radio by phone, or otherwise, and find out when he will get to the airport and what flight he will be on, he can be investigated from the moment he arrives, which is necessary to get to the truth.
The reason I am contacting you, is that David has consistently trashed and failed to acknowledge Right Way Law, and ALL programs except his, INCLUDING THE LORD'S. He says his procedures disqualify everything else because it is all in fiction. He has made out those like Larry Becroft, Jural Society, who say ANYTHING against him or bring up challenges, etc. to be doing what they are doing because David is taking away their students and income. And now that I see the reality of who he is, and his capacity to confuse and destroy willfully people's lives for his own interests, I think I and the others who have information and who have been hurt by his lies have a right to be heard and people have a right to know so that the wrong can stop. I never thought that I would be called as a witness to discredit him, but I am very sadly, yet very LOUDLY saying that I will do it now.

It is a "common-law" and unusual thing privately between us, which David insisted upon because at first he was so adamant against marriage and could not ever have anything in writing. Being that we both agree that the state is not a partner in the marriage and don't want a license, I said, I don't need it in writing, then, I want a marriage in our hearts and union of our lives to build it together, like Adam and Eve, no papers necessary then. He said, " I can work with that." And we were supposed to get a house...and he is the king of breaking promises.
And he would say he didn't want anyone even knowing about it at first, because he concerned someone out to get him would hurt me. But you could not hide it, and I didn't want to because I am so honest and open, and over the years, it has become pretty known to many that we are a couple, and we are openly very romantic and he pays bills and our phone and internet accounts, etc, and we will be addressed as a wife and husband in those often and at hotels, etc. The reason this is significant is because, since I found out that he was lying about emails that showed he was cheating, he has actually tried to deny that there is any relationship between us at all, and attacked me...like Clinton. It is absolutely chilling to me. The pattern of deception is in his work, too.
And there is more to it, and there were storms like men and women have and wrongs and forgiving and trying again to build a love that lasts. You know how it is. But he would not let me come and be in Milwaukee, because he said I would be unhappy and he was always gone on the seminars and never home, and he would see me more if I was out here, and flew me and had me come to the seminars whenever I could. RIGHT.
I knew that it was not right, and it caused me doubts and I constantly wondered and asked if he was seeing other women, which he denies TO THIS DAY he ever did in 5 years, in spite of the proof I now have, and even his family, friends and closest students telling me...and I wondered why it was that way, and had all the instincts you have that he was lying.
But you have to understand that David stands up there and professes to be all about honor and integrity and the truth, and can be very persuasive and manipulative to get what he wants, and you want to believe him and love and support him. You want to believe someone is about fighting to correct the corrupt courts, who is everyone's hope for...a Saviour?
I just found out, to my great horror, that he had been lying and cheating on me with not just one, but probably many women. I questioned information I got before, but he always denied it. This time I saw emails that proved it, and asked why. I have saved my emails. When I emailed the woman and asked what she meant by her statements, David began his defamation campaign, and still accuses me of being crazy and making it all up.
He tried to claim that Anthony Rees, the woman's ex-boyfriend, sent all of the emails to assassinate his character, because Anthony was involved in a conspiracy to destroy his program. Anthony has emailed me that he absolutely did not create the emails. Paul Newton's website has been created to show the falseness of the claims that people like Anthony investigated. Anthony suggests I go to the public forum rather than to court. I plan to file a complaint/claim against him and his seminar host, "Debbie Anderson" tomorrow for conspiracy and accessory in the crimes of fraud, malice, defamation, libel, reckless endangerment, criminal and willful negligence and adultery. The maliciousness is scary. I see in him the same pattern as we saw in Clinton, who David claims is "one of my students."
And that is why I feel that it is relevant, because of the way people follow him like it is a cult and look to him as some kind of leader, or Messiah-like figure, to the point where they are so blind they are willing to lie and attack anyone who brings forth the truth, and sacrifice that person to the cult and justify anything he does, regardless of any sense of moral integrity. I think he has put his program before the Lord's plan, and it is almost like he is the Creator of this sick religion which he calls law. I am their latest prey.
