Mobile HAARP Unit -- in Seattle Harbor for repairs at Vigor Shipyard in Spring 2011 -- on its way to North Korea in April 2013.  

This same unit, staffed by the large, secretive defense contractor SAC, was seen off the coast of Banda Aceh, Indonesia "drilling for oil" several days before the catastrophic Boxer Day Tsunami that occurred on December 26, 2004, killing 250,000 people in Indonesia, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka.  SAC was then given a large Pentagon contract to develop the network of tsunami warning buoys that exists today.  It appears that SAC was indeed "drilling", but for something besides oil. -- REC
