Ambassador Leo/Lee Emil Wanta re: WANTA-REAGAN-MITTERRAND PROTOCOL FUNDS.

Posted by Teri
On October 31, 2012, Marilyn Barnewall received the following email from Ambassador Lee Emil Wanta.  She could not send it to us immediately because the email addresses first had to be removed. Since she’s a little busy writing the Ambassador’s biography, it took her a day to get it to us for publication.  When she received the Tom Heneghan Briefing this morning, she immediately stopped writing long enough to clear the emails and get this information to us.

People will not recognize most of the email names… they are members of the Austrian government.  It appears to Marilyn that Ambassador Wanta is telling the American government he has had enough of their game playing with his money and that rather than accept the agreed upon $4.5 trillion by repatriating the funds to the United States.  He warned them in 2008 that if the Americans did not want the $1.575 trillion in taxes he would pay on the $4.5 trillion that he would reclaim ownership of the entire $27.5 trillion and work with the Austrian government to retrieve the total amount of his funds from that country.  It should be made clear that Wanta never gave up ownership of the entire $27.5 trillion, he only agreed to accept $4.5 trillion in settlement… and then Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson reneged on the deal and “kidnapped” the funds.  It appears the Ambassador’s statement to European leaders about moving back to Austria where he has legal residency and working with the governments of Europe, particularly Austria, to gain possession of what is lawfully his may have stimulated the U.S. Supreme Court to take action on Wanta’s behalf… that’s the way the Tom Heneghan’s Intelligence Briefing this morning makes it appear, anyway.  SEE ATTACHMENT.

