Back in the late nineties my late father was told by a local NSA operative that a big meeting was occurring in downtown Vancouver hosted by Bill Gates. The subject of the meeting was how best to implement a Russia-China-North America high speed rail system that included a tunnel under the Bering Strait. Now the project is being brought forward publicly, only the Illuminati news outlets are pretending that the project originates in Russia and China. Horse puckey!
