How often have you been talking with friends and they joke that if the SHTF, they are coming to your place?  Most of us quietly are saying in our heads, “you are out of your damn mind if you think you are coming to my place.”  In fact, for those that spend zero time preparing, training, or putting even the smallest amount of effort into their own survival insurance, I would agree, I have no sympathy.  However, the mere fact you are reading this right now tells me you have taken a step in the right direction and are in fact interested in insuring the continued existence of yourself and your family.  You are actively trying to take positive steps.  For those of you out there, I would suggest established preppers consider opening their door and taking you in under the right conditions.  Unlike the billionaires creating much of the havoc in our world, very few of us will ever have the funds to buy our own private island or renovated missile silo protected by a first rate mercenary army so it is best we start working together.  In today’s article, I will deviate from what I consider dated prepper logic and argue why inviting others to your bug out location is in all of our interests.    Read more

“We’re on the Verge of a Crisis” and Global Currency Wars Are Triggering It

In financial circles, it is widely acknowledged that the Federal Reserve was about to raise interest rates, but has since changed course and decided to hold firm.
Why? Because currencies are tanking all across the globe, and a stronger U.S. dollar – a double-edged sword – is making export goods more expensive and hurting international business.
Welcome to 2015, the year of the currency wars. Things are about to get volatile, so hold on.
Wall Street bears are warning that a crisis is near, according to CNN Money:

The bears build their case that a crisis is near [based] on four factors: falling oil prices, stagnant wages, the “two-edged sword” of a strong US dollar and big trouble abroad.
“Earnings and economic activity are actually weakening, not strengthening,” says James Abate, chief investment officer at Centre Asset Management, which manages over $8 billion. “The growth outlook, to us, is deteriorating.”

Only a short time ago, the Swiss decoupled from the Euro, signalling trouble ahead and sending markets spiraling. Now Greece is back in debt trouble, and several other European nations are vulnerable. This will spread further. The damage could be severe, depending upon what plays out.

Growth in China is slowing. The Swiss National Bank ignited a “currency war” this month after a surprise move. The European Central Bank is throwing a life raft to its nations drowning in deflation, and Japan is already deflating.
On top of that, Greece just elected a leader almost certain to cause tension with other European leaders and tensions are flaring up again between Russia and the Ukraine.
“Everyone seems to be falling or faltering in some way,” abroad, says Matt Kerkhoff, research director at Dow Theory Letters, an online newsletter. The American economy, “cannot really outperform while all the rest are in shambles.”

Remember, everything is, and has been for decades, interconnected. As SHTF quoted earlier this week,

“At a basic level, all markets are increasingly integrated — if Wall Street sneezes, New Zealand is likely to catch a financial cold.”

Now it figures that if Wall Street catches the flu, the world might catch the plague. And so, Federal Reserve monetary policy is hinging on international conditions during a time of stormy seas.
Cue Russia, Mexico, Brazil and OPEC nations being tested by devastatingly low oil prices.
Right now, the Mexican Peso and Brazilian Real are at the tipping point, with the peso at its lowest point since 2009 and the real at the lowest point in 10 years!
Meanwhile, economic experts are debating whether or not the euro can still be saved, or is doomed to collapse as European states are internalizing control of their economies and repatriating gold to weather the storm should the entire continent be consumed in the swell.
Motley Fool highlighted the plaguing issues:

Since last July, the value of the dollar has soared by 15% versus the world’s major currencies, making U.S. exports less competitive in global markets.
[...]
The dollar’s strength is being fueled by multiple factors. Lower oil prices have caused currencies in Russia, Mexico, and other energy-dependent economies to fall precipitously. Since the middle of last year, for instance, the Russian ruble has lost roughly half of its value versus the dollar.
Monetary policy by the European Central Bank is also playing a role. In an effort to jump-start the continent’s ailing economies, the ECB announced earlier this week that it would follow in the Federal Reserve’s footsteps by buying 60 billion euros in government bonds each month over the next year and a half. Because this expands the number of euros in circulation, anticipation of the news pushed the euro’s value to its lowest point vis-a-vis the dollar in more than a decade.
Finally, actions by central banks in Canada, Singapore, Japan, and other countries suggest a deliberate attempt to manipulate exchange rates in a broadening currency war. Most recently, Canada cut its benchmark interest rate last week by a quarter of a point, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore said this week that it would take measures to slow the appreciation of the Singapore dollar.
The net result is that the Federal Reserve has little choice but to delay an increase in interest rates. Doing otherwise would only further drive up the value of the U.S. dollar given that higher rates would attract international capital, and thereby boost the demand (and thus price) for dollars.

