Allows Illegals to Launder Criminal History While US Residents Keep Theirs - Shocking
Sick, alright! This would encourage illegals to create homemade I.D. and identities to give them a new clear record with little or no criminal history while Americans keep whatever criminal history is on their records. Outright discrimination - leaves legal residents with the threat of federal imprisonment and, I think, approximately $200,000.oo in fines if they try to 'paper trip' like this.
Does anyone see the unlevel playing field these criminals in Congress are creating against We, The Forgotten People? They are literally about to okay millions of criminals over and above those legally residing in the U.S.. It is a preference for sanitizing foreign criminals into the U.S. and leaving American residents to rot and keep their convictions.
have noticed how unforgiving the U.S. bureaus, courts, cop shops, and especially oil companies record keepers are. Even if you pay attorneys to expunge most of your traffic fines or whatever convictions, there may still be private and federal and state records somewhere of it and university professors claim that such violations are considered anti-social behavior.
The Congress march goes on to give foreigners a real big break and leave Americans to rot. As these foreign thugs enter in here and drive beside you on freeways, roads, streets and highways with their automatic weapons, commit more home invasions and murders, rapes, assaults, robberies, you will eventually learn to absolutely hate Congress.

: This is as sick as it gets. Not only do the Gang of Eight and
: the Democrat Party believe it is OK to give lawbreakers
: amnesty and a path to citizenship, if this bill passes it
: will be OK for each illegal alien to FORGE TWO passports
: and not be in trouble. When asked about this Senator McCain
: feigned ignorance about the bill HE authored. He claimed he
: had no idea how many forged passports a criminal could
: produce and still become a citizen. McCain does not even :

know what is in the Bill he voted for, shame on him—shame
: on the people of Arizona.

: Any of you ever think there is a war on against white people?

: McCain: I Don’t Know How Many Passports We Let You Forge
: By Alissa Tabirian, CNSNews, 7/18/13
: (CNSNews.com) – Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.), a member of the
: “Gang of Eight” that helped write and pass the immigration
: reform bill in that chamber, said he did not know how many
: passports a person could forge under the proposed law
: before being charged with a crime.

: On Capitol Hill on Wednesday, CNSNews.com asked McCain,
: “Senator McCain, can I ask you a question about the Senate

: immigration bill? Under the bill, how many passports can
: someone forge before it becomes a crime?”

: McCain said, “You’re going to have to ask our folks that, I
: don’t think that we stand for any forgeries.”

: CNSNews.com followed-up, “Can you tell me why that would be
: part of the bill in the first place?”

: McCain answered, “ I cannot tell you that it is part of the
: bill.”

: In the legislation that passed in the Senate, Section 1541
: “Trafficking in Passports,” it explains in detail that a
: person can be charged for a crime if they forge “3 or more
: passports,” meaning that they potentially would not be
: charged if they falsely made only one or two passports. The
: criminal charges and penalties do not kick in until after
: “3 or more passports” are falsely made, issued, or
: transferred, etcetera.

: As the legislation states, “any person who, during any period

of 3 years or less, knowingly – (1) and without lawful
: authority produces, issues, or transfers 3 or more
: passports; (2) forges, counterfeits, alters, or falsely
: makes 3 or more passports; (3) secures, possesses, uses,
: receives, buys, sells, or distributes 3 or more passports,
: knowing the passports to be forged, counterfeited, altered,
: falsely made, stolen, procured by fraud, or produced or
: issued without lawful authority; or (4) completes, mails,
: prepares, presents, signs, or submits 3 or more
: applications for a United States passport, knowing the
: applications to contain any materially false statement or
: representation, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned
: not more than 20 years, or both.”

: The immigration reform bill passed in the Senate on June 27
: with a 68-32 vote. All 52 Democrats, 2 independents, and 14
: Republican senators voted in favor of the legislation,
: including Sens. McCain, Lamar Alexander (Tenn.), Kelly
: Ayotte (N.H.), Jeff Chisea (N.J.), Susan Collins (Me.), Bob
: Corker (Tenn.), Jeff Flake (Ariz.), Lindsey Graham (S.C.),
: Orrin Hatch (Utah), Dean Heller (Nev.), John Hoeven (N.D.),
: Mark Kirk (Ill.), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) and Marco Rubio
: (Fla.).
