[IMF]
IMO the IMF with pressure from US and CHINA will release the RV tonight, the
BIS will comply, the IMF will inform the UST to notify the Banks the RV is in
motion and the Forex will update tonight at 2am!! CHINA is not able to hold the
world up much longer and they also do not want the US to stray!
[Robertprofessor] IMF Here I go. We learned these things from Jester yesterday. The IMF needed to shore up 9 countries that were not going to make it due to how long the reset has taken. They used their IQD to get funds. However, are those funds useable now?
[Robertprofessor] Anyone in the castle ... want to play along with my theory?
[KajunRedBull] Robertprofessor I'm hanging with ya!
[Maryrose] Robertprofessor maybe not but it could be used as collateral perhaps
[cookiesdad] Robertprofessor .... waiting on IMF to chime back
[cookiesdad] Maryrose Robertprofessor .... I agree with it probably being used as collateral
....
[aable2] Robertprofessor Answer is no....imo
[constantlyabiding] Robertprofessor since you brought it up...
[GJHHonor] robert they has been funded but will not be release until they push the button imo
[Robertprofessor] I'd have to go back to the chat from last night, but I think Jester said those funds are _ _ _ (three letters) and means the funds are there but not useable right now. Anyone remember that point?
[alfonse] Yes ...SKR's ?
[cchad3] Robertprofessor Collateral or they handed it off to gurantee payment??
[Robertprofessor] Okay, next thought. If I'm homeless and hungry, and you have compassion on me and have the means, so you take me to the bank and deposit $20k in a new account for me, but it has a hold on it until some future date. Am I better off or still homeless and hungry?
[constantlyabiding] The last several weeks the Asian and Aussie business news has talked alot about "emerging markets" which Jester mentioned yesterday. I noted it was a hot button word and then he confirmed...
[cookiesdad] castle .... I think that they are being allowed to use the funds but agree that they are probably on hold until the button is pushed, which makes me think they have to push the button quickly
[Papa Bear] Robertprofessor GOOD POST!
[ezmuny] Robertprofessor still homeless and hungry!!!
[cookiesdad] Robertprofessor .... exactly the issue
[Maryrose] Robertprofessor did you read my post?? Re collateral
[IMF] Robertprofessor First of all Jester said they tried to but I did not see they got what they wanted, didnt he also mention these countrys were put back at the end of the line. He did say some country's were in to try and pay off loans and where did the interst from those loans GO?
[cookiesdad] Maryrose .... do you think they gave loans based off of the "expected" rate
[constantlyabiding] Robertprofessor not only is term "emerging markets" used but also.. "the shadow banking system" I have taken that to mean banking exchanges done outside public view or perhaps electronically.
[Robertprofessor] Well, if these funds are not really useable, it seems to me these 9 countries are not actually any better off right now. They need the reset and they need it desparately. Am I making sense?
[Maryrose] cookiesdad at least it shows they will have assets to pay off at a later date
[cookiesdad] Robertprofessor ... absolutely
[aable2] Robertprofessor Homeless and hungry......but with hope....lol
[GJHHonor] yes go rv it has to bust soon
[GJHHonor] help is on the way
[cookiesdad] Maryrose Robertprofessor .... the only issue there is what are they basing the value at .... they have to have a rate in mind .... big difference between say 1 to 1 & 5 to 1
[Duguid] Robertprofessor : So......Is it still " Any Second Now "...........Or " Not So Much " ????? thx
[Robertprofessor] IMF There were 4 others that wanted the same favor, but the US/China/Russia and others (27/29 voting members) said, "No!" So, yesterday's meeting is being finished today. All demanding the IMF get this done fast!
[IMF] Robertprofessor I doubt very much they received any funds but maybe just a note saying these 9 country's will be getting some relief but theycant pay younow LOL
[ezmuny] IMF "IOU" roflmao
[ezmuny] Robertprofessor i read just a few ago that it was cl in europe that tried to bring in 4 more countries that were not bs3 compliant and she got her hand slapped. but is in order now
[TexasMom] ezmuny I saw that on another site this morning.
[Robertprofessor] So, I'm thinking we are in a short period of getting this done, whatever is involved with that, and the reset can pop very, very soon ... if not, these 9 countires and the other 4 are in a lot of hurt. There's pressure to finish from all countries. This is my theory.
[Diogenes] Robertprofessor I would say you have a pretty good handle on what Jester said, and what apparently has been happening. I would only add that if it is true what LG Tennis said about CL, it adds an element of explanation. JMO TY
[cookiesdad] IMF Robertprofessor .... scary thought is that if they are getting (1) a loan based on expected funds and/or (2) allowed to not pay loans until the RV, then does each country have to sign documents to agree to it (which would be another "delay")
[Robertprofessor] cookiesdad I don't have a way of verifying or working out every question, but I think my theory holds water.
[oxglove] IMF Robertprofessor help yourself to the buffet but closing time is soon
[alfonse] cookiesdad Should already have done imo
[cookiesdad] alfonse ... correct, but we all know how these "new" issues have added time to the process
[cookiesdad] Robertprofessor .... correct and totally agree .... just worried this could be another freaking delay
[cookiesdad] when it would be just as easy to hit the button
[grandpa10] Robertprofessor and you are just talking about the last ones. All the others that were agreed upon earlier may to just have ious or credit
[Iank1978] IMO they can't risk having to keep countries from drowning need to pull the trigger ASAP
[cookiesdad] Iank1978 ... that is what we are all hoping
[KajunRedBull] Robertprofessor are you talking of SDK's
[Robertprofessor] cookiesdad Desperation of the 9 counties, near desperation of the other 4, and the heavy weight countries demanding to finish this and do the reset ... to me this adds up to rv this week.
[Digs] Saudi Arabia to give $5 billion aid package to Egypt. The United Arab Emirates will provide a $1 billion grant to Egypt and a $2 billion loan as an interest-free central bank deposit.

[Robertprofessor] KajunRedBull That's it, yes. Thank you, SDK's that Jester mentioned last night.
[aable2] Robertprofessor Do you suppose we are "overthinking" this? ummmm where have I heard that before?....lol
[Digs] WASHINGTON (AP) - The International Monetary Fund forecast slower global growth for 2013 and 2014, citing expectations of a more protracted recession in Europe and a slowdown in key developing countries such as China and Brazil.
[Iank1978] You can see the articles and news coming out as needed to coincide with the progress....and it all points to this week any day anytime going forward IMO
[IMF] Robertprofessor In all seriousness i believe it will go done in the next 24 hours if not sooner. As you stated theres so many countrys hurting and the US doesn't want CHINA to get ticked off and call our debt in! China has been generous and also they dont want to feel like theyve been taken advantage
[Diogenes] Iank1978 I think what PB said this morning is part of that business. JMO--[Papa Bear] tatortot This forward movement is being fought at every turn in the road with more obstacles to overcome. Was always told wouldnt give up easy
[Iank1978] Diogenes- yes they hold info until hurdle is jumped over then release the info IMO
[Iank1978] RB I agree if the IMF hurdle is out of the way the USA Chinese and iraq want to move forward and with speed
[oucrazy] Robertprofessor Great reasoning. Concise and to the point. . . logical. Well done, prof!!
[Robertprofessor] IMF China's shoulders are only so broad and strong. There's a limit.
[IMF] Robertprofessor I agree with your assessment but lets not forget CHINA already has a huge stake in Iraq and them keeping face in other emerging country's is huge.
[Robertprofessor] IMF Everything, absolutely everything about China is to our advantage in this deeenar thang.
Digs] Robertprofessor Dooong thang too i believe...