He is so convinced that his In the Truth language "procedures" are the be all and end all, that last year, when I made a very big step and told him how I wanted to share with him the importance of the Saviour, and my step I made to truly devote my life to the Lord and be willing to place Christ first, all he had to say about Jesus was, "Jesus spoke in fiction."
The Lord was not following David Miller's law procedures. David's plan was apparently superior to the Lord's. This is the arrogance that Satan had, and his downfall, and it is David's downfall also. I was full of the love for the Saviour and realizing how much the Saviour had done for us, and full of faith. I told him that if you believe in Christ, all things are possible, that if the Lord could raise Lazarus from the dead, the Lord would work other miracles. I wanted to bring the Lord into our relationship because I knew that a man and woman must have the spirit of the Lord between them and that is the central pivot, and that it would make everything all right. I wanted a happy home and marriage and family, which had been a struggle to get him to realize the importance of and honor a commitment to. He would say one thing one day, and act like he never said it the next.
What I wanted was to have a shared reverence for the Lord first, between us, because whenever two or more are you gathered in His name, he is there, and I could trust that and be happy. David only said that Jesus could have pulled off the Lazurus trick by faking the death. I have prayed so many times in this relationship to have the truth be made known about if David is a truthful, good man, because of all the attacks made on him and the things I see in my life with him.
I have been David's biggest supporter, and written articles about him every week in the Las Vegas Tribune (one was published on the front page of the American Bulletin) and helped him with seminars and stood by him when students and others brought to me their concerns about his false claims, and when I saw him doing things that I questioned as wrong. I believed he was a good person in spite of the things I heard, and gave him always the benefit of the doubt.
Now I know that he is a great deceiver, and the damage his deceit did to me and his hypocritical, arrogance and mocking, unrepentant attacks on me for seeking the truth are the reason why I see no other way at this point to combat his crimes but to expose him and call him to repentance. The only thing that he seems to understand is being called on the carpet before everyone publically.
I have given them every chance, over and over, to admit they are lying in saying that they did not create the emails which show they are involved in the liaison which they denied to me. They will not. She is a Canadian, and Anthony also discovered this liaison by the emails, after smelling a rat when she would not let him (her fiance) attend the seminar. She is the leader of the citizensvoice.org website which is Citizens Voice for Health Rights, allegedly a non-profit organization. Apparently she has a marijuana addiction problem and cannot go a day without a joint. Which makes you wonder where she is going to get it illegally in this country. She also, he says, has no job, but lives off the money from the seminar/materials/tapes, and lives with her mother in Kelowna Canada. She apparently got into trouble with Revenue Canada and whored her way into David's very busy bed when at a Bellingham seminar last March, to get to his "procedures" to get her out of it, so her silence is to make money and his interest is in keeping people quiet to keep the money coming in, I believe.
David told me to charge the students who's lawsuits he set me up to correct, $400 and to lie and tell them that I had spent 4 hours at $100/hour, when he would just fax me the paperwork from himself. I refused to do it, and thought, well he is just trying to help. He felt he was justified, since he had spent so much time developing it and they were getting so much. I felt it was fraud. Now I see the reality that he IS a liar.
The defamation began when he stopped paying my phone and internet -- when I found out he was lying and told people the truth. He and she refused to give me a statement that they did not send the incriminating emails or have an affair, and hassled me when I called for the truth. You would think they would want to know who had done it, wouldn't you, if not them?
I have not let up calling him (sometimes pretty pissed off) and demanding the truth and an end to the lie. I am a pit bull. His friends call me crazy. He says I am making it all up. His students have brought to me his false claims for years, and now I know.
He is a liar. He says no one will follow a lie.

HA! This is nothing more than a jealous girlfriend and a "typical man". This woman is making a fool of herself. She's been with him 5 years; common law is 7 years. She's making a lot of NOISE, but with his legal expertise she may as well chalk this up to the fact that, "He doesn't LIKE you anymore."
How courageous of you Collleen to speak your truth and you are so right the truth sets us free........forgiveness of self and others is a key to be in truth. Love is the absolute truth in the universe. You are sharing accounts of much unlove which is not truth.
You are speaking of an energy that is NOT in truth or love........you have been experiencing being lied to, treated with mocking, hypocritcal arrogance and zero insight of truth which needs much healing........divine healing.