Real Reason for Classified Documents

Real Reason for Classified Documents

Friday, November 16, 2012 – by Staff Report

Petraeus mistress had substantial classified data on computer: sources ... What was found on Paula Broadwell's home computer Classified material kept by the woman who conducted an affair with former CIA Director David Petraeus predates their liaison and does not come from the spy agency, sources briefed on the investigation told Reuters on Thursday. The finding appears to bolster assertions by both Petraeus and his biographer, Paula Broadwell, that their affair did not put national security secrets at risk - a central question hovering over the scandal that brought down one of the United States' most respected public figures last week. – Reuters
Dominant Social Theme: This rash incident jeopardized US national security.
Free-Market Analysis: While it is a bit difficult to figure out exactly where Washington's latest scandal begins and ends, the seriousness of what is occurring has been exacerbated by accusations that one of the central figures had "classified material" on a home computer.
The necessity for "classified material" is one of the longest-running dominant social themes. There are, of course, many levels of classified material and a subdominant social theme would have to do with the importance of keeping government secrets out of the public sphere.
Reports of classified secrets merely reinforce the idea that much of what the US government does is highly sensitive and complex. One wrong move can jeopardize the lives of thousands or even millions. Here's more from the article:
FBI agents have found a substantial amount of classified information on Broadwell's personal computer since they searched her Charlotte, North Carolina, home with her consent on Monday.
Sources briefed on the investigation said the documents date from before August 2011, when Petraeus took up his post at the CIA and the two started their affair. None of the material comes from the CIA.
As an Army reserve officer involved in military intelligence, Broadwell had a security clearance that allowed her to handle sensitive documents. However, she would still have to comply with strict rules that lay out how sensitive materials must be protected.
Broadwell's security clearance has now been suspended. She could have it revoked and face harsher penalties if it is found she mishandled classified data.
Petraeus' remarks notwithstanding, investigators said on Thursday they had not ruled out the possibility that he passed on classified material to Broadwell. They spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing law enforcement investigation.
Broadwell, who has not been charged with any wrongdoing, has made no public comment since the scandal erupted last week.
Of course, one wonders what this classified material was ... and whether it was really all that important. According to a July 2012 New York Times article, the US fedgov now spends about US$11 billion to "protect secrets."
Protecting important secrets has about doubled in price from a decade ago, according to the Times. And that total does NOT include the "costs incurred by the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency and other spy agencies, whose spending is — you guessed it — classified."
The real total, the Times estimates, was about US$13 billion and much of the cost was sunk into secure computers, software, coding, etc.
Classified information has become ever more controversial because of the Internet and groups like WikiLeaks that, according to the Times, have released hundreds of thousands of confidential United States government documents, including diplomatic cables.
Nonetheless, the Times article points out that, "Some independent experts say the ballooning classification system is the problem, sweeping huge quantities of unremarkable information in along with genuinely important secrets." More from the Times:
Steven Aftergood, who directs the Project on Government Secrecy for the Federation of American Scientists, said the classification of the amounts spent by the intelligence agencies on classification, for example, was unnecessary.
"To me it illustrates the most important problem — namely that we are classifying far too much information," he said. "The credibility of the classification system is collapsing under the weight of bogus secrets."
Costs are driven up in part by the slow pace of declassification, which has slowed drastically since a push in the 1990s. Many documents from the 1960s remain classified, and agencies still regularly go to court to defend their secrecy in the face of Freedom of Information Act lawsuits.
In May, a judge ruled that the C.I.A. could continue to withhold from the public one of five volumes of its official history of the Bay of Pigs operation, in which the agency trained Cuban exiles to invade Cuba in 1961 in a disastrous attempt to overthrow Fidel Castro.
The C.I.A. has also spent years fighting lawsuits seeking the release of files on agency officials who oversaw an anti-Castro group that clashed publicly with Lee Harvey Oswald, the assassin of President John F. Kennedy.
This latter legal battle is symptomatic of the larger issues swirling around state secrets. Like so much else in government, the chances are that there are a few REAL secrets and much else is manufactured for various reasons. Certainly, one's salary and status is enhanced by how much "classified information" one has access to.
And no doubt, as the Times points out, much information that is classified is pretty useless. But the governmental powers-that-be in the West do have reasons for classifying information. That's because Western governments evidently and obviously have been subverted by Money Power. The elite political, military and Intel facilities of the great Western powers are all engaged surreptitiously, from what we can tell, in building world government.
The citizens would no doubt be shocked if they could see the duplicity and double-dealing accompanying this manipulation. Every day the world's top politicos and their colleagues discuss wars, provocations, funding and false-flag events generally that are designed to stampede nation-states into the grip of a larger internationalism.
If there are any documents that those involved with these strategies seek to classify, it is ones that explain the evolution of this international plot in detail. This is actually – evidently and obviously – the reason for the expanded classification of "secret documents" throughout the Western world.
Ironically, such documents, electronic or not, ARE sensitive – and would be damaging to certain parties if disseminated. Not for reasons of national security, however, but just because the reality of internationalist efforts would be exposed.
Within this context it is obvious that a ballooning number of secret documents confuses this fundamental issue and generally obscures it. The more that is classified, the more obfuscated the real reason for classification becomes.
Conclusion: "They" don't want us to know what "they're" up to. But it's not for our own good but to keep their actions away from public scrutiny. In the era of what we call the Internet Reformation, such efforts are increasingly dubious, however. And actually that's good news, not bad ...

Dangerous Game: Rise & Fall of David Petraeus

Dangerous Game: Rise & Fall of David Petraeus

by PETER FARMER November 16, 2012

“In electing to serve Obama, he may have finally ventured too close to the flame”

"Keep your indiscretions a hundred miles from the flagpole" ~ military aphorism

On November 9th, David H. Petraeus, the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), announced his resignation subsequent to the disclosure that he had carried on a lengthy extra-marital affair with author and U.S. Army Reserve officer Paula Broadwell. Although Petraeus claims to have ended the affair in August 2012, it erupted into a public scandal when incriminating e-mails were made public following an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Broadwell, who mistook Petraeus family friend Jill Kelley as a romantic rival, had written a series of threatening e-mails to Kelley, warning her to stay away from Petraeus. Kelley forwarded the messages to the FBI.

While events are still unfolding, as of 14 November, it has come to light that Broadwell was given access to highly-sensitive classified information by Petraeus, and that some of it was found in her possession. The curtain appears set to fall on one of the most-celebrated military and public service careers of the last quarter century.

