At least someone investigated and actually found the truth.
These self serving and many times criminal boards and their associates are
all over the USA and sometimes they are stealing innocent homeowners
homes, or extorting monies in their self serving criminality, or to cover
up their criminality.

The only person that can get paid without the board approval is the secretary. Last I know that is something like $300 or so a month as of 2006. The president of the board can only be paid with board approval, although it sounds like he is getting too much. If the board actually did approve this, they are probably getting paid under the table, which brings them into RICO territory. I can only assume this because the last guy going into the management office was neither the manager, nor the president; he was also very defensive, even though it was not him as the accused. These people are going to be in a lot of trouble. I will refer them investigative help in the area.
