I have known a woman
for some time who lives in Sacramento and knows Tony - long before anyone knew
who he was. Her report of him was less than favorable. He dresses nattily,
smokes fine cigars, and generally presents himself like a phony black preacher.
I was at one time paying $15 a month for access to Dan & Tony's website -
which was absolutely worthless. But there was no way to get out of the deal; no
contact place, no phone #, etc. When I replied to their monthly statement and
told them to stop stealing from my account, I never heard a word in reply. I
finally had to cancel my bank account and get a new debit card because of this
lying fraudster.
It may be possible
that he is getting 'legitimate' info concerning the dinar, but he is still a
reprehensible human being (even though his followers praise him to the skies,
just as Okie's dimwitted followers do as well). Why people idolize someone they
have never met is a 'mystery of stupidity,' but it is a highly popular

There is another co-defendant, William Fox. Tony is represented by the Office of the Public Defender. That means he has no money to pay an attorney. The co-defendant, William Fox, hired his own private attorney. Tony has been charged with the following: The first count is: "Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud and Engaging in Monetary Transactions of More Than $10,000 in Criminally Derived Property." This first count also seeks "forfeiture", which means that Tony used some of the funds he stole to buy something, and the USA is wanting that asset(s) to be forfeited, or surrendered to the USA. The second count is "Wire Fraud", and also seeks forfeiture of asset(s). (All his dinars would be forfeit!) Tony was arrested on May 30, 2012, but was later released pending the outcome of the criminal charges. Tony also filed an "Financial Affidavit" with the Federal Court on May 30, 2012. The purpose of that Financial Affidavit was to prove that he (Tony) is BROKE and has no money to pay for an attorney, which resulted in the Court appointing the Public Defender to represent Tony. There have been a multitude of various motions filed with the court from May 2012 to now, most of which have just delayed the trial. The last entry on the court docket is dated 10-3-2013, which is an Order of the Court granting Tony's motion to delay the filing of PreTrial Motions in the case until January 27, 2014. : and the follow up comments are even better - He obviously is hiding any dinar he holds as an asset, which would be considered (because it has monetary value) when qualifying for a public defender. You can at anytime on any day. (with the correct security level) see every financial transaction for any given day. so if you came back from europe with GBP and cash those in, it also is sent to the clearing house, the ust has record of it and is automaticly is placed upon our foriegn reserve. remember, all of this is on record. the UST has amd will always have record of all financial records any FDIC bank has. banking regulations require this. whats funny is, there is no record as of today of any dinar being placed through the ust system at this time. just food for thought
