This could mean just about anything IMO:
1. deleting zeroes will occur before 2014
2. deleting zeroes will occur after 2014
3. this is just smoke designed to confuse and throw doubt on a possible RV
4. this is similar to what has happened in the past where a government vehemently denies an RV immediately preceding the RV
5. this is just another mistranslated article that is meaningless
6. I don't have a clue what is going on in Iraq and continue to demonstrate my ignorance in a public forum
Personally, I am going with #6. I should follow my own advice and remain silent so people will only guess that I am ignorant instead of opening my mouth and removing all doubt...

Excuse my ignorance, but perhaps a reader can reply to this and answer a question or two that I have. If an NDA is signed, how would we even know if a currency exchange has taken place? In other words, Joe Blow, a banker or senator, could have exchanged his dinar last week, signed an NDA, and we would never know about it. In fact, with all these different rates posted in our rumor mills, is this what is happening? What is the purpose of an NDA? Not to protect us! Who gives a hoot about us? So....
Of course, Max Kaiser is talking about the purported "New" Financial System, which is just another crock of shit slavery system, BUT........ I can tell you that while there are a couple of million people out there dancing because they think this means their "RV" is about to happen..... Nothing will go as "they" expect.
.... you think they'd of figured that out by now, lol!
Everything in this world is about contracts. The NDA is a contract as well as the checking and savings account they want you to open but you can bet that if the Cabal is involved, there is a statement in one of those contracts that promises your assets to pay off the National Debt, a debt that is not yours but belongs to the Federal Reserve and the Cabal. From what I read, if you refuse to sign an NDA, the bank will not conduct business with you! So under your signature add the words "Without Prejudice, UCC 1-305" meaning that nothing in this document can be held against me personally and essentially voids the NDA. This doesn't however save your assets! The Federal Reserve System is operating without a contract, which ended on November 11, 2013, so they are not bound by any laws at this point and the organic Constitution states that you have unlimited rights to contract. I'm going to avoid doing business with any Federal Reserve Bank and wait for their house of cards to fall! Use your brains instead of acting like a poor man who just struck gold! Most of those people died poor and broken...