The combination of the returning European debt crisis and the crash of oil prices is serious enough, again, that it is determining Federal Reserve policy.
Things are that bad.
Earlier today, Michael Snyder warned that “if the price of oil stays at this level throughout 2015, We’re going to have a total financial nightmare.”
Now, the currency wars are reaching “hot” levels, and casualties are about to begin.
With the oil crisis undermining many economies and destroying well-paying job, the Euro is becoming the primary front, though the wars are being fought all across the globe.
As usual, any remaining national sovereignty and wealth among the population – and their bank accounts – will be the first to be sacrificed to stave off the crisis.
Already, Mario Draghi, the head of the European Central Bank, has told the world he will do “whatever it takes” to save the euro. According to GoldSeek.com, that means:

Draghi is willing to…
1)    Confiscate wealth by cutting interest rates to negative.
2)    Permit regulators to seize bank accounts to “bail-in” banks.
3)    Verbally intervene every time possible provided it pushes yields on EU nation sovereign bonds lower.
4)    Buy EU sovereign bonds despite the fact that this clearly violates the Maastricht Treaty (the treaty that formed the Eurozone).
However, what Draghi is NOT wiling to do is restructure ANY EU sovereign nation’s debt.

Time to chain down anything you don’t want them to take.

The fire started just before 6:30 a.m. at the Williamsburg warehouse near the East River. Firefighters spent more than eight hours trying to get the flames under control, which were fueled by four million boxes of records, including records for the city's public hospitals, New York State courts and the Administration for Children's Services.

He almost didn't see the old lady, stranded on the side of the road, but even in the dim light of day, he could see she needed help.

So he pulled up in front of her Mercedes and got out. His Pontiac was still sputtering when he approached her.

Even with the smile on his face, she was worried. No one had stopped to help for the last hour or so. Was he going to hurt her ?

He didn't look safe; he looked poor and hungry. He could see that she was frightened, standing out there in the cold.

He knew how she felt. It was that chill which only fear can put in you.

He said, "I'm here to help you, ma'am. Why don't you wait in the car where it's warm ? By the way, my name is Bryan Anderson."

Well, all she had was a flat tire, but for an old lady, that was bad enough.

Bryan crawled under the car looking for a place to put the jack, skinning his knuckles a time or two.

Soon he was able to change the tire. But he had to get dirty and his hands hurt.

As he was tightening up the lug nuts, she rolled down the window and began to talk to him.

She told him that she was from St. Louis and was only just passing through. She couldn't thank him enough for coming to her aid.

Bryan just smiled as he closed her trunk. The lady asked how much she owed him. Any amount would have been all right with her.

She already imagined all the awful things that could have happened had he not stopped.

Bryan never thought twice about being paid. This was not a job to him.

This was helping someone in need, and God knows there were plenty, who had given him a hand in the past.

He had lived his whole life that way, and it never occurred to him to act any other way.

He told her that if she really wanted to pay him back, the next time she saw someone who needed help, she could give that person the assistance they needed, and Bryan added, "And think of me."

He waited until she started her car and drove off.

It had been a cold and depressing day, but he felt good as he headed for home, disappearing into the twilight.

A few miles down the road the lady saw a small cafe. She went in to grab a bite to eat, and take the chill off before she made the last leg of her trip home.

It was a dingy looking restaurant. Outside were two old gas pumps. The whole scene was unfamiliar to her.

The waitress came over and brought a clean towel to wipe her wet hair. She had a sweet smile, one that even being on her feet for the whole day couldn't erase.

The lady noticed the waitress was nearly eight months pregnant, but she never let the strain and aches change her attitude.

The old lady wondered how someone who had so little could be so giving to a stranger. Then she remembered Bryan.

