Hello Patriots,

General – OAS has gained another important and large partner this week…Gun Owners of America (GOA) upwards of a million members. GOA and OAS are both focused on the strength of our US Constitution, and the wisdom of standing against lawless leaders who have goals to destroy our nation and our constitution. We are greatly appreciative of GOA as a partner as we descend on D.C. May 16, 2014. Please visit GOA at http://www.gunowners.org/ and note their constitutional focus.

Our Chief of Staff, Terry Trussell is putting the final touches on OAS Patriots Guide For D.C. It will be available soon for printing or access through our web sites….a wealth of information and assistance.

We also remember a national militia member has advised us that the 1.2 – 1.8 million militia is mobilizing to support OAS May 16 and beyond event…their ROE is same as OAS…”unarmed, non-violent, peaceful, law abiding”. This doesn’t mean all will join us, but we anticipate a large number will.

I hear reports of armed elements in boats crossing the Potomac, bloodshed, attacks, false-flags, all sorts of gossip purely designed to sow seeds of fear. Friends, I believe you are in more danger of life or limb transporting yourself to D.C. than you are of harm in D.C. Gigantic/massive numbers are our best protection. We will, as we always have, establish good working relations with D.C. and Park Police for protection…they know we’re a calm body, non-violent, working with them to control any deviant behavior, no matter who does it.

Media – OAS radio speakers continue with a busy schedule…..our PR Team, Deb and Paula oas2014@aol.com are preparing for the final few weeks surge that is coming. We ask every member of OAS to call radio talk shows and ask to discuss OAS mission and encourage the listening audience to join us in D.C. on May 16, 2014. If you haven’t read our submission to Congress,read it hear so your talk on radio and to your Representative/Senators by calling 866-272-6622, ask for your Sen/Rep office.

Mouse Manure   -   Often we get small hand-full of squabbles going for various reasons. Some caused by interference among staff or State business, not our own, that is not helpful, maybe well meaning, but our time is better spent on each of our primary responsibilities. We also need to consider our attitude, courtesy and patience when utilizing the PFA chat room…some of what I have read is arrogant, talking down to others, attitude of superiority, etc….remember we’re a team and we don’t fight each other. Outside reports by opposition forces brought into OAS channels by some of our members that are trolls, slip through our membership selection, are trying to divert our energy. Watch for them and point them out. There are also “leaven” that amplifies and spreads rumors, perceived mostly, without factual basis. None of this is going detract from our mission nor our population gathering in D.C. It’s mostly irritating, takes time away from critical mission, and causes some to poll vault over mouse manure, which is a gigantic detraction. Our support base is growing everyday, and that will cause more verbal attacks……our security is in our numbers and our God, let us roar…………we won’t be stopped.

OAS Congress submission – As I told you earlier it has started…a bigger job that we anticipated. Congress was on break the past week, so no action. Congress back in session Tuesday, packet delivery will re-start. We now have Overpass for America teaming Alex Coffey and his team to deliver the packets. Overpasses for America http://overpassesforamerica.com/ is also a partner with OAS and will have a major role in our D.C. operation.

OAS State Operation Center – Don Johnson don.johnson@reagan.com is the SOC leader and a source for OAS State leaders for assistance. Don should be used as a conduit to OAS Staff…..I nor the OAS staff can handle all the individual requests…use your State leaders who will work with Don Johnson, who will work with OAS Staff.
