The drill, called GridEx II, will take place on November 13-14 of this year.
The participants will include 65 utilities and eight regional transmission organizations, representing most of the nation’s electricity customers. The drill will test how well the electric utility industry and the grid itself respond to physical and cyber attacks.

It does NOT matter on what people say when it ends up being a False Flag!
Maybe you haven't heard that at most terrorist attacks the Feds and/or Law Enforcement were having drills, just like on 9/11 they were having drills of planes going into the 2 towers, the Pentagon, and the White House, but I guess they stopped the one going into the WH just in time!
All of NORAD and the Airforce were Ordered to Stand Down on 9/11 as it was ONLY a Drill, but some how the terrorists knew that!
I met someone who was in the Airforce at the time and he said they were to stand down!
Too many people at the Boston Bombing were dressed alike and had Black bags, so that was NOT a Drill that went wrong?
Dan is right there were drills. Just read the newspapers and really pay attention you will see the problem. That does not mean this drill will be a false flag.. but better safe than sorry.
