So if you were the 4th State that became Fully De Jure and NO De Facto then you will receive $47 Million, while the one in 35th place will get only $16 Million, but that is only if ALL 50 States are Fully De Jure! And I'm sure the People will campaign for that contest!
He is only running to fill the seat of UNITED STATES corporate president anyway. So it really wouldn't make much of a difference who gets elected/selected in November as long as the corporate form of governance remains in force.

Dan 7:43 PM - How do you figure Trump 'suckered Kissinger' et al? Kissinger is a contact man for the powers behind the scenes that run this planet. He makes contact with EVERY 'president' they put in to the corporation office of 'president' - in this case Trump was not one of 'them', so Kissinger would be ordered to make contact with Trump and make it known to cooperate with them 'or else.' There is NO 'ELECTION.' All of this is a charade to continue to deceive the people. In Trump's case. his popularity is strong and they are having trouble with their former choice Hitlery, so perhaps they are considering Trump as a replacement IF he will go along with their program and orders.

David 10:09 AM - Sorry. You got this ass backwards. Trump did NOT go to Kissinger. Kissinger went to Trump for the customary meeting with those considered for the position of cabal 'president'. See Anon 9:56 PM comment above. Trump is not in the customary running crowd, but is gaining in popularity so Kissinger decided to give him a call. Read above.