After the lady finished her meal, she paid with a hundred dollar bill.

The waitress quickly went to get change for her hundred dollar bill, but the old lady had slipped right out the door.

She was gone by the time the waitress came back. The waitress wondered where the lady could be. Then she noticed something written on the napkin.

There were tears in her eyes when she read what the lady wrote: "You don't owe me anything. I have been there too. Somebody once helped me out, the way I'm helping you. If you really want to pay me back, here is what you do: Do not let this chain of love end with you."

Under the napkin were four more $100 bills.

Well, there were tables to clear, sugar bowls to fill, and people to serve, but the waitress made it through another day.

That night when she got home from work and climbed into bed, she was thinking about the money and what the lady had written.

How could the lady have known how much she and her husband needed it ? With the baby due next month, it was going to be hard...

She knew how worried her husband was, and as he lay sleeping next to her, she gave him a soft kiss and whispered soft and low, "Everything's going to be all right. I love you, Bryan Anderson."

Costa Rica Hosts CELAC Summit, Groundbreaking Change To Come..

The third annual Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) Summit, which was held in San Antonio de Belén, Costa Rica, concluded this past Thursday. With its end, the member states agreed upon the Political Declaration of Belén, which is a collection of 94 points that involve the independence of Latin American entities from the United States and European countries, as well as the economic and social development of its member states.

Per Telesur, the 94 points may be summed up into five major themes.

1. The commitment to end hunger
2. A call to end U.S. interference in Latin American affairs
3. A call for the end of the U.S. blockade on Cuba
4. A call for Puerto Rican independence
5. The raising of a monument to victims of the slave trade

These points of agreement were negotiated over a six-month period between representatives of the 33 member states and were finalized by the presidents at the summit in Costa Rica.
Per AVN, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro tweeted about his excitement and enthusiasm regarding the agreed upon goals for the future of Latin America and the Caribbean.

“The path of union of our America has been consolidated, now it’s up to us to realize the agreed plan. I will explain everything in detail tomorrow.”

He also tweeted upon his arrival to his native country.

“Landing in our country, after living intensely CELAC successful summit and receiving solidarity and affection from Costa Rica.”

Furthermore, the Second Meeting of Ministers and High Authorities of Social Development to Eradicate Hunger and Poverty will meet in Venezuela in the second half of this year.
Poverty is a rampant issue that has widely plagued Latin American countries and continues to do so in the present day. Costa Rica, the host country of the international summit, has experienced an increased poverty rate, rising to its the highest in four years, 21.2 percent.
Regarding the grim economic situation of Latin American countries and its consistently high levels of poverty, Alicia Bárcena, the Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission of Latin America and the Caribbean, commented that recovery from the international financial crisis was not sufficiently taken advantage of, which has kept many countries vulnerable to the economic cycles.

“The recovery from the international financial crisis does not seem to have been taken advantage of sufficiently to strengthen social protection policies that reduce vulnerability in the face of economic cycles. Now, in a scenario of a possible reduction in available fiscal resources, more efforts are needed to fortify these policies, establishing solid foundations with the aim of fulfilling the commitments of the post-2015 development agenda.”

Nevertheless, there is a strong sense of hope in the air for Latin American and Caribbean countries, due to the Political Declaration of Belén, which very well may result in the mitigation of poverty within that region.

Greece says it will not negotiate with EU-IMF creditors

New finance minister says Athens instead wants direct talks with eurozone leaders to try to cancel some of its debts.

Greece's new left-wing finance minister has said he will not negotiate the terms of the country's bailout with the "troika" team from the European Union and International Monetary Fund (IMF) overseeing it.

Yanis Varoufakis said on Friday that instead he wanted direct talks with eurozone leaders, to try to cancel some of the money Greece owes.

Varoufakis made the comments during a meeting in Athens with Jeroen Dijsselbloem, head of the eurozone finance ministers' group, marking the start of Greece's drive to persuade its creditors to ease the strict terms of the bailout.

The Greek minister said his country had no intention of cooperating with a mission from the EU, European Central Bank and IMF, which had been due to return to Athens.

