Johnnie Sick - FLU BUG

I am now on day 3 0f a hope for 4 day Nasty Flu. This will explains my absence on this blog.

Shall try to catch up. My apologies to all.

John, if you would like to avoid ever getting the flu or a common cold again, I have the remedy. If you take a daily dose of echinacea this will strengthen your immune system so you don't catch these nasties and others ever again. I started taking two tablets each day nine years ago and have never had a cold or a dose of the flu since. Prior to commencing daily intake of this supplement I would regularly get a good dose of both colds and flu. I could not recommend this product more highly. And you certainly do not need to apologize for taking a much needed and deserved break but thank you for that. Take it easy John, relax and recover fully. I'll say a special prayer just for you this evening. Now get your bootie back into bed Mr. And yes, you can take teddy if you need some cuddles, lol.

Doug D. said...: I hope you don't mind a little constructive criticism; the cure is right under your nose - literally. This is from our "For What It's Worth" department.

Take any old nasal spray bottle, rinse it out, fill it half full with salt water. Tilt your head slightly forward, spray and inhale. Six or eight sprays in each side will do the trick. If it stings a little that's O.K. If it stings a lot - you've got it too salty. Dilute it down.

The salt kills harmful bacteria and starts putting antibodies into your system. You'll soon be over it. See, the remedy is right under your nose. This is not medical advice; please see your physician. (For mild salt water? Come on! But, hey, I'm politically correct.)

Anonymous said...: Get some Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar and take it everyday to keep the bugs away. ACV makes your blood alkaline and viruses and bacteria can't survive in an acidic environment. 1. Take a hot tub with epsom salts - and soak for 20 minutes;
2. Towel dry and then rub VICKS on the bottom of your feet and place white socks on (leave on over night) - do this nightly, until you feel better!
3. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is able to bring the body back into a pH balance and local grown honey, is the good, natural sugar (not a preservative or toxic) that your body needs!
MAKE THIS DRINK -- boil the best water that you have available (do not drink Reverse Osmosis Water nor Distilled Water) - add 2 teaspoons of each, ACV and honey to your boiled water (about 8/10 oz.) - a mug. Drink this daily - 2/3x until you feel better.

PS...The ACV/honey drink, you can drink this daily to keep your pH level in balance.

I bought mine for $99.00 in the mid 1990's and haven't been sick AT ALL ever since.
I call it the 'poor man's' Rife machine. Dr. Beck came to realize that a collapsing milliamp wave/current yielded essentially the same results as Rife's specifically tuned research tool. Produced very inexpensively, Beck's little box and his experimental protocol works, and I am living proof.
It runs on a 9v transistor radio battery but I eventually modified mine to use 3 9v batteries in series to boost it's effects. I also made it so it can run directly from a wall plug using a $10 universal 6-9-12 volt adaptor transformer. I also finally chose not to use the skin patch electrodes and just use alligator clips connected to two 4" x 3/4" hand held chunks of steel pipe instead. It works perfectly, even all these years later.
I have damaged lungs from the 1970's and 80's.. From work related Mesothelioma and they were always getting seriously infected. Colds and the flu would invariably result in 'walking pneumonia', and would last 6 to 8 weeks.. Yuck!
This machine helped turn my life around in a big way.
I'm SURE it can help everyone alive today as well.
They can still be picked up on line for around $100-$120 or, if so inclined, one can buy the parts and make it as a project for cheaper..

I have had tremendous success with "Olive Leaf Extract" as a tea and in gel capsules. I taken them when well, and if I happen to feel something comin on I take 2 in the morning and one at night. They are wonderful!!!!
