Who gave the Orders for U.S. Flags NOT to be Flown at Half-Staff on 9/11, Especially in NYC or at the Pentagon?
Ask Joe Biggs on Infowars.com as he personally asked at a federal building in NYC as it was NOT at half-staff.
It was only in Pennsylvania that flags were known flown at half-staff, via Orders of the Governor.
Has it come down to Obama that U.S. Flags are Offensive to Anyone that is NOT born in America or does NOT have Heritage from Muslims?
Osama Bin Laden Received a Burial with his body put off the side of a U.S. Military ship, even though he was NOT killed on the High Seas.
Barrack Obama as Commander-in-Chief Failed to show up for the funeral 'Maj. Gen. Harold Greene, the highest ranking American serviceman to be killed in the Afghan war,' but Obama was busy playing Golf.
Yet there are reports that U.S. Flags were flown in America at half-staff for Nelson Mandela of South Africa, but NOT for Maj. Gen. Harold Greene.
It is time for Congressional Hearings be brought up on this or have Orders of Obama to Resign as the U.S. Constitution is NOT being complied with.
There are many more stories that are out there, but even flags flown on people's private property is considered as offensive to people that have NOT made complaints.
It was bad enough years ago that an Atheist was pushing to have Churches of ALL kinds be removed as it was offensive to see with his NON-religion, but he failed on that.

Gov. Tom Corbett has ordered all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol complex and Commonwealth facilities to be lowered to half-staff Thursday to mark Patriot Day.
Patriot Day is an annual observance paying tribute to those who were killed or wounded during the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

As Twitchy reported, it was a heartbreaking scene Thursday at Arlington National Cemetery as Maj. Gen. Harold Greene, the highest ranking American serviceman to be killed in the Afghan war, was laid to rest, his son bowing over his father’s casket.
Some wondered why the commander-in-chief wasn’t present at the funeral of such a high ranking officer, and the Washington Examiner’s Byron York confirms that, yes, the president was busy golfing at the time.

Johannesburg (CNN) -- They gathered in the tens of thousands -- presidents, prime ministers, royals, celebrities and ordinary South Africans -- all united to say farewell to a man hailed as a global symbol of reconciliation.
From President Barack Obama to Cuba's Raul Castro, praise came from all sides in a four-hour memorial service at Johannesburg FNB stadium for the revered statesman, who died Thursday at age 95.
"We will never see the likes of Nelson Mandela again," Obama said in a speech to roaring cheers.

Maybe a Public Official Notice by the Militias to ALL 50 State Governors and State Attorney Generals as to WHY Flags were NOT Flown at Half-Staff in NYC, the Pentagon, ALL 50 State Capitals, and ALL Federal Buildings Nationwide.
There should be a 7 day Reply or the Sheriffs will be required by the U.S. Constitution to Enforce the Orders of Halting ALL Funding of ALL Military Actions, and the Arrest of ALL 535 Members of Congress, 9 Supreme Court Justices, and both President Obama and Vice President Biden for ALL Treason Charges, as more Troops or Military Aircraft going into Iraq is Treasonous, NOT Approved of by Congress!
