The Purpose of the NDA is Beginning to Come to Light!!!
Many of you have
written to me with your questions, comments, or concerns regarding a
recent posting via a person named Judge Dale and the nondisclosure
agreement (NDA).
So I thought it
would be best to draft a single response.
Before I comment
on Judge Dale allow me to make a pre-cursory statement on the NDA.
As many of you
know I spent 12 years in the Washington State legislature so I'm very
familiar with drafting bills, passing laws, implementing laws,
working with attorneys, and understanding the due process of law with
the courts.
The jury is
still out on the NDA's effectiveness and implementation. As
more information is becoming available its foolishness, impracticalness,
unenforceability, unfairness and unconstitutional application is
beginning to be exposed. Some of the statements are just
downright stupid and ludicrous to think they can come anywhere close
to being real.
Statements
have been made that the NDA is going to be applied to every currency
in every country around the world. I'm sorry, but TNT Tony
needs to get his head screwed on, his thinking cap adjusted and start
asking how it's going to be imposed. His statement implies all
of the 198 currency countries in the world have gotten together,
agreed to this NDA and imposed and passed laws within their countries
to make it be internationally enforced.
There are no
such standards on an international basis to impose this in all of the
banks around the world. Now maybe he made a misstatement and is
thinking this may only apply to the four currencies being
dramatically revalued. But, this goes against international
foreign exchange policies and makes it almost impossible to exchange
any of these currencies in their current conditions. Rates
change on a day by day basis on all of the currencies on the foreign
exchange. Why should you all a sudden need to sign an NDA for
currently traded currency that has only changed its value.
 I think the truth about the NDA is beginning to be
exposed based on the comments from Mountain Goat's post on November
25th. Based on her statements certain high powered officials and
dignitaries have already exchanged their dinar and dong and been paid
out. They have violated over 20 laws of foreign exchange rules,
SEC regulations and our subject to finding themselves going to prison
should this be disclosed. It is obvious they are trying to
cover this up, keep this quiet as possible, and save themselves from
being prosecuted in spending years in prison.
It appears the
NDA is their effort to cover their rear ends from violating the law
by receiving special treatment and money compensations in contrast to
the rest of us. In my opinion it's high elected and government
officials trying to impose their power on the rest of us by keeping
us in fear and trepidation so they won't have to go to jail.
Now, to the
posts by Judge Dale, I think it may be another attempt from the other
side to keep us silenced, in fear, or keep us from exchanging our
dinar and dong. Here's the link to his

Here is what
concerns me regarding his statements.
1.
His statements seem to raise more questions than they
answer. While his issues may seem to be plausible and seem
credible because he uses the title of judge, they have a number
misstatements.
2.
My primary concern is his lack of true identity. He uses
a title with only a first name. Anybody can do this and sound
official, but he has made a statement that has huge implications and
dramatic consequences for not only many individuals, but also the
direction of our country. He in essence is saying the United
States is becoming a fascist government. He is implying a
government that is rapidly on its way to becoming like NAZI
Germany. Someone who is willing to make that strong of a
statement should back it up with their full name, what type of the
judge they are, where they have practiced, and further credentials.
His unwillingness to do so implies this is very likely another
attempt to create fear, confusion and chaos in the process.

For a while TNT Tony was reporting he was the only one that
knew the contents of the NDA. Judge Dale is making quotes in statements
as though he is familiar with its contents. If that is the case
then he should tell us how he received it, from whom he received it
and post it for all of us so we can be prepared to make a good
decision. His unwillingness to do so reflects more posturing of
keeping us in the dark and confused vs. truly want to help us through
this process.

Any judge should be able to see the NDA is unconstitutional,
violates international exchange laws, is totally unenforceable and
has tons of loopholes to bypass its intent. That being the case
he should know that a single Federal Judge could overturn this agency
intent and rule it totally "out of order." His
refusal to even admit those issues makes me question his reliability
to being a true and unbiased judge.
So right now
it's hard to make a qualified statement from his comments. It's
filled with enough statements of truth, filtered with other
misstatements that it creates more confusion and questions than
practical reality.
I want to give
this some more time and see how it develops, as there are just too
many inconsistencies in his statements at this time.
Here's an
analysis I have as of now:
If his
statements are true, the United States is rapidly on its way to
becoming a fascist government. It means the cabal has become
more powerful, more greedy, and more in control of our world and
environment than ever before. It means the "light"
has dramatically lost ground to the darkness of an evil world.
I don't believe
that is happening. I think we are moving into a new Golden Age
as our human race is evolving in its consciousness and progressing
beyond the old paradigms of fear, domination, and the continual
killing of wars. The paradigm Judge Dale presents sends us
backwards and deeper into an old dark evil world. I believe we
are growing out of that type of an environment and into a world of
more love and light.
 I will watch his
statements, but as of now I'm not giving much credibility to what he
has said. It's filled with too much fear of the fascist
government that is attempting to totally control and dominate our
lives and shut out the light of divine guidance.
His statements
go in direct opposition to where I believe we are moving and why we
are being given the opportunity to participate in this currency
exchange and Reval. Our purpose is to expand the world with
love, compassion, light and giving hearts. Our purpose is to
take our millions of dollars and make a total change from the old
paradigm of greed, fear and power to one of love and light filled
with giving and abundance. His analysis just doesn't take us
there, it takes us into a dark evil and fearful world.
So I'll be
watching this more but right now I think it's just another attempt to
keep us in fear and control.

This article is pie in he sky. It's hope and change. It contains a major contradiction on the NAZI subject. We are not heading that way we are there. Judge Dale is not spouting doom and gloom He is sharing facts. On the N.D.A. My thoughts were very similar prior to reading his article.