Something to think about people...how did the attorneys confuse the people? They changed our language to mean something other than what we knew it to mean, they changed the definition of our words.
Unless you are law student and have studied it for years it is very difficult to fully understand the language, but people have been studying it and "figuring it out to beat them at their own game".
Do you not think that maybe a contingency plan is now to create a completely new language that will confound the people once again and set the freedom movement back a few more years while they gain yet another edge?

I don't know what article to put this under but I have a statement and was wondering how many others this is happening too.
I am on four checking accounts with one bank. This summer George Soros bought our community banks and we had to change our passwords. Then just last month we had to change our passwords again.
This last time of changing passwords they changed the website and how far back one can access their transactions. On three accounts according to the date of transactions on the last page which the accounts vary on the last page number, they start with the date of 6/1/2011 and 6/14/2011. Then there are no records until 3/1/2012 or the first transaction of the third month of 2012. The one account only shows transactions starting in the third month of 2012 as the account was not open in 6/2012. It was opened in 7/2012.
I believe they are cleaning house, starting at zero. preparing for the NESARA announcement.

Has anyone run down and verified the claims David Wynn Miller has made? By his actions, was a judge removed from the bench (repeatedly)? Did he have both kidneys removed and was technically dead?
People that have been dead and "come back" often have a different perspective on life. Two of my children died and came back to life. They both feel as if they don't fit in here, have "extra sight" and "powers".
I wonder if he can translate the Voynich Manuscript. If so, that is a proof of his genius.
The last dates of 6/2012 and 7/2012 the year should have been 2011. I made a mistake in the year. I hope the initial information helps others. There are many who no longer have checking accounts as they have received their sovereignty. On the other hand those who still have checking accounts need to pay attention to their accounts. As for savings accounts and other type of accounts I have no idea what is happening in those as I do not have any other type of accounts.

Today on 1/17/2013 the bank deleted transactions up to 3/5/2012 but still left 6/1/2011 and 6/14/2011.
This is really strange.
Today 1/18/2013 they deleted the transactions for 3/5/2012, still left 6/1/2011 and 6/14/2011. My conclusion from the evidence is that they are deleting transactions one date at a time. If they were to delete everything at once the computer would crash from too much to process. They are preparing for the new system to be put in place. If any one wants to copy these four postings and share, you are more than welcome.
If I had not already been informed about NESARA ect. and found out about the transactions being deleted from my checking account I would have seriously been concerned in what in the world is going on. This does not make sense. I would have probably contacted the bank and been asking information. According to the things I have learned so far I would not be given a truthful answer. I am just grateful that I knew what was up and happening before I came across the deletions of my transactions.
Dear Colleen, what you are going through is nothing else than an experience that was placed for you before you were born. All of us are tested one way or another. It looks that everything is planned in advance for us.
There are too many things that happen that we cannot control in our lives. The only control you have is how to react at what's happening. If you do not learn the lesson, you will repeat the experience again and again. That spiritual darkness is very dark. It's the valley of the shadow of death.
The lesson here is "let go". Love David as a brother, let him be himself, free and his affairs will not bother you anymore.
Do not try to hold on something you cannot.You are mean to be free and the only person who can free you is yourself. Free yourself from revenge, selfishness, hate, frustration.
Get strength with the Lord of Spirits, and start enjoying David as a brother not as your slave and selfish feelings of entrapment. I know I know you are suppose to be one and no more people between you and your mate. But this life is all bad because of evil spirits among us, so we have no more choice than to forgive, move on, and hope in the Lord of Spirits to deliver us from these evil experiences in our next life experience.
The promise is everlasting life without tears, and the fulfillment of all the desires of our heart. Trust in the Lord of Spirits and do not lean upon your own understanding. Make your plans to be known to Him and He will direct your pass.

So much of what he says makes absolutely no sense, and you can witness in his speech, he uses tactics like condescension to throw people off just at the right moment in his delivery. It gives slight mention to evidence but doesn't really come through with anything referenced at all. It is void of facts but makes many claims. I think it is designed to be an emotional message for the weak of mind.