David Petraeus is not the first powerful and influential man to have an ill-advised affair, nor will he be the last. This article will not concern itself with those matters within the Petraeus family that should rightly remain private; however, because of Petraeus' former position as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (DCI) - it is imperative that his actions be examined in the light of national security. There is no way to sugarcoat it: Petraeus is guilty of extremely poor judgment, perhaps even criminal negligence. To some, that verdict may seem unduly harsh, but there are sound reasons for it.

Prior to commissioning, all military officers are subject to a strict and very thorough background investigation. Once on duty, an officer is subject to numerous regulations and directives governing his behavior, access to classified information, and when/how he may communicate about it. These measures become progressively more draconian as an officer rises in rank and takes on ever-more-sensitive duties and has access to high-level classified information. There is nothing at present to suggest that Petraeus violated security protocols during his long career as an army officer. However, when Petraeus moved over to the CIA as Director, the stakes were raised considerably. The DCI must be an individual of unimpeachable character and moral rectitude - and Petraeus failed to meet that standard.

Even the lowest-ranking intelligence officer must be alert to the possibly of being compromised via a personal relationship, especially a romantic liaison. Upon being approached in such a manner, that officer must ask himself if he is being targeted by a foreign intelligence operative or other agent. The so-called "honey trap" - using sexual allure to ensnare a targeted operative - is one of the oldest and most-effective techniques known to espionage. Paranoia is not normally a desirable quality in day-to-day relations between human beings, but it is imperative in a high-level intelligence operative who wishes to survive and thrive in a business where knowing who to trust can make the difference between success and failure and sometimes life and death.

As the most-senior member of the CIA, Petraeus should have been more suspicious of Broadwell's interest. It boggles the mind that he, a recently-retired four-star general and holder of a Ph.D. in international relations, would be so blind to the vulnerability of his position. The fact that Paula Broadwell was a fellow army officer should have been immaterial; having such a background would be perfect cover for an operative working to penetrate the CIA or compromise Petraeus himself. A higher standard of behavior must be demanded of a man in his position. Sex does indeed make men crazy, it appears.

Looking at the larger picture, it is perhaps unsurprising that General Petraeus has come to such an inglorious end. Despite his enviable record and accomplishments, he was guilty of the elemental sin of hubris, and also of poor judgment in his choice of colleagues. Colloquially speaking, if one lies down with dogs, one should expect to get up with fleas... and that is precisely what has happened.

Since his days at West Point, Petraeus has been known as a soldier in a hurry, a man with "stars in his future." Since rocketing to fame as George W. Bush's point man in Iraq, Petraeus has managed to successfully walk the tightrope between careerism and being a "soldier's soldier." An intensely ambitious man, Petraeus has never shied away from publicity; nor has he ever feared taking risks. After gaining renown as the architect of Bush's "surge" strategy in Iraq, Petraeus was ideally-positioned for an eventual entry into politics if he so chose.

However, in electing to serve Obama, he may have finally ventured too close to the flame and gotten burned.

Much-celebrated in certain military and national security circles for driving the new Army/Marine Corps counter-insurgency (COIN) doctrine, Petraeus' theories have not held up nearly as well in combat as in the briefing room; critics charge that his COIN program and the restrictive rules of engagement under which our forces fight is getting good men killed to no purpose. Strategically, his COIN doctrine has proven to be a costly and bloody failure. Critics have also charged Petraeus of "going native" vis-à-vis Islam, as when he seemed more concerned about the "Holy Koran" and handling it with gloves, than he did about freedom of speech or the Bibles his Afghanistan command ordered burned.

Having left the army in 2011, Petraeus is off the hook for that now, but serving as DCI hasn't sheltered him from politics - or the "tender mercies" of his bosses. Having squeezed everything useful from him, Obama and company now feel no compunction about throwing him to the wolves. Petraeus sealed his fate when he declined to provide political cover for his bosses over the Benghazi attacks that claimed four U.S. lives, and by denying CIA culpability in the failure to send military/agency assets to rescue the beleaguered embassy. Petraeus' indiscretion was known within the administration well-before the election, but it was held in reserve by his adversaries as a trump card to play against him when the time was right. Late in the game, Petraeus modified his position in an attempt to keep his job, but by then, he was already being measured for the drop.

