THE
10 PLANKS OF THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO (1848) BY KARL MARX
Since
Eric Holder, our apparent legally ignorant U.S. Attorney General if we take him
at his word and also our Obama at the White House who acts like he knows and
understands nothing of constitutional law, dummies (!), look up the Preamble to
the U.S. Constitution which Congress passed and submitted to the States as the
legal basis for ratifying the 10 U.S. Bill of Rights. Oh, I guess you are such
Mickey Mouse amateur lawyers you don't know how to do research work or else
your brain is too lazy or too corrupt to do honest legal research work, so here
is the Preamble to the U.S. Bill of Rights which was ratified as the qualifying
clause showing that the U.S. Bill of Rights would be higher in legal authority
than the rest of the U.S. Constitution meaning legal powers granted in the rest
of the U.S. Constitution such as treaty obligations could not be as high in
legal authority as the U.S. Bill of Rights nor use federal statute laws to
amend or overturn the higher legal authority of the 10 Bill of Rights as the
binding supreme law over the entire U.S. Constitution.

The Preamble to The Bill of Rights Congress of the United States begun and held at the City of New-York, on Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine. THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution. RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all, or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz. ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution. |
Since
Eric Holder and Obama either for real or as a con act on the American public
indicate they don't understand constitutional law and language, restrictive
clauses as stated above mean the authority previously written into the U.S.
Constitution cannot be used in claimed authority real or pretended to
challenge, reduce, weaken, overthrow, or ignore as binding national law upon
all in the federal and state governments the U.S. Bill of Rights that were
legally ratified by the States of the United States at the time of the
ratification of the U.S. Bill of Rights. Federal statute law cannot overthrow,
weaken, or amend the U.S. Bill of Rights as written and ratified. That includes
treaty obligations are lower in legal authority than the U.S. Bill of Rights which
cannot be challenged as national law by the lower authority of a treaty Wash.,
D.C. has said is now binding national law of America. I therefore propose after
ratification of the Omni Law (the Omnibus Civil Rights Act For America
technical name as shown on our national website) that Eric Holder, Obama, and
other would-be traitors to the U.S. Constitution and especially the highest
authority U.S. Bill of Rights, be stripped of federal pension plans, be asked
for refund of federal wages paid to them since they willfully refused to uphold
the U.S. Constitution as legal oath required them to do, be stripped of all
claims of legal immunity from civil and criminal legal actions to be filed
against them for conspiracy of high treason and genocide conspiracy against the
American people, and be criminally investigated for the apparent massive number
of times they willfully violated the U.S. Bill of Rights against citizens of
the United States of America. Also, federal personnel willfully and knowingly
acting in conspiracy of the U.S. Bill of Rights under instructions of Obama or
Eric Holder will also be criminally investigated and prosecuted if law requires
it.
So
no one claims in Congress, etc. that they do not know what the proposed Omni
Law is, enclosed is a copy of the proposed national law below:
“James Madison Father of the U.S. Constitution, stated that the U.S. Constitution and all other law in America must obey the supreme authority of the national compact (American Declaration of Independence) founding America in 1776 or else not be valid law or even government in America. Therefore, the American people always retain final legal authority over all government in America whether to leave it intact, amend it, or abolish it altogether replacing it with approved new government created by authority of the American people.
We
therefore authorize the creation of ten civil tribunes for America with the
same basic tested legal powers as possessed by the wisely created ancient civil
tribunes of Rome. They will protect the people from tyranny in law whether
legislative, judicial, or executive. They will be elected for four years
instead of the one year under Roman law. They will hold referendums to create
national law by states instead of by the original tribes of Rome. The first 10
civil tribunes will be appointed for four years by the National Institute For
Inventors to keep any corrupt leaders from undermining and sabotaging the
beginning of this new branch of government. These civil tribunes will propose a
national plan for referendum on how to swiftly make fuel cheap again in
America, restore our common law rights and 1776 declared “God-given rights” to
contract and to property which were the foundation to the founding of the
powerful American version of free enterprise, and break the power of corrupt
interests to control politicians by making deals with them or else cannot
probably be elected to public offices without their finances. And address other
national issues needed for the future of America. And by national referendum
will propose the plan to be approved for honest future tribune elections so the
people elect and control these elections, not corrupt interests. Money cannot
be allowed to dominate our elections instead of the will of the American
people. And the tribunes are to establish a tribune controlled national
newspaper to print the truth to break the corrupt hold of many corrupt news
sources censoring the truth and lying about the truth in important issues to
the American people. The civil tribunes will be assigned to keep the federal
government honest, fair in law in courts, and agencies, and serving the
American people rather than any corrupt interests.”