Why are we quibbling over the courageous Judge Dale instead of facing the fact: The Cabal needs money to stay in control. And they need it fast to pay their mercenary minions who will not stay loyal otherwise. The Dinar represents at least $600T in oil credits which can be sold/discounted to other countries by the Cabal. DO PEOPLE REALLY THINK THIS FACT HAS GONE UNNOTICED BY THE STARVING CABAL? Thus the Cabal/Nazis are running a Con/Scam to separate us from our dinar so it can fund itself in order to keep its iron fist around this world's throat! The NDA is part of that scam. They hoped to have this finished two weeks ago which is what the blackout was all about. They were stymied. But they haven't been stopped.
There is a REAL RV out there. It is coming. But it isn't the Tony RV. That is a ruse. And Tony hasn't a clue. He is just the mouthpiece.
Big Honking Clues:
1) An NDA that makes you promise to sign all future updates that they may add to it. It may be for only ten years now (ONLY?) but with a flick of the pen, it is forever. Thus by signing, You are under contract for life to these people: If they want you to be chipped, you will have to do so; if they want you to wear a purple penquin on your head, you will have to do so; if they want you to give them all your money, you will have to do so. (AH, THERE IT IS) And make no mistake: They CAN legally ask you to sign it. You HAVE A CHOICE. But if you sign it, you are signing away all your rights. And a person can legally contract away his rights. You'll have no standing in any court...which they own anyway.
2) Bum's Rush: Gotta get you in and get you out in 5 days...5 million people in 5 days. That 5 million has always seemed like a low number to me. Maybe those are just the dinar holders whom they think will bite out of sheer desperation or greed. Or maybe that represents how much dinar they need to stay in control? Yes, they tell us, we do have 30 days before the 3 zero notes are no good anymore, but the rates prolly won't be so high if we wait... BUT, Iraq has told us that they haven't even begun to collect the 3 zero notes yet and won't begin until 2014 and don't expect to be done until 2015!!! So why the rush? Because the Cabal has bills to pay! Or they will lose their grip...ah heck: The ARE losing their grip already!
3) The Cabal had to destroy the credibility of the other Groups, particularly the largest one: Generals. They have had Tony spew out lie after lie. To those of us who know Generals, this was a huge red flag. Some kind of psyop was definitely going down. It has taken a while to figure it out, but the NDA pretty much broke the logjam on their intent!
4) AND, the Biggest Clue of all: THEY WON'T LET YOU SEE THE NDA UNTIL YOU ARE THERE. YOU'LL HAVE 20 MINUTES TO DO EVERYTHING INCLUDING READ AND SIGN AWAY EVERY RIGHT YOU HAVE. Why won't they let us see it in advance? Because then you might have time to get your rational mind back and realize what they are doing. AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING BY SIGNING IT!
Remember, the worm on the hook is in the Big Rates! THINK, PEOPLE! And FOLLOW THE MONEY!
And as for Judge Dale: Thank you for your daring service to us all. The time has come when telling the truth as you know it is a dangerous act. Your courage is much appreciated!
P.S. Wouldn't it be something if everybody had the integrity to refuse to sign their nefarious NDA? OMG! What a world we might become!
The answer to this posting, is "because we have already won". It's going to take a while for that to sink into people's heads. The light has already won, long ago. Al we see now are just theatrics, that's all meant to awaken us to who we really are and where we really come from.
My understanding has always been that any contract signed under duress is null and void. And, under the Truth in Lending law, anyone has three days to nullify his/her signature, thus voiding the contract. And, no contract that I have ever seen convers "changes or additions we may want to make in the future." That's just plain ludicrous. And, the part about agreeing to pay taxes to be decided in the future? Who in their right mind would agree to that? They might make the tax 100%, then what? No, the NDA, as I've heard it described so far sounds like BS. I've been told to be sure and ask the bank (or whoever) for Clean and Clear Certificates to certify that the funds are not from nefarious activities. If the bank won't give you the CCC because of the NDA, and the next bank won't take your funds without a CCC, what then? It's like Obama saying, "Trust me, have I ever lied to you?" Oh, please, my sides are hurting from laughing so hard.
I , for one, will not be signing an NDA. The money will be hard to turn down, yet I just cant bring myself to sign something like that without knowing whats in it. Sorta reminds me of Obamacare- we didn't know what was in that either and so far, its crap. To be honest I really don't see how they can expect to enforce an NDA anyway. Just my opinion.
Just how much trust can anyone put in Dave Schmidt, the author of the above referenced blog? He admits to be a former State Senator for the corporate government of Washington State where he passed laws designed to enslave and harm the people of that State and here he defends the very foreign corporate government that wants to reduce the population of Earth! He defiles Judge Dale for exposing the truth and demands his identity? It doesn't take a clever man to figure out who Dave Schmidt really is and with whom he has aligned himself with! This guy is Cabal!
"Judge DALE" is a hoax. All of the online articles that are fraudulently attributed to "Judge DALE" are also hoaxes. The people who actually created the "Judge DALE Hoax" have already admitted it.
The online LEGAL author who pretends to be "Judge DALE" is actually "Rodney DALE Class", an amateur legal theorist with barely a high school education who was NEVER a judge anywhere at any time. (The online author of the NON-LEGAL articles that are fraudulently attributed to "Judge DALE", the so-called "DINAR forgeries", is a different fraudulent impersonator, but who was likewise NEVER a judge either).
Despite never going to college or to law school and despite never actually becoming a real lawyer or a real judge, Rodney DALE Class has simply made-up an entire amateur belief system about the law and the legal system that he purports to "teach" to hundreds of other amateur legal theorists.
