7-1-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Randy Koonce All has been done months ago. Once the CBI changes, it all goes from there. The RV has to take place and then they will have a National Meeting. It's not about the global reset, it's about Iraq. How long do I think this will go? No more than 14 days, 2 weeks. Our best window is this week and next week. Could it be tomorrow? Yes. 7-1-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 WE ARE IN A GREAT POSITION AND CAN EXPECT THE RV VIRTUALLY AT ANYTIME BUT WE MUST GIVE THEM TIME TO POSITION THEMSELVES TO DEVELOP THE TRADABLE CURRENCY, OPEN THEIR BUDGET, PAY SOME DEBT, JOIN THE WTO , TARIFF LAW IMPLEMENTED. THEY APPEAR TO BE WORKING NON STOP TO ACCOMPLISH ALL OF THIS. I WILL ALSO SAY RAMADON WILL NOT STOP THE PROGRESS AND THEY WILL BE WORKING DURING RAMADON. 7-1-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 i repeat again all sources saying july 3rd is our first possibility and they think it will be complete within the next two weeks at the latest. THEY HAVE TO HAVE THE MONEY TO SATISFY THEIR BUDGET AND CAN'T OPEN IT TILL THEY DO. THEY HAVE PAYMENTS BUILT INTO THE BUDGET AND THERE ARE MANY THINGS THEY WANT AND NEED THAT THEY CAN'T GET DONE WITHOUT THE RV. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
7-1-2013 Intel Guru TD After several days of nada from my GOI source I heard from him few hours ago. Last week he had informed me of news out of Iraq clarifying more about currency reform. A important article was to come out today but he says it's being edited and should come out next few days, certainly this week. Asked about any pertinent info to which he replied the CBI, Finance committee and newly formed currency reform commission still tackling stability issues. He says at this point the building of the mechanisms of solid foundation to SUPPORT target rates is the challenges they are working on and in consultation with the IMF. 7-1-2013 Intel Guru TD I asked if they still intend a short term manipulation for Ramadan period and he replied YES. It's a priority to get things going. For the first time we discussed Lower denoms and contrary to popular belief THEY ARE NOT YET READY. We had a few minutes of chatting about the "wild rumor mill " and he debunked every one of them , namely : "Global Reset" (he says he's aware of some countries moving numbers this year but 192 he says IS RIDICULOUS). "The IQD RV paying for Americas involvement in the war " (sounds good but no credible direct link). [post 2 of 3....stay tuned]

I asked him about VND and these crazy numbers about .48 cents, etc. He said "if Saudi Arabia is at 27 cents what sense is Vietnam at anything above A PENNY. I AM EXPECTING THEM TO GET THE RV DONE SOONER THAN LATER BUT ONLY TIME WILL SHOW THE TRUTH. OUR TIME NOW IS VERY SHORT COMPARED TO WHERE WE HAVE COME FROM. MALIKI IS IN A NULL POSITION AT THIS TIME WITH THE NEW 7 GOVERNORS AND THEM HAVING SECURITY POWER OVER EACH REGION. WOW THAT IS HUGE. I AM COUNTING ON THAT THEY FINISH BEFORE RAMADON EVEN STARTS ON THE 8TH OF THIS MONTH AND THEY HAVE PROMISED THEIR PEOPLE THEY WILL HAVE HIGHER CURRENCY DURING RAMADON. POPPY3