Varoufakis gave no indication of what Greece would do if it cannot reach an agreement by a February 28 deadline, when the bailout ends. Read More

Taiwan Conference Report / Solar System Situation Update

Taiwan conference was a huge success. Because Taiwan is one of the main centers of the positive Dragon forces, it could grow a very strong Lightworker and Lightwarrior community. The conference took place very close to the location where Taiwanese Dragon families hid their gold after they escaped from mainland China after WWII.

During the conference, we took important physical and energetic steps towards the financial Reset and a new fair and balanced financial system.

During the same weekend, ALL physical strangelet and toplet bombs of the Chimera group have been cleared. Only plasma strangelet and toplet bombs are now remaining. Plasma plane remains the main strong area of the Chimera group and this needs to be taken care of before the Event happens. We will deal with the plasma situation in detail in one of near future blog posts.

As a result of the cleared physical bombs, there was great relief among the Light forces and a lot of intel that was previously classified has now become safe to be released. There is a fleet of motherships of the Galactic Confederation positioned just outside of our solar system and this fleet presents a barrier through which no space vehicle of the Chimera group can escape. The unholy four were secretly hoping that Chimera would provide them with the escape route beyond this solar system towards Barnard's Star just before the mass arrests, as this was the promise the Chimera gave to those top cabalists.

It is true that Chimera controls a few fragments of the once powerful physical Draconian and Reptilian fleet, scattered and hiding on some minor asteroids in the main asteroid belt and in the Kuiper belt. This information was top secret until now because the Reptilians were threatening to retaliate to a relatively small number of human hostages that they still hold captured on those asteroids. This weekend, the Light forces of the Ashtar Command, the Pleiadian Fleet, the Sirian Fleet and the Resistance Movement have begun an operation to clear the entire solar system completely.

Until recently there were also fragments of the Draco/Reptilian fleet, hiding in asteroid belts of Barnard's Star and star named Wolf 359. All those fleet fragments have already been cleared out completely.

It is also true that Chimera controls a system of subterranean strongholds, with Long Island being their only major access point to the surface. These subterranean strongholds of the Chimera are totally unrelated to DUMBs (deep underground military bases). All DUMBs have been cleared already and Negative Military and the Cabal has no access to Chimera strongholds, so they are stranded on the surface.

You need to understand that people involved in the secret space program / breakaway civilization did not have access to the Chimera locations inside our solar system and under the surface of our planet and were mostly even not aware of their existence.

This intel was classified until now as Chimera still has human hostages in those underground places and scattered on some locations in our solar system (NOT Moon and Mars) and liberation of those hostages must be carried out with utmost care.

Those locations are the places where the scalar plasma grid technology is operated from.

Royal Air Force (RAF) fighters scrambled to intercept two Russian Tu-95 bombers, commonly known as “bears,” that were flying over the English Channel south of Bournemouth, England. The provocative move not only activated British fighters, but forced civilian aircraft to reroute. The bomber incident is the latest in a long line of aerial encounters with Russia but was significant for its brazen flight path south of England.

The Financial Times reports that it was one of the most serious incidents since the West sanctioned Russia for annexing Crimea last year. The sanctions marked the beginning of deteriorating relations between the West and Russia, and an increase in aerial incidents.
The RAF released a statement describing the encounter the day after activating the fighters.

“Yesterday’s mission lasted for over 12 hours; the operations room was both calm and focused. We constantly train for these scenarios so that we are well-rehearsed and ready to maintain the integrity of our airspace… Once ordered to by the Nato Combined Air Operations Centre in Germany, Typhoon quick reaction alert fighters were scrambled from RAF Lossiemouth to intercept and identify the aircraft. Integration with our colleagues in the Royal Navy provided additional surveillance coverage and added value to the mission.”

