Samsung Cell Phones blockage to site - Your help is requested

I have received a few calls about this site is being blocked on certain Samsung cell phones.

My suggestion is to go to Google Play and download AVAST mobile for androids.

I have a Samsung tablet and have no problems. My son has a Samsung Galaxy cell Phone and has no problems.

Suggestions?
