UNITED States of America - As alleged President Barack Obama readies his totallyUNCONSTITUTIONAL Executive Orders (EOs) that will destroy and wipe out the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, radiation fallout from the failed Japanese nuclear reactor at Fukushima is now spread over 23 states in the U.S.
Civics Lesson 1: It is important to remember that former year 2000 illegal White House occupant, nation wrecker, Constitution shredder, election stealer, U.S. Treasury embezzler, cocaine sorting, AWOL, war criminal George W. BushFRAUD and current alleged U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama-Soetoro already destroyed the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution with the UN-Constitutional BushFRAUD Patriot Act and the totally UN-Constitutional Obama NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act).
Civics Lesson 2: Remember, folks, the 2nd Amendment exists to defend the 1st Amendment.

I thought Obama was just a figurehead president. I thought Boehner was sworn in as interim president. I wish I knew which organization for telling the truth was inept.
NOTE: Stated within a written document received September 17, 1997, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Legal Counsel, Office of the Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Richard L. Shiffin, in response to a FOIA, was the following:
"A fact that is frequently overlooked is that Executive orders and proclamations of the President normally have no direct effect upon private persons or their property, and instead, normally constitute only directives or instructions to officers or employees of the Federal Government.
The exception is those cases in which the President is expressly authorized or required by laws enacted by the Congress to issue an Executive order or proclamation dealing with the legal rights or obligations of members of the public. Such as issuance of Selective Service Regulations, establishment of boards to investigate certain labor disputes, and establishment of quotas or fees with respect to certain imports into this country."

Obama has done nothing illegal, except possibly the use of another's SSN. He has never been the President of our country - only a Corporation. Any legislation He has signed is Null & Void. We have not had a legitimate President since 1913. That means that all laws passed after 1913 are not binding. However, we are soon to have an Interim President & Vice- President until a duly-elected one is sworn in.
