YET ANOTHER DELAY FOR THE RV?
Ramadan starts on July 10, 2013 in
Iraq, which is July 9 in the USA.
Yet
another delay - or 'reason' to be given - for the release of the RV?

When Ramadan begins, we may well have to wait for the revalue to
occur after this period of time is over, around August
9, 2013 (which is August 8 in the
USA).
Maybe this year will be different? We're about to find
out.