There are many unanswered questions about the scandal. Was Petraeus' affair with Paula Broadwell simply a matter of chance, or was he the victim of a carefully-orchestrated takedown by party or parties unknown? Did the White House set up Petraeus as a way of neutralizing a would-be political opponent? Is Petraeus being punished for failing to toe the administration line on Benghazi? Does Broadwell work for a foreign government or interest?

Why did General Petraeus decide to serve under Obama in the first place? That is the question that perplexes this writer. There has been no president/commander in chief in our nation's history as hostile to the traditions and values of the military as Obama, nor has there been a leader as lawless and lacking in honor - yet Petraeus seemed to believe that he could serve such a man without getting dirt on his hands eventually. Time has proven this hope to be a vain one. Perhaps he hoped that, by remaining on duty, he could somehow protect his men and spare them some of the hardships to come. There may be other reasons as yet unknown. Only Petraeus himself knows the answers to these questions.

As unfortunate as this affair has proven to be for Petraeus and his family personally, the real tragedy lies in the fact that whatever credibility and moral authority David Petraeus once possessed as a critic of Obama is severely-damaged if not destroyed. If he is called before Congress to testify about the events in Benghazi, he will do from a position of political and personal weakness - which is precisely the outcome wished for by the White House and its allies. As for Obama and his advisors, their neo-Stalinist purge of the military continues apace as they eliminate ideological and political enemies one-by-one, and replace them with more-compliant individuals.

General Stanley A. McChrystal USA (ret)

In retirement, Petraeus now joins former colleague Stanley McChrystal, another general fallen from official grace. Having been stabbed in the back by their boss, perhaps they will now become the critics of Obama the republic needs them to be.

Should these men wish to redeem themselves, they are now ideally-positioned to do so as private citizens free to speak their minds about the danger to the republic posed by Obama and his supporters. Here's hoping that both men seize the opportunity to do so in as public and forthright a manner as possible.