One
President once signed into law a 37 word law. And as the U.S. Bill of Rights
show, you don’t have to write massive laws to deliver powerful legal messages.
The
civil tribune angle kept the Roman Republic basically honest for several
hundred years. This office had to be subverted and overthrown to return the
Roman Republic to corrupt government such as Wash., D.C. dearly loves today!
This Omni Law is written in the spirit of Thomas Jefferson who during the
American Revolution of 1776 declared, “Resistance to tyranny is obedience to
God!" President Abraham Lincoln, also an inventor (Patent #6,469!), gave
wise advice to America that members of Congress and officials of federal
agencies should remember today: “You cannot help the wage earner by pulling
down the wage payer. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by encouraging
class hatred. You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot keep
out of trouble by spending more than you earn. You cannot build character by
taking away man’s initiative and independence. You cannot help men permanently
by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves.” – Omni Law is
written by a voice crying in the wilderness for sanity, freedom, and prosperity
in America – Erasmus of America (pen name for one who believes in peaceful
reform rather than violent revolution to solve the problems of a nation)
By
the way, large bills are written in Congress to hide the hundreds of pages of
con in them. This Omni Law is simple, short, deadly, and to the point. The
American people are given back control of their national government which they
have now lost control of to corrupt and radical elements which have the money
and pressure to control Wash., D.C. instead of the American people. The moment
of truth for America has now come! The American people will now decide the
future of America. Action wins victory. “The answer to a problem is to
solve the problem!"
Once
passed and ratified as a new constitutional amendment, the Omni Law(Omnibus
Civil Rights Act For America) will be added to the original 10 U.S. Bill of
Rights as the final bill of rights insuring that the American people now
effectively control the national government again instead of private and secret
interests in America.
Now
following are the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto (1848) by Karl Marx and
comparing to the national laws and policies of Washington, D.C. for America up
through 2013. And my comments on what our federal and state governments have
forced upon us.
1.
Abolition of property inlald and application of all rents of land to public
purposes. Comment. State property taxes. If you think that you own your land,
don't pay your tax (property tax) and you will find out fast who owns it and
who does not!
2.
A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. Comment. Federal and State Income
Taxes. And Obamacare is declared legal by the U.S. Supreme Court since they
said it is a tax system upon the American people. They said what you pay into
Obamacare are taxes!
3.
Abolition of all right of inheritance. Comment. Federal and State taxes upon
inheritance often mount so high, where is the inheritance left for the heir or
heirs? That is why the rich often use trusts to hide money which is theirs but
pretend they only manage as trustees of money they did not want taxed for
inheritance such as the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, etc.
4.
Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. Comment. A long list
such as now Homeland Security, but prior Sedition Act of 1798; I.R.S. claimed
powers; Executive Order 11490., Sec. 1205 - giving total power over all private
lands to the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development: Executive Order 11490,
Sec. 2002 - giving total power over all personal property to the General
Services Administration, EPA enforcing the Communist program of Agenda 21 for
American land, and Obama as playing dictator decrees executive orders as
claimed laws of confiscation and were not passed into law by Congress.
5.
Centralization of Credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national
bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. Comment. The Federal Reserve
System (the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 unlawfully delegated the power to
regulate the value of our money to the Federal Reserve, which is a private
corporation. See U.S. Constitution, Art. 1, Sec. 8(5) - only Congress can have
this power. Years ago I had secret connections inside the Federal Reserve in
Wash., D.C. They kept two sets of accounting books. One was the
"cooked" accounting books in case they ever got audited by Congress.