The Russian ambassador in Britain has been summoned to explain the situation. It’s the first time the ambassador will have to account for the increased aerial activity from his home country.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, 2014 was a record year for aerial encounters between NATO forces and Russia — at least since the end of the Cold War. Many of these incidents showcase the danger involved in fighter interceptions.
According to CNN, a November report from the European Leadership Network listed 40 “close military encounters between Russia and the West” from March to October last year. Out of those 40, three were classified as “high-risk” incidents which might trigger a military confrontation between Western countries and Russia.
Last November, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the rise of the aerial encounters was reminiscent of the Cold War era. But the recent RAF fighter scramble was more disturbing in a couple of ways
The Financial Times noted that during the Cold War, Russian bombers never ventured so far south and into the English Channel. Although the latest bomber flight path never entered British airspace, they were in the “UK area of interest” and created a dangerous situation for civilian airlines.
The Russian bombers flew through a critical air lane between Britain and Europe. Even more distressing is that the bombers turned off their transponders, making them invisible to civilian aircraft controllers. Government officials had to reroute some civilian flights as a precautionary measure.
As relations continue to go cold, RAF fighters will have a lot more work to do in the near future.

Christian's Stand in Texas against Muslim Fundraiser

It is astonishing how little the mainstream media is talking about the backlash Muslim events are receiving in Texas. God fearing Texans are protesting the use of public buildings for Muslim events. This was fueled by the Sharia-law board or tribunal that was convened in Breitbart, Texas.

Breitbart Texas confirmed Tuesday that “an Islamic Tribunal using Sharia law” is indeed operating in Texas. But not to worry: an attorney for the tribunal assures us that participation is “voluntary.” This is how it starts. This is how it started in the United Kingdom. When Sharia courts were instituted there, Muslim and non-Muslim officials alike all assured the British public and the world that they would be voluntary, restricted to matters involving non-criminal matters, and subject to the British courts. Any areas in which British law and Sharia law conflicted would be referred not to the Sharia courts, but to the British courts.

Then there was the event that took place in Austin, Texas. The 11^th annual Muslim Capital Day. There were protestors there as well. But one woman went further.

A Christian woman took over the podium at the 11th annual Texas Muslim Capitol Day event on Thursday and declared, “Islam will never dominate the United States and, by the grace of God, it will never dominate Texas." You already know this bold and brave woman from an earlier stand she took at the National Cathedral in Washington. Her name is Christine Weick.
 
The 50-year-old approached the podium, grabbed the microphone and said, “I proclaim the name of the Lord Jesus Christ over the Capitol of Texas. I stand against Islam and the false prophet Mohammad. Islam will never dominate the United States and by the grace of God, it will not dominate Texas.” The woman then walked away and joined the other protester.

Now christiannews.net has reported another Muslim event was disrupted.

Hundreds protested on Saturday outside of a Muslim conference in Garland, Texas that was intended to combat American “Islamophobia.”
“Stand With the Prophet Against Terror and Hate” was held at the Curtis Culwell Center on Saturday and was reportedly a sold out event.

This event was touted as an effort to raise money to defend the faith. Their website read:

“Prophet Muhammad inspires love and devotion in the hearts of Muslims (??!!), peace be upon him; unfortunately, Islamophobes have turned him into an object of hate,” it continues. “Hate groups in the U.S. have invested at least $160 million to attack our prophet and Islam. Isn’t it time we invested in defending our faith?” (Invest in WHAT?  More guns, scimitars and black hoods to hide behind like the cowards you are?)

I have said for years that this problem would continue to get worse. And though the Muslim believes that all the world will be Muslim, the media ignores such events. The Muslims are seeking peaceful and non-peaceful means of seeing this achieved, and the liberals want to separate them. We must stand like Christians in Texas have done. These protesters have not closed their eyes to the work the Islamists are doing. They have sought to stop the advance of Islam and Sharia law in Texas.

With the violence these kind of events have led to in Europe, how is these observations not apparent to all people? How do you explain the media’s blindness, except willful blindness?  Why, in an effort to be pluralistic (fools), do we have to accept those who will lead to our destruction? How do we not see that peace in Islam only comes through submission to Islam? (And even then they cannot get along even among themselves, dicing and slicing each other like cucumbers.)

Fracking has become out of control.  The air strikes that have been taking place - 1 million + per airstrike.  Every thing our military fought and lost their lives for was turned over by the cowards we trained to stay the course. i really don't know what is wrong with our congressmen or senators, but this has to stop. I don't give a damn about the color of his skin. Our law makers need to quit going over past wrongs and show this piece of s--t what Americans are made of and what it means to be an American.