US Military-Industrial Media Supports the Greater Good

Thursday, November 15, 2012 – by Staff Report

US Military Behind Africa News Websites ... The website's headlines trumpet al-Shabab's imminent demise and describe an American jihadist fretting over insurgent infighting. At first glance it appears to be a sleek, Horn of Africa news site. But the site — sabahionline.com — is run by the U.S. military. The site, and another one like it that centers on northwest Africa, is part of a propaganda effort by the U.S. military's Africa Command aimed at countering extremists in two of Africa's most dangerous regions — Somalia and the Maghreb. Omar Faruk Osman, the secretary general of the National Union of Somali Journalists, said Sabahi is the first website he's seen devoted to countering the militants' message. – AP
Dominant Social Theme: It's swell for the US military-industrial complex to counteract terrorist propaganda with its own ...
Free-Market Analysis: The modern US military, certainly post-World War II, has been in the media/propaganda business at home and abroad – but blunt statements about its presentations are hard to come by. It's not something talked about a lot.
We've noticed that military involvement in media matters is becoming more overt in the 21st century. This makes sense to us because we believe the power elite is moving quickly to expand world governance in order to combat the corrosive power of the Internet that has revealed and publicized their plans in some detail.
The heavy hand of the military can be obviously seen in Hollywood now in such movies as "Transformers" and also in biopics about the "killing" of Osama bin Laden, who likely died ten years ago of Marfan Syndrome.
Osama bin Laden Is Dead Again?
This article about the US military from the AP wire would seem to be more of the same, then, though even franker than usual – an escalation, therefore, of a dominant social theme.
The underlying dominant social theme is that the war on terror needs to be combated by whatever means necessary, including out-and-out propaganda efforts by the US military and its surrogates. A subdominant social theme would be that such interference is GOOD.
The really disturbing part of this, again, is the seeming determination to inform the public that the US military-industrial complex is in the media business. It seemingly marks a determined attempt at making clear to the public the range of activities that the US government in the service of Money Power is now pursuing. Here's some more from the article:
"We have seen portal services by al-Shabab for hate and for propaganda, for spreading violence. We are used to seeing that. In contrast we have not seen such news sites before. So it is something completely unique," Osman said.
But although he had noticed prominent articles on the site, which is advertising heavily on other websites, he had not realized it was bankrolled by U.S. military.
The U.S. military and State Department, a partner on the project, say the goal of the sites is to counter propaganda from extremists "by offering accurate, balanced and forward-looking coverage of developments in the region."
"The Internet is a big place, and we are one of many websites out there. Our site aims to provide a moderate voice in contrast to the numerous violent extremist websites," Africom, as the Stuttgart, Germany-based Africa Command is known, said in a written statement.
Al-Shabab and other militants have for years used websites to trade bomb-making skills, to show off gruesome attack videos and to recruit fighters. The U.S. funded websites — which are available in languages like Swahili, Arabic and Somali — rely on freelance writers in the region.
Recent headlines on sabahionline.com show a breadth of seemingly even-handed news. "Death toll in ambush on Kenyan police rises to 31," one headline said. "Ugandan commander visits troops in Somalia," another reads ...
The site, which launched in February, is slowly attracting readers. The military said that Sabahi averages about 4,000 unique visitors and up to 10,000 articles read per day. The site clearly says under the "About" section that it is run by the U.S. military, but many readers may not go to that link.
Once the reality of US involvement has been fully and clinically established, the article begins to offer rationales for the presentation. It quotes someone called Abdirashid Hashi (a "Somalia analyst for the International Crisis Group") as saying that while he didn't realize US's involvement with the website, he has no issues with it. "I don't think they hide it. That's up there. There's an information war going on, so I don't have any problem with that."
Hashi's main worry was that writers hired by the site could be harassed or killed. The article then goes on to mention the expense that involves a "larger project that costs $3 million to pay for reporting, editing, translating, publishing, IT costs and overhead."
Not to worry. US military commanders believe the project "is paying dividends."
Seth Jones, the associate director of the International Security and Defense Policy Center at the Rand Corporation think tank in Washington, said a significant part of the struggle with extremist groups like al-Shabab is ideological and is a battle for the hearts and minds of local populations.
"Based on this reality, the U.S. and other governments should be involved in countering extremist messages on websites and other forms of social media. After all, every Arab government provides substantial money to television, radio, print media, and Internet sites," Jones said.
What is also disturbing about such statements is that they do not recognize the larger reality that the US and the West generally are sponsoring much of the ideology that this website and others like it are supposed to combat.
As we have documented in well over a dozen articles – as have many other alternative media outlets, as well – the upheaval in the Middle East and the fall of secular governments there has been sponsored in part by the CIA, State Department, etc. via such controlled youth movements as AYM.
Saudi Arabia – a bought-and-paid-for resource of this larger campaign – has been spreading fundamentalist Wahhabism for half a century under the benevolent eye of US Intel agencies. The Muslim Brotherhood now being installed in Egypt and elsewhere, another organization said to be influenced by the CIA.
It is Money Power behind all of this. The power elites create religious tension between East and West to advance the prospects of global governance. Out of chaos, order, etc.
What is new and different now is the growing acknowledgement by various power elite facilities – such as the US military-industrial complex – that, yes, they are indeed proactively seeking to influence the sociopolitical conversation by funding various media mechanisms.
This is part and parcel of a trend toward acknowledging the hitherto unacknowledged authoritarianism that sits at the center of Western societies.
Conclusion: It may be an outgrowth of desperation, as the Internet itself has "outed" so much of these previously covert operations. Or it may simply spring from a determination to be more obvious about authoritarian control. We hope it is the former not the latter

Florida restaurateur to impose surcharge for ObamaCare

Just good old american know how  DcSubject: Florida restaurateur to impose surcharge for ObamaCare

The “free ride” that so many people voted for last week is coming.  Net incomes will go down because of tax increases, and prices will go up to pay for things like ObamaCare.  I hope the Obama voters are happy.  This is what they voted for.  They only had one chance to change their minds, and they threw that chance away on November 6th.