The other set of accounting books was the real set and showed where secretly
went much money of the Federal Reserve such as to the stockholders in the
Federal Reserve Wash. law says you are not to be told who they are. It used to
be secret Federal Reserve policy to keep American unemployment around 5% and
fluctuate it a little bit so you would think this was due to market conditions
and not Federal Reserve policy. They said this 5% unemployment policy kept
labor from being paid too high of wages, kept businesses from making too much
profit, and kept the federal government in high national debt. To allow full
employment in America would get labor too well paid in America creating a
better market for business who would now do too well in America, and get the
federal government out of national debt which they could not allow! They said
commercial banking would only have maybe 10% as much debt business in loans
with full employment as keeping America in 5% unemployment as the target best
figure for unemployment to serve banking interests in America. The Americans
being naive and gullible never realized Congress set them up for unemployment,
lower wages, lower profits in businesses, high taxes instead of low taxes or no
income taxes needed in America as illustrated through the beginning of the 20th
Century no federal income taxes were needed by the federal government until the
Federal Reserve Act was passed in 1913! By the way, the con line used by the
Rockefeller fronts to get the public to accept federal income tax being claimed
passed which it actually was not was if the American people would let federal
income tax be passed, it would never be higher than I think the promised figure
was 5% federal income tax annually maximum in America. How I step on the toes
of corruption in Wash., D.C.! And high treason!
6.
Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the
State. Comment. FCC regulations and Executive Order 10995 provides for the
takeover of all communications media; State Drivers Licenses provide for State
regulation of the "privilege" (dummy me thought we had the God-given
right to travel no government could forbid) to travel; D.O.T. regulations and
Executive Order 10999 provide for the takeover of all modes of transportation.
And don't forget all the asserted decrees of dictator attempted by Obama
claiming through Executive Orders or telling his federal agencies to claim all
authority as to whether you could communicate or not through the internet,
etc.! They hate this internet which has enabled the American people to find the
truth in many areas the controlled, censored news media of America working for
the corrupt and not the American people has tried to hide from you the American
people! The internet is protected for freedom of the press and of speech
through the U.S. Bill of Rights. When the Omni Law is passed, we will make sure
that federal sources understand this clearly or else potentially go to prison
for life for high treason and conspiracy to overthrow the U.S. Constitution
from within the federal government! I will be one of the 10 Civil Tribunes
under the Omni Law and I have a legal reputation for being a very tough "S.O.B."
when defending the legal rights of the American people from criminal elements
inside the federal government!
7.
Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State, the
bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of
the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. Comment. The Federal
Government for some time has had total production and labor control under
Executive Order 11490 through the Departments of Labor, Commerce, Agriculture,
and Interior. (Dept. of Interior controls Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of
Reclamation, Fish & Wildlife Service, etc. This is older federal law. Newer
"law" claimed by Obama such as through fake environmental claims is
setting it up for the confiscation and nationalization of all potential
factories in America.
8.
Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial crimes, especially
for agriculture. Comment. Environmental laws are as Communist as all hell to
regulate private farms out of existence in America and upon manufactured
excuses confiscate most or all of the land in America in the name of the
"Environment" (new name for Communism in America!). Covered second
topic first. First topic now. Federal Emergency Public Works Programs:
Executive Order 11000 provides for forced mobilization of civilians into work
brigades. A number of federal plans now for forcing all Americans to work as
labor for the federal government including FEMA Camps which is a nicer name
than calling them concentration labor camps which they are!
9.
Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of
the distinction between town and country, by a more equable distribution over
the country. This plan is repeated in other ways in federal circles, but using
the Re-organization act of 1949, Executive Order 11647, Public Law 89-136, and
Executive Order 11731, we will no longer have 50 states with cities and towns,
but instead have 10 regions and their respective capitals. In preparation for
the ending of 50 states in America, they have as far as they can nationalized
the police in the states so when Obama or someone else like him tries to become
the official dictator of America, the police obey him instead of their state
and city governments and ready to arrest all Americans resisting the
establishment of full national dictatorship in America. Briefly covering topic
one in no. 9 here, environmental "laws" achieve this first goal once
pushed far enough!
10.
Free eduation for all children in schools. Abolition of children's factory
labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial
production. Comment. Free public education as dictated and required by
Wash., D.C. for the children of America must be atheistic in teachings and
evolution to be taught in order to try and discredit the Bible, God, and
Christianity so school children can then be brainwashed into total Marxist
doctrines through school classes and textbooks. The psuedo-scientific theory of
evolution can be discredited in hundreds or thousands of other ways but one
simple proof that punches a hole in their claims that man has been on this
earth for millions of years and evolving, take standard population figures for
growth of the human race from information almanacs, keep going back and
reversing these math figures like a newsreel run in reverse and see how long
before the human population is reduced to a few humans or a couple on this
earth. These math figures say that the human race has been on this earth
for maybe 6,000 to 15,000 years as the basic time frame.
