BANK STORY 1 FROM A MEMBER

In Fort Lauderdale, Chase was very accomodating, spoke with a weath mgr/private banker who explained all of the perks including that I would have access to her 24 hrs a day along with a financial planner who worked at the bank. Called the currency exchange in Sawgrass Mills Mall and was told that they were expecting the rate change as of yesterday but to call back tomorrow, as for exchanging that they would pay out in cash not checks until they run out of resource.

I called 5th 3rd today and spoke with a private banker....she was very friendly and said they would be exchanging after the rate change.   She was so so nice.

Chase Branch at 3956 Sheridan in Chicago said IQD is not on the exchange list but the dong can be exchanged at market rate.

I spoke to 5/3 2 weeks ago and they told me to go to the currency exchange
 I spoke to the currency exchange and they will NOT exchange walkins - they will be setting up an office by appointment only - this is the CEIFX (?) at the mall in my town, and will have to travel an hour and a half away to another city

BANK STORY 6 FROM A MEMBER

 Hey.  What is the mgr's name at sawgrass Mall.??  I called there two weeks ago  that location is 7 miles away from me.  when I called them i asked if they would have a group rate.  they said no.  I asked if they would be exchanging the idq after the rv.  they said YES...........  so these people re definately on my list.