Florida restaurateur to impose surcharge for ObamaCare

Get ready to pay more for your Grand Slam.
A Florida restaurateur who operates roughly 40 Denny’s locations and five Hurricane Grill & Wings franchises in Florida, Virginia and Georgia intends to add a 5 percent surcharge to customers’ bills to offset costs from ObamaCare beginning in January 2014 when the Affordable Care Act is fully implemented.
“People are trying to find ways to avoid the penalties and to avoid having to pay for ObamaCare,” John Metz told FoxNews.com. “Everyone’s looking for a way to not have to provide insurance for their employees. It’s essentially a huge tax on all us business people.”
To further offset the costs, Metz, who oversees roughly 1,200 employees as president and CEO of RREMC Restaurants, LLC, said he also will slash most of the staff's time to fewer than 30 hours per week. That change will be announced to employees next month, he said.
“I want to explain it to everybody, to let them know what’s coming down the pike,” he said. “We like to keep our employees informed.”
The changes will force some front-of-the-house employees to look for second jobs, Metz said, but he simply cannot afford the penalties associated with ObamaCare.
[pullquote]
“It’s a great concept,” he said. “We want to have everyone insured. The problem is, who is going to pay for it and how are we going to accomplish this?”
Under the current law, employers with more than 50 full-time (or equivalent) workers will be charged a penalty for the number of employees exceeding 30 full-time staffers who are not covered. With an average of 35 full-time employees per location, Metz said the $2,000 penalty would total roughly $70,000 per restaurant. Current coverage costs Metz up to $6,000 annually per full-time employee, he said. He currently provides coverage to about 250 employees.
“It’s going to be a big issue for all of us — for my employees and for me,” said Metz, who has been in the industry since 1975. “The ones that are working more than 28 hours, they’re going to act as if I’m cutting their hours and they’ll have to find another job.”
At Denny’s restaurants operated by Metz, the average check is $9, he said, meaning the ObamaCare surcharge if implemented would be 45 cents on that bill. At Hurricane Grill & Wings locations, where the average bill is $14.50, the surcharge would total 72 cents.
Metz said he believes the entire restaurant industry — even high-end locations — will ultimately embrace the idea.
“That is what I foresee and that is the easier, least painful way to deal with these added costs,” he said. “In a true playing field, everybody will impose this, from McDonald’s to Denny’s to even maybe the fine dining restaurants in order to have the funds to be able to pay for either insurance or the penalty for not providing insurance to their employees.”
Metz also is urging his employees to consider contacting their local elected officials in hopes of finding another solution to offset his looming increased costs.
“It’s never good news, but it is what it is,” Metz said of increasing customers’ checks. “We really should look for a better or different way to pay for [ObamaCare]. I think what we’re going to ultimately see here is a European-type system where we have a value added tax or a national sales tax.”
Metz continued: “I have a choice: try to live within the rules, or go out of business.”
In a statement to FoxNews.com, the National Restaurant Association said it’s “premature” to assess precisely how the health care law will affect individual businesses.
“We have warned for some time that the mechanics of the health care law are very difficult for the restaurant industry, which is a low-margin industry that works to keep costs down in order to provide value to customers,” said Scott DeFife, executive vice president of policy and government affairs for the National Restaurant Association. “All costs, from gas and commodities to labor and insurance, eventually impact the price on the menu. It is important that operators get very familiar with the provisions of the law and start planning for its implementation; however, it’s premature to make a specific assessment of exactly how the law will affect any individual business because there are so many details that are unknown.”