As an empath, and someone who studies psychology and particularly sociology, I can tell you this man has sociopathy written all over him.

In the video seminar he claims that all flags in courtrooms, etc.. had to be legally changed to yellow fringed flags (because he took out a patent on the American Flag using his secret unbeatable language mathematics), You can clearly witness for yourself that this is a lie (just watch any videos of congress or walk into any courthouse), That's just one of many that can be cross-referenced as absolute BS.
The man is a snake oil salesmen and he's making a lot of money off of it, and victimizing people in the process. It only takes minor cross-referencing and a critical mind to debunk his lies. With the Jared Loughner shooting involving his rhetoric, it really makes me wonder if this guy is a COINTELPRO operative.

Are there any real human beings on this commenters section? David Wynn Miller points out that this woman Coleen Lloyd went to prison for 5 years for the identity theft of 13 men. He was one of them. Anybody who just believes the barely concealed nonsense in this article are themselves nonsensical. Any website claiming it's main basis is to bring about awareness of NESARA is NO place to be discerning the background of somebody like DWM.
I'm not saying I believe the guy is completely on the level but based on what his line of work is and what he has developed, the average commenter here (myself included) shouldn't be able to immediately understand what he's doing. It's advanced in all senses of the word. And for those commenters who think that contract law in the Western world is as pure as golden honey, you need to do more research, it ain't.
If this guy was a true crackpot scammer he would have been shot in the head by a "real" judge's deputy a long long time ago during one of his "so-called" courtroom stunts instead of the judges literally running out the back door.

What I do not understand is WHY this was even posted in the first place. This is a matter between the two of them. No matter what this David may or may not have done, this is publishing one's dirty laundry for all to see, and I see no good purpose for this to be put out publicly. Besides this is from January 2013. For pete sake, why is this being brought up again after all this time? Above and beyond all else written on this website re: DWM. This is the most logical, common sense objection to DWM's thesis about language and meaning. It is the same as mine "doubt" about the utility of such a language. I also know that legalistic language is deceptive and must be clarified. I also know that most of us speak in "abstractions and generalities" which have specific meanings that one person who is speaking has in his mind which can and usually are different than that which is in the mind of the listener. What I have finished writing is an example of abstrations and generalizations." To make true sense-communication we need examples that point to specific things in our environment. For example: "How are you? I am fine". Could mean: "Are you happy ...contented, disappointed, disturbed, tired, having a menstruation period, having a mental breakdown. " The Answer could men no..yes, no, no, yes, etc. to everyone of the "descriptive phrases." But the listener rarely replies specifically and less rarely gives a real answer: "I am angry because I recently argued with my wife." So we claim to "understand" what the question referred to but we truly do not understand. If you claim that you understand generally what it means then you understand nothing because to understand generally means "I understand that such a question could refer to a huger number of "things." Yet, not knowing the specific thing which is in the mind of the questioner is the same logical thing as "I don't know of what you are speaking when you ask "How are you?". Above and beyond that normal function of language we have the problems of "political speech" and also of "legal speech".
An example of Political speech is "are you a citizen of the United States? Yes!. Good. Then you are subject to our rules and regulations. We the managers of the United States ( a federal "district"=Nation, control you." An example of "legal speech is "Are you a tax protester" Yes. Good. Then you have admitted that you are legally subject to the tax laws but you are "protesting them" by your illegal action of not paying them. Bailiff, arrest him."
There is much to be learned from DWM, but most of it is woven within his descriptions. Example: He claims the the Unite Postal Union service controls the DOT, the military etc. We can learn from that by questiioning : Who controls the DOT, The Military, etc. In otherwords, when someone contradicts what you learned in school, that is the moment to ask whether or not he is correct or you are correct. You then compare definitions and the logic of grammatical sentences in order to determine the logical truth of any statement about reality. Reality is that physically perceivable thing which we describe when we make a statement. If our words do not point to the same thing as our listener then we are not speaking the same "language as defined by defnitions and rules for attaching our words to the objects in the external world.
