you read this story with growing outrage as I did, you may want to
contact the possibly psychopathic perpetrators running this
state-sanctioned revenue enhancement/protection racket for the private,
for-profit Kansas City/County municipal corporation as I am going to do,
as well as send this throughout your networks worldwide. So you will

Particularly suspicious is, that this event had been held for twenty
years on behalf of the homeless without any supposedly mandatory food
handling permits or resulting negative incident. That is, until now,
when this requirement was suddenly sprung by these belligerently
bureaucratic "health" department racketeers without any prior notice --
at a time when the plight of the homeless and destitute is more
desperate than ever before in the history of our country. Such sudden
selective use of the letter of the law to kill its spirit during the
holiday season by these latter-day pseudo-scientific Pharisees is far
more toxic to the health of humanity than any form of food poisoning
