In a
legal argument formally presented in federal court in the case of Hobby Lobby
v. Kathleen Sebelius, the Obama administration is claiming that the First
Amendment—which expressly denies the government the authority to prohibit the
“free exercise” of religion—nonetheless allows it to force Christians to
directly violate their religious beliefs even on a matter that involves the
life and death of innocent human beings.
Because federal judges—including Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor—have refused to grant an injunction protecting the owners of Hobby Lobby from being forced to act against their Christian faith, those owners will be subject to federal fines of up to $1.3 million per day starting Tuesday for refusing to include abortion-inducing drugs in their employee health plan.
The Greens, who are Evangelical Christians, do not suspend their religious beliefs while running their businesses. Instead, they strive to run them fully in accordance with their Christian beliefs. They are unanimous in stating that they have always “sought to run Hobby Lobby in harmony with God’s laws and in a manner which brings glory to God.” They do not have two sets of morals—one for when they are at church or at home and another for when they are working on their businesses. They have only one set of morals—that they strive to follow at work or any other activity. For example, they close their business on Sundays so their employees can spend that day with their families, and they pay their full-time workers a minimum hourly wage of $13, which is far exceeds the federal minimum wage.
They also provide their employees with a generous self-insured health care plan, and they even operate an on-site, cost-free health clinic at their corporate headquarters. But, guided by their Christian faith, the Greens believe that human life begins at conception and that aborting on unborn life is wrong. In keeping with this, they do not cover in their employee health plan abortions, abortion-inducing drugs or IUDs that prevent implantation of an embryo.
As the mandate now stands, the Greens must begin complying with it on Jan. 1. On Nov. 11, U.S. District Judge Joe Heaton refused to grant a preliminary injunction to stop the mandate from being enforced on the Greens while the court decided their case on its merits. In his ruling on the injunction, Judge Heaton determined that the Greens were not likely to establish they had a right to “free exercise” of religion while operating Hobby Lobby.
As the nation approaches the much publicized fiscal cliff, it also approaches a moral cliff: Will the Obama administration compel Christians to act against their faith? As of now, the answer seems plain: Starting Tuesday, it will.

ADHESION CONTRACTS! It is all about adhesion contracts. When we apply for a liscense to do business we take on assumed agreements with the govt. We may or may not have full disclosure or knowledge of the extent of these assumed agreements and they are subject to change from time to time w/o our notice, Ignorance of the law is no excuse, What is happening is the govt is a de facto corporation posing as the Dejure constitutional govt. We are fooled to think they concern themselves with our constitutional rights. They extend to us only various priveledges doled out by coercing us to apply for a permit and pay a fee to do what we already have a constitutional right to do already. Thus our perceived inalienable (misnomer to deceive should be un-aleinable, means cannot be leined.) rights are stolen from us and exchanged for a priveledge and we are forced to comply with whatever they wish to make us do by contractual agreement and past performance. I am afraid to say the govt is able to make a christian do what it says under corp law because the legal contract we have signed in to and operate under. Instead many assume they are under a Dejure constitutional govt that honors their oath of office and protects the rights of the people. They are deceived. Why do we need a drivers lisc when we have a constitutional right to travel.Why do we need a concealed carry permit when we have the right to keep and bear arms. Why do we need a lisc to be in business. When we have a right to contract. Why do we need a marriage lisc when we have a right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness. Why do we need a fishing lisc and on and on and on. It is because they have stolen our unalienable rights and exchanged then for leinable priveledges and we are now under bondage and slavery to them.It is immoral, it isnt constitutional not is it Gods plan for man to be so ruled but we have been asleep and lost our way and freedom by these usurpers and ignorant masses who vote to themselves these self serving charlatains. I could go on but I pity these people who wish to access their constitutional rights but they arent even under that jurisdiction and they will bee deceived by attorneys and the entire legal system because it operates under corporate contract law not Lawful Dejure constituional Govt of for and by the people.
Obama is not a Christian so there is no doubt in my mind that he would try to do something underhanded and evil like that. Don't be fooled for he doesn't care about this country or the people in it so why would he give a crap about our right of religious freedom? Even though its one of our constitutional rights. What is wrong with that judge Heaton? Pathetic. I will pray for the owners of hobby lobby. They are doing the right thing and God sees this. God is more powerful than any of us and has our backs. He won't let evil prevail.

Why wouldn't it be Constitutional for President Reagan to Mandate everyone to become Christian?
If every company did what Hobby Lobby did, the gov't would be screwed!!! Pay your employees a starting wage above the minimum slave wage, provide them w/ a great healthcare plan, give EVERYONE off on Sunday and maybe refuse to open on Thanksgiving, black Friday, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day and any other holiday that allows people to spend time w/ their families and in church, etc. What a novel idea!! People will only shop on holidays if the stores are open and most people don't demand that the stores stay open on holidays, it's the stores themselves that dictate this godless, out-of-control comsumerism. Just ask the employess at Target!!! If we all demanded that the stores adopt the same policies as Hobby Lobby, we could change the world. If the stores won't accept our demands, BOYCOTT THEM and you'll see how fast thet dance to our tune!!! The best way to get this trend started is to not buy anything today..New Years Day and to not shop on Sunday. There will be people who won't abide by this and of course those that only have Sunday off from work and must shop on this day. But, for the rest of us, if we don't condone it, the stores will be forced to hopefully close on holidays and atleast close or limit their operating hours on Sundays. Remeber back in the day when this was the norm? Well I do and people managed to survive and get stuff done Monday thru Saturday. Therefore, it can be done!!!
