I filed it for release at a later date, as I did not want to post it during the holiday season. Plus, I wanted to wait and see if I needed to add anything to it if events warranted. Or subtract. I've done neither. This is the conversation as it was transcribed. What is notable is the change of hot topics. Petraeus, the attempted coup, all that stuff that was so 'front burner' back in December is a dim, distant memory now. It is now a month later and new hot topics occupy the minds of the proletarians. The President's State of The Union address is scheduled for 2 weeks from today, the 12th of February. Abraham Lincoln's birthday, it is. Coincidence? Don't bet on it. Normally the President's State of The Union message is delivered in January. I think he delayed this one so as to give the Republicans more time to discredit themselves. +++ "Let's connect a few dots." That's what I said to Joe as the conversation got around to politics and world events. Shop talk, in other words. Joe and I were sitting in my office. The cocoa was warm, the atmosphere was end-of-the-year relaxed. January is almost upon us. January. Named after the Roman god Janus, he who looked backward and forward at the same time. Janus was the god of beginnings and endings and transitions. Joe and I were getting into the spirit of the season. Our conversation had turned to a year-end review and a speculative look at what next year might bring. Joe, for those of you who tuned in late, is the driver of the armored car that comes by to pick up Z-Force Group's receipts every Monday and Thursday. "So connect me up some dots, Dragon. And how's this for an idea? Let's do a State of The Union message for all the rest of the force who could not be here right now. I mean, the president does it every year. Why should he get all the glory and fame?" Joe was grinning widely at the thought. I grinned back at him and kept the mood going. "Do you think I could get on national TV with my State of The Union message?" Joe was laughing out loud now. "Yeah. And upstage the president!" "It is a good idea, though," I said to Joe. "Some of our operatives have not been back to headquarters in years. Some of them have never been here. And now, all of them, you and I included, are kind of at a loss as to what is the next mission for Z-Force Group now that powerful but unseen forces have taken an active role in cleaning up the earth and guiding its future." "Adjusting to civilian life is what we have to do now," Joe said. "And I'm still working on that." I told him that I am, too, and then we got into discussing this State of The Union idea. I told Joe that it was a good idea, but the hard part is finding a place to start. The president will go over the statistics on job growth and ending wars and stuff like that, but the real state of the union is not something you can objectify with statistics, I told Joe, and then took a sip of hot cocoa. Joe added this while I was sipping cocoa: "It's the unseen forces that shape world events, that change a nation's destiny. On the surface we see everything from job creation numbers to mass murders. This is surface reality. Surface reality, though, is a product of what Dooley Wilson sang about in Casablanca. 'It's still the same old story, a fight for love and glory'........" ".....a case of do or die". I finished it for him. "There's so much going right with this country now, Joe. But it's all built on a foundation of lies and corruption and evil that goes back centuries, even beyond the centuries of this country's existence. For all the centuries of the existence of Western Civilization, and that ain't where it began but we'll stop counting at that point. "Clean-up is underway," I said. "All that messy, smelly history is being brought to the surface to be dealt with. Well, not all of it. Some of it is very public. Some of it, the most dangerous parts of it, that battle goes beneath the surface while the public lives out the drama of the fiscal cliff, or whatever the distraction du jour happens to be. And if we're going to do a State of The Union message for our operatives in the field, I think what we need to tell them, we need to tell them of the behind-the-scenes struggles that are going on right now." "You mean like what's happening with the CIA?" "That's one of the areas of conflict. A bit of history here. The CIA was something created by Harry Truman because he didn't trust the military's intelligence reports. Wasn't long before the CIA became an autonomous body, doing some work for the benefit of the country, but even more for the benefit of their corporate masters. And, as if that wasn't enough, they took to making money for themselves by dealing in guns and drugs. That story is well known and goes back at least to the Reagan years when it became public knowledge. It would take Ken Burns fifty years to make documentary films of the coups and assassinations they've staged. There have been that many of them. Not to mention the Dealey Plaza event." "The CIA is being cleaned up?" Joe asked. "Yes, but it is being done quietly. Clandestinely, I guess is the word. An appropriate way to dissolve or neutralize a clandestine outfit. Let's take it as a fact that