If you built a house on a foundation that isn't level, what do you think
would happen?

Well, you might not notice it at first glance...
But eventually your walls would start to crack, your doors would stick and you'd practically need a crowbar to open your windows.
Over time your basement could start to leak, mold would set in and your rooms would be chilly and drafty.
Then things could get really serious -- your porch could collapse, your roof start to leak or walls begin to buckle.
Even if your builder used the very best lumber, paint, drywall and insulation, if your foundation isn't solid, nothing else matters.
Well, your gut is similar to the foundation on a house -- it truly is the "rock" on which the condition of the rest of your body depends.
And if it's not in tip-top shape, it's just a matter of time before the rest of YOU starts to "crumble."
Here's what I mean:
Your inner "foundation"
The "cement" of your body's "foundation" (aka your gut) lies in your friendly intestinal bacteria.
Right now you have trillions of these little guys milling around down there--that's more than the number of cells you have in your entire BODY!
Now, most people realize that your friendly flora helps encourage regular BMs, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
They also make up about 70% of your immune system...so whether or not you get the latest bug, cold, virus, flu or infection around primarily depends on your flora count.
They also help inhibit various diseases including CANCER--the number 2 killer in the US.
They surround and engulf dangerous pathogens you ingest from your food or the environment and "escort them out" when you have a bowel movement.
These guys help encourage a healthy cholesterol level by eliminating and even "eating" excess cholesterol--they're Nature's safe alternative to statins!

How are YOURS doing?
By now you may be thinking, "Hmm, I wonder how my gut flora is."
It's not entirely obvious when there's a problem down there--after all, it's not like your gut gives you a nudge and says, "Hey, we're in trouble here."
Instead the signs are a little more subtle and you might not even realize they're related to your gut.
Here are some common symptoms associated with imbalanced flora--see how many apply to you:
- Frequent tiredness and/or fatigue
- Frequent constipation and/or diarrhea
- Repeated infections, including UTIs, vaginal yeast infections, bronchitis, upper respiratory infections, sinus infections, etc.
- Gas and bloating
- Memory problems, anxiety or depression

All of these are indicative of having dysbiosis in your gut -- in other words, harmful bacteria have taken over and outnumbered the good guys.

Here's the scoop on each of those:
1- Remove
This involves removal and avoidance of things that can greatly harm your friendly flora.

- Foods that you are sensitive or allergic to
- Cigarette smoke
- Soda

- Antibiotics
- Acid reducing medications (both OTC and prescription)
- Regularly lacking adequate sleep
 

2- Replace

Originally I had written you because of what I thought were diverticular attacks and receiving antibiotics when this would occur.

This is all great article if we lived in a world without 24 hour a day poison. First off our water is poisoned including bottled water. Our air is poisoned with heavy metals and toxins that each one in and of itself is a death threat. Our food is now so poisoned that rats won't eat it. This toxic poisoning is designed so that it is impossible to restore your gut flora because it kills the flora off by the food, water and air we all consume 24/7. quite frankly I don't know what the answer is while the murdering demons keep trying to kill us. I personally have tried everything in the books including eating fresh garden grown food, only to discover the soil so toxic the veggies that are non GMO'ed but still full of toxins. Lets save this article for after we get these death substances totally.....G O N E .... I have no clue what to do with this crap going on....