• Daniel Sullivan has photographed the King's Highway in Maui, Hawaii, in a bid to preserve its heritage
• The trail was built 500 years ago by King Pi'ilani, but is now being left to decay and disappear
• Sullivan is compiling a book of 100 images from his journeys on the trail to record its legacy 

Photographer Daniel Sullivan endured a blistering 220-mile hike to document Hawaii's ancient King's Highway, a landmark withering away with time that he hopes to immortalise with his remarkable images. 

Sullivan, 39, walked the once popular coastal route in Maui during the summer of 2013 and is currently running a Kickstarter campaign to fund a book of 100 pictures of the trail entitled The Maui Coast - Legacy of the King's Highway. 

He crossed sheer cliffs, battled white water and dense jungle to uncover the amazing island scenery of the King's Highway, which was built over 500 years ago by King Pi'ilani who ruled the island during the 16th Century.

'I've always been interested in Hawaiian culture. And since I moved to Maui 10 years ago, I've been searching for the Kings Highway,' said Mr Sullivan.

'Several years ago a Hawaiian man by the name of Eddie Pu'u died. He was a legend here among the Hawaiian's as he used to walk the King's Highway every year barefoot because of a dream he had once had about having to preserve the Aina, or the "sacred land" as the Hawaiians call it.

'He was the only person I had ever heard of who knew the ancient trail, who had actually hiked it. The next summer my wife and two children were leaving for a 10-day trip to visit their grandparents in Idaho and I decided to walk around the island.'

Mr Sullivan battled through pain as he woke up at 5am every morning and hiked until the dark of night.

He said: 'Physically the hike was a bit of a challenge for me. By the end I had layers of blisters and my calves were really swollen.

'Water was also a challenge. The summer before I left, a hiker had died of dehydration on the trail past Kanio, which is where the lava fields are.

'I was especially nervous about this section. The lava rocks are like razors and can cut easily through skin.

'Unfortunately, I ran out of water here and was forced to make a decision to hike along the coast or climb up several miles to the road at Ulupalukua where I could find water. I decided to hike up, over the sharp rocks. The detour took me a while and by the time I reached the road, I was dizzy and exhausted.

'The first car I saw I flagged down to ask for help. It turns out it was a good friend of mine and her mother who had set out to find me and bring me food and water.'

The Highway was once considered the artery of the island for commerce, trade and protection from invasion.

Today, large sections of the King's Highway have disappeared into the jungle or have been completely destroyed.

Mr Sullivan said: 'Along the way I stopped and asked locals and elders about the Kings Highway.

'Look for the blue stones' is what they told me, so I set out looking the blue stones. Everywhere I walked I would find ancient heiau or temples coved up in the jungle, pieces of the Highway.

'In some sections the road had been covered up, by jungle, and vines, in some areas it had been paved over or developed but in others the road stood out as if each stone had been laid out yesterday.'

Despite being a landmark on the island, there is no preservation or protection for this valuable historical relic, which was once at the heart of Hawaiian culture.

Mr Sullivan said: 'I think much more could and should have been done to preserve the King's Highway. Large sections have been paved over, bulldozed or left neglected. The trail was an amazing feat of craftsmanship 500 years ago, laying hundreds of thousands of small stones through cliffs and gorges.

'The fact that sections of it still remain is a testament to the people who built it. The King's Highway should be protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site, but sadly there is no state of federal protection or funds to protect most of it.

'There are so many sacred sites here in Hawaii that are not protected. Some are on private land some are in the rain forest and jungles.' 

For the past 20 years, Mr Sullivan has been taking photographs in Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa, documenting the human spirit.

His photographs and essays have explored Afghanistan's refugees, the tribes of Ethiopia's Omo River and the eagle hunters of Mongolia.

Mr Sullivan added: 'When I graduated from college in 1999, I sold my car and bought a one way ticket to Jerusalem for the New Year Celebration. I spent the next year photographing in Syria, Lebanon, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

'From early on I believed in getting close to my subjects. In Peshawar, Pakistan, I lived for six weeks with a family of Afghan refugees. In Syria I lived with a group of Jesuit Monks at a sixth century monastery in the desert. I learned a lot about cultures, religion and people.'