An Australian astronomer did an interesting study on the speed of light. He
collected standard figures on the testing of the speed of light
since science began studying this and the math curve shows even the
present universe only a few thousand years old according to the reducing speed
of light. The ancient Christians ran into an earlier version of the theory of
evolution from Epicurus in the old Roman Empire. They presented a simple
scientific example which the evolutionists back then could not answer and still
cannot now. "Which came first? The tree or the seed? The chicken
or the egg?" All this points to a Creator or called God in our Bible
started what all we see today! But the classes in evolution cannot allow
the scientific arguments to be heard which shows evolution has no true
scientific proof under science. When students hear both sides of this
issue, practically now all students believe in God and none in evolution any
longer. When the key facts are given, people are not always dumb as their enemies thought
and recognize the truth rather than the lies of their enemies trying to con
their thinking in order to control them. When the Communists took over
nations, they first taught the Theory of Evolution to try and destroy belief in
the Bible and God. Then they taught atheistic Communism to the school kids
after that! That is a system of indoctrination for student bodies captured
by
them! Answering
topic one of No. 10 now. In order to abolish the potential for Christian labor
guilds and merchant guilds of the Middle Ages which created prosperity and
stability to the economy which was a threat to the establishment of Communism
in nations, Karl Marx set up a system to block their resurrection
in Western society. Karx Marx wrote on them and recognized their
danger as a threat to the victory of Communism in the world. So he set out
to outlaw the conditions that could lead to the rebirth of labor guilds and
merchant guilds in the world as Christianity in the Middle Ages had. In
America, this policy led to free state public schools; child abuse laws; child
labor laws where children had worked with State approval; abolition of
private apprenticehsips (source for the birth of labor guilds under masters and
apprentices) and replaced by the creation of state controlled
apprenticeships (Fair Labor Standards Act of 1937).
Don't worry folks! All you have to do is nothing and when all the dust
settles, America will have fulfilled the prophecy of Khruschev when Nixon
had him address America over American TV, Khruschev said according to a
Russian girl who gave me the English translation for it later on that we would
wake up one morning to find our grandchildren now living under Communism
in America. He also had the famous quote: "We can't expect
the American People to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist
their elected leaders in giving them small doses of Socialism, until they awaken
one day to find that they have Communism."
Russia lived under Communism for decades and by mass walking in the streets
showed that Russia did not want to be ruled by Communism but wanted freedom for
their nation instead. In Poland, Hungary, East Berlin, etc., the people went to
the streets and mass walked in their nations to show that they did
not want to live under Communism. It was not a system of freedom, but you were
the property of the government and little else. And Wash., D.C. under
our Marxist-Muslim Obama (that boy got brainwashed in both systems when growing
up!) wants to turn America into a Communist and Muslim nation both as the
pieces put together seem to indicate. Pass the Omni Law and now and this
joint threat of Communism and Islam now ruling America instead of the
principles of freedom and free enterprise of America in 1776 will be ended. I
believe in the God-given rights and free enterprise America was founded upon.
Obama does not believe in them and fiercely despises them so much as
to be prepared to kill many millions of Americans until a crushed and
conquered American nation lets Communism and Islam rule it instead
of freedom and free enterprise as America was founded upon in
1776.
Pass the Omni Law and America is reborn as a free nation and heading towards
enormous national prosperity and renewed respect by all the world! To pass the
Omni Law, push this report all over America, press the politicians until they
crumble and have to back the immediate passage of the Omni Law by both Congress
and state legislatures. The politicians know how a constitutional amendment is
passed and you take no excuses from them but let public wrath let them know if
required no nonsense or cons and pass the Omni Law now! I know lawyer tricks
and deliberately wrote this proposed law in plain language so lawyer tricks of
double-talk could not be put into it. This language is plain and the courts
cannot use "interpreting the law" to change the law as federal judges
pull often now as cons on the public. As Napoleon Bonaparte once shrewdly
observed, "To interpret the law is to change the law!" I wouldn't let
that legal trick be pulled on the American people. Any elected official can
sponsor this Omni Law as his bill for a law and propose it to
Congress or state legislature for voting on. This is simple and lawyer tricks
are blocked by this method!

America or else I would be murdered for that also! How corrupt, criminal, and
treasonable Wash., D.C. is these days! Passage of the Omni Law will restore
America to the American people!