Petraeus was sent to the CIA to get him out of the way so he would not be in a position to challenge Obama for the presidency. And the death of Osama Bin Laden, of course that was a staged event. Osama has been dead for years, but he was still alive in myth, press releases, and video messages. Obama had to officially dispatch him before Petraeus did so that Petraeus would not have that as a heroic deed to point to when he ran for president. He wanted to be another military hero president, like Eisenhower. Let's also take judicial notice, as they say in lawyer-speak, that he, Petraeus, is one of the ones involved in the planned military coup. Petraeus is gone from the CIA now." "Replaced by Panetta", Joe offered. "Right. Panetta started the clean-up right away. MaryK told me that Panetta looks like a consigliere. I only am aware of some of what he has done. The clean-up process has definitely begun, though." "But there's more", Joe prompted. "Lots more. Here's what I'm thinking, and it's going to be hard to put into a State of The Union message to all our operatives. Mainly because I'm detecting what appears to be sub-surface battles and only a few of the participants in the battle can be identified. Even then, it's like having a theory and then you go looking for evidence to support that theory. But in the real world...." Joe finished the thought for me. "In the real world, one gathers the evidence and then formulates a theory that explains it. But in this case, it's different. It's different because we know that even on the surface, there is a clean-up going on. The navy has fired 25 commanders this year. 25! Is that unprecedented?" "Exactly. A very good case in point. Even with those 25 guys, there was a cover story. And then the whole thing was dropped. There was a cover story, but in many, maybe even most of those cases, those were men who were involved in the planned military coup. So someone leaked it, or someone discovered it. And now there's housecleaning going on. And everything is connected to everything else." "Which means", Joe said, "that there is a connection to the CIA, or at least the renegade elements in the CIA. There is a substantial body of powerful and influential people who stand to lose a lot if Obama's agenda is made manifest. If they are not active participants, they won't stand in the way of those who are. I think that Obama may be in the same situation as was JFK. There were lots and lots of people who didn't like him, but didn't have the nerve or the muscle to knock him off. Someone did, and they all rejoiced and maximized the opportunity that his death presented. And now Obama has irritated and threatened a similarly large and powerful group. How big is this group? Does it reach outside our borders?" "All the way to Israel", I told him. "The Israeli mafia and the Russian mafia have made common cause. They wish to see Obama disappear, or maybe sleep with the fishes. I'm guessing that the military came up with the plan for a coup, and then they went trolling for support in the outer world. They were probably surprised at how much support they got. That may have led them to become over-confident and careless. So "Plan A", the military coup, failed. There is no "Plan B" because there are too many interested parties with big egos and big money involved. The military coup would have been a total take-over of the government, with no need to consider constitutional laws about succession. If they remove Obama, then there's Joe Biden. He may be Knights of Malta as I'm told, but he's not a leader that the country can rally around. "So without a coherent and workable plan, the separate factions are taking out their frustration in their own ways. Bibi, or his associates, are the ones behind the school and movie theatre massacres. There is evidence to support that working hypothesis. Veterans Today has run a series of stories on that subject. Bibi's best hope now is to destroy Obama's legacy and prevent him from moving forward with his legislative agenda. That could be done by getting him bogged down in gun control issues. That, and the so-called "fiscal cliff". Drag that thing out for as long as possible.The ambushed firemen and policeman, they may be copycat crimes done by those who wish to keep the anti-gun movement going." "The banks", Joe said. "Don't forget the banks." "They're part of the problem, too, and they'll be dealt with when the new currency gets put in place. Last we heard, the target date for that was February, but that is a moveable target. It's the clean-up efforts below the surface that I'd focus on in a State of The Union message to all our operatives." "Like as in.....?", Joe's left eyebrow went up. "I have not identified all the behind-the-scenes operatives. Perhaps I never shall. Let's call Julian Assange of Wikileaks one of them. Julian and Wikileaks have been around for a while. Couple of years, maybe? I dunno. In the beginning, he got a lot of attention in the press. That established Wikileaks as a brand name. Their targets were big name targets, enough to establish their credibility as hackers and their bona fides as "hackers of the people", if I can use that phrase. Simply stated, their