SECESSION IS ABSOLUTELY LAWFUL AND DOABLE

SECESSION IS  ABSOLUTELY  LAWFUL  AND  DOABLE

In 1994 I was the crafter of a new proposed amendment to the constitution called the REFOUNDING AMENDMENT whereby  if adopted by 38 states, the super majority necessary to ratify an amendment, then the Federal Government would have been dissolved and a new one formed without all the usurpation of power and tyranny.   This move of power was backed up by the Declaration of Independence.  You know, when government becomes our enemy we have the right and the “duty” to dissolve said government and establish new guards for our future security?  We were desperately trying to warn the people that there was a monster on the loose and got our heads into the noose.  You know that now, don't you.
That being understood one must realize that the Federal Government is the creature of the state republics not the other way around.  The several states in 1789 were very wary of the proposed new central government and would not ratify it until Jefferson installed the Bill of Rights that further clarified the rights and powers of the several states and the people, who, by divine right “are” the government. This contract included their right to secede if they didn't like the way things were going.  IE: The South. This brings to mind the statement made by Mel Gibson in “The Patriot” film.  “Why should I exchange one tyrant 3000 miles away for 3000 tyrants one mile away.”
It is a silly joke for the states to ask “permission????”  of the federal government to secede?  You don’t need permission you silly geese.  We the several states have all the power period.  We have all the wealth, all the money, all the people, all the land and all the guns.  We are the sovereigns if we so choose to exercise it.  The federal government should be on its knees begging for forgiveness.  “Oh please masters, give me one more chance, I promise to shape up and be good.”   What a windfall of wealth and power for the state governments.  We can form a new Federal Reserve-free treasury to boot and shit-can the income tax.
What do they, the federal government actually command, after all?  Ten square miles of thieving tyrants, traitors and criminals.  They have forts and ports in the states that the states can handily take back into their dominion, period.  Whoa, is this treason talk?  No, “they” are guilty of treason.  My talk is as American and as patriotic as apple pie.  This is the talk and action that founded and established the country in the first place and inspired freedom all over the world.  All kings and queens had been given their notice.  Times up.

Cozying up to Sharia law and such?  What treason is this?  What happened to Common Law?  That went away in 1871 when all government became corporate profit centers under Admiralty and commercial law and we the people were aced out of the deal.  Want to secede and re-boot the organic republic?  Here’s  how we do it.  38 states join and form a confederacy and issue a two-word statement to the feds.  “YOU’RE FIRED.”  At that point the other 12 states will follow, believe me.   We’ll take if from here, thank you.  People joined the military to defend us, not you and your crimes.  And let us not forget the 26 million man milita.  They ARE us.  So.  “Do you feel lucky?

Why not have the new capital in say, RICHMOND, Virginia?  DC could become a national park and museum.  A lesson in eternal vigilance being the price of liberty.

Republic New Declaration Of Independence Oct 2012

The New Declaration of Independence 21 October 2012

The men and women on the Continental United States of America, bound together by their mutual knowledge of the abuses to We THE People by the present corporate government has assembled to fill the vacant seats of the lawfull de jure government of the United States of America.
The corporate government that people accept today as the government is not the Republican form of government that the founders gave us.  We The People assembled in Michigan to restore the Republican form of government have met and completed this task.
In the year 1861 when Congress adjourned sine die (sine die means “without setting a return date”), it left the nation without a congress to conduct lawfull business.
After determining the condition of Michigan's federal legislative offices, the Assembly re-seated those de jure offices and conducted the necessary functions to establish a working congress. As a result, we have filled the office of the President of the United States of America with an interim office holder.  The de jure republican form of government established the authority to move the military by orders from the civilian authority to act in compliance with the Oath to defend the Constitution and the Republic against all enemies Foreign and Domestic.
This is the culmination of thirty-two (32) months of assembly meetings, research, debating and recording the findings of the members of the assembly to compile the evidence of the corporate United States corruption and crimes perpetrated against We THE People.  We THE People in general assembly determined that the only resolution to the current situation was to populate the vacant de jure seats of the Republic and notice and inform the corporate “ACTORS” their authority does not apply to our form of government.  The Michigan General Jural Assembly has served "Notice" to corporate government officers at all levels including Local, State, National and International notices under Affidavits of Publication and direct service at their physical offices.
All levels of corporate government have been served with notices that We THE People object to the lies and deception.  We THE People intend to peacefully continue to fill the de jure seats of government which remains unchallenged and to initiate a lawfull election to fill all legislative offices of the Republic.  It is also We THE People’s intent to audit all government branches and to hold accountable all corrupt politicians and others.

===========================================================

This is your call to action:
We THE People of Michigan encourage all remaining states to determine the status of your 1861 federal legislators (senators, representatives), establish original jurisdiction by reseating these members of congress and have them sign onto the new Declaration of Independence and concur with the actions taken on 21st of October 2012.
For those states that do not have an 1861 federal congress, they should determine what congress was at the time of state hood for their particular state.
Please note: we have reestablished the original 13th amendment which means “NO LAWYERS”.
