Okay, so the GCR was yesterday and the Tiered exchanges are beginning to set exchange dates for the private oil credit exchanges.
As of Jun 3rd it looks for the codes to be in place for all changes in monetary reform on the boards. I cannot stress enough the importance to have seperate accounts zero'd to begin with. Have another account called your cash account.
This should consist of two years budget money my personal nudget is around forty a year with twenty for emergencies. So I need about an hundred twenty thousand for a two year outlook. Please have a list of cashiers checks needed for bank bills etc. Mortgages, auto, life insurance etc...

Its my suggestion to park the rest in an aviva/athena.comannuity savings plan for one year while you do your homework to make foundations, trusts, and charitable organizations.
As the new elite learn that every receipt you get even popcorn at the movies is now just as valuable as a one dollar bill. I will explain on another post. Your first homework after your exchange is a will in case of your demise this is the biggest offender to families who have money and suffers a loss.

Who Needs Dinar for Iraq to have a RV or Reset?
'The private oil credit exchanges' as I see it is BARTER, which is good!
According to the Cabal YOU MUST have LAWFUL Currency that others Accept, but Federal Reserve Notes MUST be Accepted by EVEYONE!
I would see that Obama will go back into Iraq with military as there are Rumors that the countries to get War Paybacks from Iraq are to PAID IN FULL NOW in Dinars and NOT wait for anything else, so Obama will still protect Iraq from its enemies!