manufactured image was one of practically unlimited ability and power, anonymity, and antagonism toward the Established Powers." I had to pause to refill my cocoa cup. Joe was thinking out loud, and said: "It does begin to look like an op. There was a continuing drama with threats of deportation. Then Assange holed up in the Ecuadoran Embassy for a while. This got him more attention, more sympathy from the public. Now he's out, and he may be running for public office in Australia. But what's the mission, what's the point, of building up Wiki and Assange as formidable hackers? What's the payoff? The material they leaked from secret US files was not really damaging, but it did build their reputation. I can see that this was a cover. But what's the payoff?" "I have a theory. What I'm about to say is not from my over-the-event-horizon radar. Radar does pick up some images, but they're indistinct at this point. It's a gut feeling and a theory that fits the facts. It is one potential outcome and the whole thing may have been created as a backstop in case the larger plan is unworkable." "You're talking about the banks, aren't you?" Joe asked. And I nodded yes. "Joe, the new currency is coming. Been in the works for over a year. Maybe even two years. That doesn't matter. What we are hearing is that February is the planned release date. And it won't be like it was when they simply re-designed our existing currency. This time, it's for a whole new economic system. The ones who will be affected the most are the ones who have put up the greatest resistance. This was supposed to go down smoothly, all parties in agreement. It's not working out that way. Obama wants a radical change. The Established Powers do not. So here's what I think will happen. Again, it's a gut feeling and I'm not suggesting anyone make plans according to what I'm saying. This is more an illustration of behind-the-scenes manipulation and power plays. O.K.?" "O.K." Joe refilled his cocoa cup and waited for what was to come next. "To get the bankers to agree, it may take an emergency. They will have to be made desperate. Suppose someone hacked into the banks and messed with their accounting system? I don't have to know the details of what they did when they got inside the system. It's enough to assume that whatever they did, it would make the banks non-functional, inoperable, or completely broke. In a word, compliant. Ready to be rescued, even it it meant swallowing the bitter pill of Obama's radical changes. Radical changes, as I understand it, would be nationalization." "The man's a genius, a strategic genius." Joe was admiring Obama's strategy, if the plan is implemented. "We could go on for hours about that, and fill our operatives' IN baskets with more reading than they could handle. Let's go on to the next known player, or group of players, in this beneath-the-surface power struggle. I'm talking about the web site, Veterans Today. They have been running a series of expose' features that focus on Israel, or Netanyahu, since before the election. If I was to send a State of The Union message to our operatives, I'd tell them to just monitor Veterans Today. It's likely they already do. There are others out there working for the same goals as all of us. And, as usual, we are aware of their presence but don't know who they are. It's that way with Assange and the VT crew, too. Even Obama is not aware of all the help he is getting. There is a struggle going on under the surface, and that's what I'd tell our operatives. Look at the effects, look at what is presented, then look behind the scenes for the cause. Sun Tzu's dictum is still applicable: Know your enemy. "If you don't know your enemy, then you won't know who your friends are. Your enemy will come to you in the guise of a friend. I hope Obama knows this. "State of the union? The union is in a state of problems that all need to be dealt with simultaneously and effectively. Right now. Because all this stuff is connected. There's the CIA and it's drugs and money laundering which flows to the banks who make it all possible. There's Bibi and his wrecking crew out to destroy Obama, and America too, if that's what it takes. The economic system needs to be restructured. The evangelicals, let's not leave them out. They are both cause and contributors to the problem. My radar doesn't pick up any sign of violence or war until February, or when the new currency is issued. Whether there is war or violence in our streets depends on how that situation is handled. So, that's the state of the union as seen from Z-Force Group HQ right now. "Only the stuff that you and I talked about before. I'm young and restless, but the Universe doesn't care. It takes its own sweet time. There's a lot of good stuff coming, both on the world and national scene and our personal scene. But we have to wait for it to manifest. For men of action, like you and me, waiting is the hardest part." "Waiting is the hardest part", Joe echoed. And then we both fell silent for a long time and sipped our cocoa. Then the talk went around to Republicans and other wacko types. We were both in agreement that such political trash, wacko types and nut jobs have always been with us.
